Ótima localização, pessoal simpático e receptivo. Muito limpo, bom o banho. Recepção com sofás e poltronas que aproveitamos para conversar. Com um otimo restaurante anexo e bom café da manhã. Instalações novas.

Great location, very convenient to the port area. Lots of dining options around, and the hotels restaurant was also good. Great staff interactions, with clean rooms and common areas. Free breakfast included could use a few more protein options, but enough to get your day started. Would stay again.

Prime location on Ushuaia’s main street, San Martin, with all the shops, restaurants, and people. Far better than the street along the waterfront where it’s more industrial with shops less attractive and further apart. Peruse the internet, eat, drink, or just watch the street scene from the glass-fronted lounge or MarcoPolo coffee shop which is actually part of the hotel and where breakfast is served. A microwave is available. Lovely staff, every one of them. If you don’t see what you need at the breakfast spread, just ask. The rooms are smallish but use space extremely well. Everything you need is there, including fridge and kettle, and plenty of wall shelving to store unneeded items to maximize floor space. I pushed my bed right up against the radiant heater, so cozy and a great way to dry any hand washing. Bathrooms have bidets and hair dryers. Free luggage storage downstairs if you arrive early or need a place to leave luggage after checkout. The hotel offers a formal storage service, Stasher.com, for your Antarctica cruise.

We visited twice, 24-26 March and 4-5 April. Room was good, but had to get glasses for drinking. There were black plastic cups whose cleanliness was questionable. Breakfast was very good. They have deli fare for lunch bites. On 26 March, there was NO ENGLISH SPEAKING PERSON available in the entire hotel so we could not communicate effectively!!! I wanted to store a bag, but no help from front desk lady. Hotels who book foreign tourists need multilingual staff available at all times. We would not return.

A lovely stay at this hotel in the middle of town. I will definitely be booking this for my next trip. Staff very helpful. I was able to store my luggage following an early morning arrival, a few hours later I received a text saying my room was ready (before check in time). Great service all around So nice having a coffee shop restaurant on site. Nice breakfast too.

Quarto 306. Temperatura ótima. Wi-fi e tamanho do quarto ótimos. Apenas os ralos do banheiro não estavam drenando a água corretamente. Isso me causou um desconforto, mas não interferiu na satisfação geral. O hall do hotel combinado com o Café Marco Polo é um show à parte, muito agradável e útil, pois tem opções bem diversificadas e gostosas.

Ficamos apenas um dia no hotel. É muito bem localizado, e talvez esse seja o ponto alto desse hotel. O quarto é bastante pequeno, ideal para quem vai passar o dia fora e só vai para o hotel para dormir mesmo. Nosso ralo do chuveiro estava entupindo, qualquer 5 minutos de banho já virava um lago. Limpeza e conforto da cama era ok. Café da manha ok. Pagasse pela localização, mas ficamos em hospedagem muito melhores em ruas próximas, pelo mesmo valor.
Ficamos apenas um dia no hotel. É muito bem localizado, e talvez esse seja o ponto alto desse hotel. Cap Polonio was a fantastic choice for my stay in Ushuaia. The room was comfortable, a good size, and impeccably clean. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is ideal, with everything within easy reach. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay in Ushuaia.

A localização é perfeita. Tudo muito limpo e aconchegante. Eu me hospedaria lá outra vez sem dúvidas, mas gostaria de deixar algumas observações. O pior ponto para mim é o café da manhã. Muito fraco pelo que cobram da hospedagem e prioriza mais doces do que salgado. Não existe a opção de com ou sem. Se no futuro existir, eu pegaria sem café (porque a hospedagem realmente é MUITO boa), e tomaria café em outro lugar ou até mesmo as opções pagas da cafeteria do hotel. Duas observações que para nós não foram um problema, mas para outros pode pegar: 1. Banheiro bem apertado 2. O barulho da rua com a janela aberta. A janela anti ruído é perfeita, zero incômodo, mas se vc estiver no verão lá e precisar abrir pra circular um ar ouvirá o barulho.

Well checked in at 8:30pm already late to have to pay 100 percent of the cost of a room and have to check out at 10am. And to have our room not ready is a huge mistake. Also two separate reservations was made accidentally on hotels.com for two nights. It was suppose to be one reservation. Not sure if you can correct this overnight on your side. I paid $5 plus dollar for security and this was suppose to be for my two days of reservation. Anyways now I’m sitting in the lobby waiting for my room to be cleaned. Room is hot. Way too small for two adults and one child. Bathroom isn’t the Cleanest. Can’t turn in shower without touching walls. Room wasn’t ready so had to leave hotel to get dinner. Loud motorcycles constantly driving by. Can’t open windows for cooler air due to room being hot as that will just make more outside noise come in. This room was super cheap in the middle of plenty of shops and restaurants. But even for a very cheap $60 I’d rather have spent more to have a comfortable stay. There is a nice looking food area downstairs. Hotel did not provide any remedy for not having our room ready.

O hotel só tem de bom a localização e a cama. Na verdade é excelente! Porém todo o resto deixa a desejar (tem políticas ridículas com relação a sujar toalhas ou lençóis onde você é cobrado em parte do valor da estadia, o banheiro é super apertado, se você tem mais de 185cm de altura não vai caber em baixo do chuveiro) mas principalmente o café da manhã que para poder ser considerado ruim ainda precisa melhorar muito. Falo com segurança que é o pior café da manhã que já vi em qualquer lugar. Não tem nem um ovo mexido, apenas ovos cozidos para você descascar ainda. Nem manteiga não tem. O leite parece um leite em pó e o café é terrivelmente ruim. E é isso que tem. Enfim, recomendo se hospedar se você valoriza localização, não pretende ficar muito no hotel e tente pegar sem café da manhã pois é vantagem pagar um café.

A bit overpriced, but everything in Ushuaia is expensive. Breakfast was meager—not much higher than youth hostel quality. My biggest complaint was that the heat is difficult to regulate because the heating is from a traditional radiator. If you’re familiar with radiators you can throttle it down (or ask Reception for help, as they advise). My friends who stayed in other rooms had the same problem. All of us were opening the window to cool the room down. This was February—summer—so who knows whether I would have felt the same way in July.

Excelente custo-benefício. Entrega o que se propõe a entregar. No coração de Ushuaia, no centro de tudo. Quarto limpo e confortável, café da manhã justo, levando-se em consideração o preço da diária. Único senão é o tamanho do quarto. Viajei eu, minha esposa e minha filha, o quarto é apertado. Talvez se tivesse pego o quarto quádruplo para nós três a experiência seria melhor.

Guaranteed 2pm check in. Arrived at 11:30am and explained we had to leave at 2:15pm for a tour and asked for an early check in. I know it’s not guaranteed which is fine but he responded no problem we will definitely get you in early. Threw him a nice tip. After eating we sat in the lobby why this dude played on his phone and occasionally stared at us until finally at 2:10pm I walked up and asked about our room. He said they just finished it but I need to go check it. Finally got the check in code at 2:20pm and by the time we dropped everything we barely made our tour and got garbage seats. Decent hotel but front desk staff was not friendly guessing because I’m American. Oh well I wouldn’t stay there again.

After eating we sat in the lobby why this dude played on his phone and occasionally stared at us until finally at 2:10pm I walked up and asked about our room. He said they just finished it but I need to go check it. Finally got the check in code at 2:20pm and by the time we dropped everything we barely made our tour and got garbage seats. Decent hotel but front desk staff was not friendly guessing because I’m American. Oh well I wouldn’t stay there again.

Tuve un error con la fecha de reservación, sé que fue mi error. Pero solicité apoyo para por lo menos un descuento o algo y pagar nuevamente las noches correctas en el hotel y no hubo nada que se pudiera hacer. Fue un no rotundo y me parece que pudieron tener más apertura, estoy completamente consciente que fue un error mío, pero me pareció muy mal que no me dieran alguna opción de apoyo. En fin.

We visited twice, 24-26 March and 4-5 April. Room was good, but had to get glasses for drinking. There were black plastic cups whose cleanliness was questionable. Breakfast was very good. They have deli fare for lunch bites. On 26 March, there was NO ENGLISH SPEAKING PERSON available in the entire hotel so we could not communicate effectively!!! I wanted to store a bag, but no help from front desk lady. Hotels who book foreign tourists need multilingual staff available at all times. We would not return.

This was a quick overnight stay. We were at the hotel for 6 hours. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and very helpful. There was a language barrier but she was patient and worked to answer our questions about the area. The beds were nice and the property was clean. I would stay again for sure.

Perfect location to everything in town. Very walkable town. Very safe. If you are only passing through Ushuaia to get to Antarctica for just one day, you are missing out!! Ushuaia is amazing.

Great location, very convenient to the port area. Lots of dining options around, and the hotels restaurant was also good. Great staff interactions, with clean rooms and common areas. Free breakfast included could use a few more protein options, but enough to get your day started. Would stay again.

Prime location on Ushuaia’s main street, San Martin, with all the shops, restaurants, and people. Far better than the street along the waterfront where it’s more industrial with shops less attractive and further apart. Peruse the internet, eat, drink, or just watch the street scene from the glass-fronted lounge or MarcoPolo coffee shop which is actually part of the hotel and where breakfast is served. A microwave is available. Lovely staff, every one of them. If you don’t see what you need at the breakfast spread, just ask. The rooms are smallish but use space extremely well. Everything you need is there, including fridge and kettle, and plenty of wall shelving to store unneeded items to maximize floor space. I pushed my bed right up against the radiant heater, so cozy and a great way to dry any hand washing. Bathrooms have bidets and hair dryers. Free luggage storage downstairs if you arrive early or need a place to leave luggage after checkout. The hotel offers a formal storage service, Stasher.com, for your Antarctica cruise.

O hotel só tem de bom a localização e a cama. Na verdade é excelente! Porém todo o resto deixa a desejar (tem políticas ridículas com relação a sujar toalhas ou lençóis onde você é cobrado em parte do valor da estadia, o banheiro é super apertado, se você tem mais de 185cm de altura não vai caber em baixo do chuveiro) mas principalmente o café da manhã que para poder ser considerado ruim ainda precisa melhorar muito. Falo com segurança que é o pior café da manhã que já vi em qualquer lugar. Não tem nem um ovo mexido, apenas ovos cozidos para você descascar ainda. Nem manteiga não tem. O leite parece um leite em pó e o café é terrivelmente ruim. E é isso que tem. Enfim, recomendo se hospedar se você valoriza localização, não pretende ficar muito no hotel e tente pegar sem café da manhã pois é vantagem pagar um café.

A localização é perfeita. Tudo muito limpo e aconchegante. Eu me hospedaria lá outra vez sem dúvidas, mas gostaria de deixar algumas observações. O pior ponto para mim é o café da manhã. Muito fraco pelo que cobram da hospedagem e prioriza mais doces do que salgado. Não existe a opção de com ou sem. Se no futuro existir, eu pegaria sem café (porque a hospedagem realmente é MUITO boa), e tomaria café em outro lugar ou até mesmo as opções pagas da cafeteria do hotel. Duas observações que para nós não foram um problema, mas para outros pode pegar: 1. Banheiro bem apertado 2. O barulho da rua com a janela aberta. A janela anti ruído é perfeita, zero incômodo, mas se vc estiver no verão lá e precisar abrir pra circular um ar ouvirá o barulho.
