Exceptionally presented accommodation with every detail well thought out and lots of additional items that make this such a nice place to stay. From the interior decor to the fancy teas and the lovely hand soap & moisturiser. The well maintained grounds add to the ambiance. Excellent location with a short stroll to shops and city tourist spots. The owner was very welcoming and showed me to my room and explained features. Great customer service that is rare to find these days. Definitely be returning for future stays. Highly recommended AAA+++

This motel blew me away. It felt like I’d just stepped into my own home. The place was super clean, recently renovated, very well appointed, and had a welcoming vibe that you don’t usually get from a motel. Every little detail seemed to be looked after. The Milano is centrally located in Christchurch so easy access to the tourist activities. Thank you Esmae & Ed.
