We enjoyed our stay here at Frankston Motel it was a good little getway for me and my little family for the 4 nights we stayed here. Myself and my 3 year old enjoyed the use of the swimming pool, tennis and basketball court facilities. The service here has been awesome accomodating and providing all our needs, reception and staff have been very friendly and welcoming upon our stay. I would highly recommend and would definitely come back again to stay 🙂

Comfortable bed, shower good, fridge good, check in simple, no smart tv, wifi ok, parking excellent, location really convenient. Price ok, not a bargain but one of the cheapest around. Recommend that they clean the kitchen a bit better and improve the curtains for more privacy.

Comfy bed and the shower was great, room really needed a good clean, work surface & bedside cabinets sticky, dead spider in the kitchen cupboards, although non smoking rooms the neighbouring guests smoked outside and the fumes came in the room despite a towel across the bottom of the door, there was limited privacy as the curtains don’t fully cover the windows which was a concern. Somewhat surprised that there was no iron in the room with a note stating that due to a previous guest (sometime ago) marking the carpet, an iron being available from the key collection point when it’s open. Didn’t bother with the swimming pool which was cold and had leaves in it, I really cannot see how this motel has been rated 10 / 10 as in my opinion it’s a basic average motel

This place is what it is, a motel in Frankston … I suspect it is slightly better than Seaford Motel , although that is conjecture as I have not stayed there. it felt like a grimy place with a coat of paint, carpets somewhat sticky. the bedding was clean though, the shower was good, adjust your expectations and this place delivers what it says it will deliver - a clean bed in modest surroundings.

Quite a lot of road noise due to being close to a main road but it was close to where we needed to be so was value for money . Beds could be updated. Bathroom very cold, no heated towel rails or heater/lamp. Ideal place to stay in summer.

Room 16 once you put the key into the lock, its really hard to open the front door, like it was really stiff, and the bed wasnt the best to sleep on, we found it uncomftable, everything else was good.

Having arrived at the Motel in a taxi late at night, we were able to gain entry to the room by collecting the key in a secure box, without any problems. The Motel was close to bus routes which allowed us access to the Frankston area. The owner was very helpful with all our questions, and our need to change the original booking. After staying for a few days we were sad to leave the property.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Nice and clean great shower and easy access to the town and dining options. Only down fall was the laundry that is still coin operated . Maybe an upgrade to pay pass could be looked at. I wil definitely be back . Thank you
