Hotel collocato davanti il porto, con un bell’affaccio sulla baia. Camera confortevole con un bell’armadio e un bagno sufficientemente ampio, compreso di bidet. Colazione fantastica, con dolce e salato, compresi vari tipi di pane. Piscina non molto grande, ma ottima per un bagno dop le escursioni, spa ben dotata compresa nel prezzo. Palestra funzionale. Hotel.com ha scontato quasi interamente un massaggio, bello. Ubicazione perfetta alle spalle della via dei negozi è vicinissimo ai ristoranti. Ci tornerei

The location is good, breakfast was typical continental, rooms are small but meet your needs. The public spaces are nice, bright and comfortable. The gym is basic and didn't smell great. It's a popular hotel used by the cruise industry, the biggest problem was only one person on the front desk. The cruises are dropping off passengers at 9 am the exact time that people are asked to leave their bags for pick up in the lobby. Check out is 10 am, which is totally unreasonable! It was chaos. The person on the desk was doing the best they could, but for the money charged, they need more employees. When I checked in two days earlier, it was still only one person on the desk. I was shown a map how to find my room, which required 3 different elevators!!!! WHAT? I was so tired and so frazzled. I really think someone should have shown me to my room or at least give me a map and don't expect me to memorize it there and then. The highlight of the hotel is a small indoor pool, massage and rest areas, but those areas don't open till 2 pm in the afternoon. So even if you book 2 nights in the hotel you can't use the space in the day. I would not choose to say here again.

This hotel was very clean and modern located right near the port. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. The advertised pool and spa had very limited hours due to the holidays which was a little disappointing. The other important thing to mention is often when you book through Expedia the hotel often assigns you the least desirable rooms. This happened in our case as we were assigned the room right next to the elevator. Besides that, the hotel is a really great choice.

O elevador é antigo e restrito e os banheiros tem meia-porta no box o que causa muita molhadeira no piso. Fora estes detalhes foi tudo excelente. Boa localização, confortável e com uma piscina/jacuzzi maravilhosa. Recomendo!

La chambre était propre et confortable, belle vue sur le canal de Beagle. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et diversifié. L’hôtel est bien situé à Ushuaia.

Very bad conditions for a 200€/night stay. All walls of the hotel are dirty, badly painted, the corridor lights are really cheap and bad, the room doors have no sound insulation, and also no rubber to protect the noise when you close them. This means, when someone closes any room door, you listen to it at your bed. Very poor quality of sheets, they are not dirty but they have stains.

Muy buen lugar, céntrico y con excelente atención al cliente. Deben darle un poco de atención a la pintura de los pasillos (al parecer se ensucian por el paso de los equipos de esquiar).

I stayed at Canal Beagle on my return from an Antartica 10 day cruise. The reception clerk was nice and went out of her way. However the room smelled, I used my travel size Lysol continuously even after opening window and curtain to let it air out. I don’t know if it was from previous guest or the sheets were not dried properly, I couldn’t tell. Also for the rate they charge, I think they can afford retouching paint in the hallway as you come out of the elevator, in spite of the traffic they get to keep it fresh and taken care of.

The room looked clean but our bright socks had turned brown after waking in it. The room was too warm and it does not have a/c. Opening the window was not enough and it interrupted our sleep. The breakfast was very basic.

The worst hotel stay I have had in probably 10 years. We booked many months ago before the reviews started to drop recently, and I wish I had looked again at reviews before we arrived. This hotel is doing construction. Which means noise from 7AM-8PM. Additionally it is so HOT you begin sweating the moment you enter your room. They have floor heat they say they cannot turn off even in summer. So the only way to try to cool off a little is to open your tiny window and listen to the construction noise just a few feet away. We laid on top of the bed cover and tried to be comfortable enough to sleep. It was miserable. I asked the front desk if they had any fans. They did not. At 1AM, 2AM the locals like to race their cars loudly so even at that hour there is no peace or comfort in the room. They have an early checkout time, and then we are again dripping sweat before we left the room, so we can feel disgusting all day. The breakfast was just okay. Front desk service was not very friendly. They say they have lavenderia but it requires 24 hours, no self service, so we left with 90% dirty clothes in addition to being hot and sweaty. We had planned to do our laundry at the hotel. I really wish I had taken the time to read recent reviews and cancelled this stay. The owner of this hotel is clearly incredibly greedy, to charge top dollar and force guests to stay in misery, noise, and construction. I would not stay here again even if it was free.

The room is not soundproof, we can hear noise from the hallway. It’s right in the center of the city, easy to go anyway.

Great location, modern rooms and pleasant staff

The hotel looks new and modern, staff are kind and helpful. However the wall was not sound proof, you easily hear people's voice on corridor and noise of doors all the time. In room, there is no free bottle of water nor hot water pot or tea set, but you can bring your own bottle to have hot water from the restaurant of the hotel. The location is good and convenient especially if you take a ship to Antarctica.

Our room was spacious, the bathroom was great and very clean. Breakfast was quite good too. Location is great, close to everything. I would give this hotel 5 stars except for the fact that the floors in the corridors and rooms are all hard, and there is a 3cm gap under the bedroom door. As a result all the noises from the corridor can be heard in the room. This includes people walking, talking, and the noise of suitcases being rolled along

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y en general el servicio es bueno. Sin embargo no es muy cómoda la habitación porque no puedes controlar la temperatura (es central) y no se puede evitar que la luz entre por las ventanas (amanece muy temprano).

We had a problem with some construction noise in our room and we specifically needed to sleep during the day through the afternoon. The staff was very nice to help us switch rooms. I forgot the lady's name, but very much recommend her! The gym is quite good with some free weights and a real bench press with plates, that aren't attached to a smith machine (which is super rare for hotels).

Os funcionários da recepção soa muito enjoados. Parecem que não gostam de trabalhar no hotel. São sisudos e não gostam de tirar dúvidas. O cadê da manhã é muito repetitivo. Passei 6 dias e não aguentava mais. Não dá vontade de tomar café. Infelizmente não foi uma estadia boa.

The night staff when we checked in were quite grumpy. We tried to book a massage and then about 15 mins later told us it was cancelled. We requested late check out and were granted 1030. Then when packing up, we received a call prior to 1030 telling us that check out was at 10. We said we had an approved late check out and they again were very grumpy and not welcoming. Also there was construction starting first thing in the morning. Loud drilling and banging woke us up. Cool location but if you want a friendly experience, I wouldn’t recommend.

O hotel é muito bonito, limpo, o café da manhã é muito bom e a localização é excelente bem próximo a principal rua, onde estão vários restaurantes e lojas!! Fomos muito bem atendidos!! Nosso voo de volta era bem cedo, antes do início do café da manhã, mas o pessoal do hotel nos preparou um ótimo café com pães e frutas para a viagem!! Recomendo muito! Voltaria com certeza!

Muy buen servicio, las instalaciones en excelentes condiciones. Podrían mejorar la temperatura de los alimentos que ofrecen al desayuno, en particular, los huevos.

Todo excelente, muy bonito hotel, super bien ubicado. Mi única sugerencia es que resurtan el buffet del desayuno más continuamente, tardaron cerca de 20 minutos en resurtir el huevo y eran las 9.15 am, el jitomate no lo resurtieron. De ahí en fuera todo excelente, gracias.
