Super freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück und dazu Kostenfreie sowie sichere Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Unser Zimmer war wohl schon ein paar Jahre alt und das Mobiliar entsprechend hier und da etwas mitgenommen, aber sauber und ordentlich. Für die eine Nacht auf dem Rückweg aus Spanien war es perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)

Séjour parfait bien accueilli au calme. L hôtels est propre et digne de ses 4 étoiles. Le tramway est juste à côté et il y a un parking a disposition gratuitement. Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais les horaires sont tôt en semaine.

Personal nett und engagiert, leider ist das Hotel an vielen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig. Unsere Zimmer waren sauber, aber einfach abgenutzt, teilweise sogar defekt. Ein Beistelltisch hing schief, ein Fenster wurde einfach an den Fensterrahmen geschraubt, sodass man es nicht mehr öffnen konnte. Das Schlimmste aber war der Kloaken-Geruch in der Lobby, der konstant in der Luft lag. Schlechte geht ein erster Eindruck kaum. Das Frühstück war leider auch nur Mittelmaß. Wir werden hier definitiv nie wieder buchen.

The hotel does not have air conditioning throughout, so in the middle of August it was very warm and the room was too hot to be comfortable in. The staff offered a fan which didn’t help, and then switched our room (an upgrade even) which also didn’t help, but at least the room was better. Cleanliness was relatively poor with many hairs found on sheets and the bathroom floor which was surprising. Also a 25 euro charge per night to have your dog stay is extortionate. The staff remained friendly and did their best to help and accommodate, but a 4* hotel should really have air conditioning throughout to make it comfortable in the midst of a heatwave.

It’s cheap and convenient for a stopover to the alps. The staff at reception were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean, but the bathroom could do with attention. There is a significant amount of mould and staining in the shower which is unpleasant.

Wir hatten eine Übernachtung. Bei Anreise am späten Nachmittag war es extrem warm im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage würde sich im Umbau befinden. Wir bekamen dann einen kleinen Ventilator. Dieser hat dann erst bei sinkenden Außentemperaturen und offenem Fenster eine Wirkung gezeigt. Im Badezimmer wurden wir von einem Smiley begrüßt. Diesen hatten offensichtlich die Gäste vor uns in den Staub auf dem Mülleimer gezeichnet. Sonst war das Zimmer sauber. Am Empfang waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Hotel war relativ preisgünstig, als wir gebucht haben. Parkplätze sind kostenlos. In der Nähe befinden sich gute Restaurants.

Cama muito confortável. Banheiro não vedava o esgoto e não permitia banho de imersão. Mesmo depois de solicitar a respectiva reparação está não foi feita e não informaram nada. O secador de cabelo deiclxou de funcionar. Depois de comunicada a avaria repararam. Injustificadamente o quarto não tem frigorífico.

Das Hotel ist relativ neu, die Zimmer sind bequem und sauber. Leider der Service war nicht zufriedenstellend. Wir haben bereits eine Nacht von 4.08 auf dem 5.08 gebaucht und bei der Ankunft um 15:45 war unser Zimmer nicht fertig und wir sollten ca eine Stunde im Lobby warten bis es fertig ist. Die Kinder waren Müde und es war enttäuschend so lange auf das Zimmer zu warten. Bem Frühstücken wurde uns mitgeteitl, dass Frühstück nicht enthalten ist, was nicht stimmte. Und wir sollten 10mn am Eingang stehen, bis double gechekt haben, dass dies nicht stimmte. Bei dem 2. Aufenthalt ( ovn 20.08 auf dem 21.08.2022) sind wir kurz vor 23 Uhr eingereist und die Dame an der Rezeption hat darauf bestanden eine Garantie von 100€ von uns zu bekommen, obwohl das Zimmer mit Frühstück vorausbezahlt ist, das Hotel kein Minibar und kein Room Service hat und der Bar im Lobby renoviert wird. Ich verstehe nicht warum sie trotzdem eine Garantie brauchen. das Frühstück war sehr mangelhaft. Wir haben Spiegeleier bestellet und nach 10 mn kam die Service Kraft zurück und uns mitgeteilt, dass sie gar kein Eier haben, Obst aus der Dose, Sehr enttäuschend für ein 4* Hotel :-(

Bein Check Out wurde nur mir zwei mal das Frühstück abgerechnet, obwohl dies inkludiert war. Rückerstattung soll wohl innerhalb der nächsten Tage erfolgen

Check in and staff were great. Always love staying at Doubletree...however, not impressed with the water leaking from the ceiling. Carpet was soaked and my allergies overnight were horrible. I can't imagine mold under carpets. We had mosquitoes (probably due to moisture) and drops were loud and annoying during the night. No managment, therefore staff couldn't do anything. A plan needs to be in place when management is not there. Not fair for front desk as they cannot do anything for customers. There should be some kind of compensation for customers when you are paying so much money.

Hotel is a 10 minute walk from a lovely large shopping centre with numerous cafe / bars and restaurants. Hotel is in a lovely position overlooking a lake. Absolutely loved our stay here.

Stayed here for my sons 18th birthday to go and watch WWE Smackdown and Backlash at LDLC stadium. Staff all very friendly and very helpful. Tram station is literally a 2 minute walk and takes about 40 mins to get into Lyon (2 euros), absolutely amazing service with a T2 tram about every 10 mins. Hotel is a 10 minute walk from a lovely large shopping centre with numerous cafe / bars and restaurants. Hotel is in a lovely position overlooking a lake. Absolutely loved our stay here.

hotel situato a pochissimi km dall'aeroporto di Lyon Bron, immerso nel verde di un nuovo polo tecnologico con laghetti e sentierini tutto intorno all'hotel. Centro commerciale a soli 2 minuti con presenza di Supercharger Tesla. Fermata del tram per il centro di Lione di fronte all'hotel. L'hotel è molto carino e moderno, unico appunto la presenza della vasca da bagno al posto della doccia in camera.

Personal nett und engagiert, leider ist das Hotel an vielen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig. Unsere Zimmer waren sauber, aber einfach abgenutzt, teilweise sogar defekt. Ein Beistelltisch hing schief, ein Fenster wurde einfach an den Fensterrahmen geschraubt, sodass man es nicht mehr öffnen konnte. Das Schlimmste aber war der Kloaken-Geruch in der Lobby, der konstant in der Luft lag. Schlechte geht ein erster Eindruck kaum. Das Frühstück war leider auch nur Mittelmaß. Wir werden hier definitiv nie wieder buchen.

Insgesamt gute Zimmer. Frühstück und Bar waren gut. WLAN Zugang gratis leider nur bei Angabe der Persönlichen Daten und eine Gratismutgliedschaft. Das war schlecht! Bein Check Out wurde nur mir zwei mal das Frühstück abgerechnet, obwohl dies inkludiert war. Rückerstattung soll wohl innerhalb der nächsten Tage erfolgen
