We spent 2 days at the villa. The staff were always available if needed, but also left patrons with a ton of privacy. There were 2 BBQs & a well stocked kitchen in the public area. The room had an extremely comfortable bed; a HUUUUGE soaker tub & was super quiet. Seeing the Cali quails every morning was a nice addition too. The rooftop patio above had amazing views & was a very comfortable place to enjoy a beverage. My friend asked if they sold cola cola (they didn't); however the owner went to his residence & brought her a bottle; huge respect! This isn't just a villa, it's a vineyard & the staff are also farmers. This shows with their hospitality! It was my first time & when I go back to the south okanagan, I will be staying there. I can't recommend it enough

Beautiful and spotless room on hillside overlooking Osoyoos Lake with a private patio, perfect for sipping local BC wine! Very quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had all the amenities needed. It was a bit strange having an opening blind between the living room and the spa tub. But overall and excellent room. Be cautioned that there is no dining on the site, however the staff recommended we go downtown in Osoyoos for dinner and breakfast. We had a fantastic dinner in the Conviva Bistro, and breakfast in the Sundridge restaurant. Both excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a quiet getaway. Very nice and personable owners. All units overlook vineyards and Osoyoos Lake. Bring snacks or be prepared to drive back to town (5 minutes). Very enjoyable stay!

Large very clean modern spacious room with large bathroom and shower. Great views with nice deck with table and chairs. Very quiet. Away from the main road but easy to access. Accessible fridge and kitchen in reception area was very useful. Will definitely stay again when in the wine country,

The property is easy to access with free parking. There are beautiful views of the lake with a private outdoor seating area. Rooms are nicely outfitted. There are not food or drink options close by so make sure you plan to have snacks along with you. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

A great spot to stay with a fantastic view of the valley and lake. Great locatiom while enjoying your own winery tours etc. No amenities such as food or beverages, so bring your own waters, etc. There is a mini fridge. The rooms are large. The soaker jetted tub in the washroom is nice.

Great quiet property, but they forgot to supply the continental breakfast that was included. Unless it was the ice machine for low calorie. Could have used a few more towels and a bath mat. Yes, we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area

Better than I expected. Our unit was exceptionally clean and so spacious. The bathroom was practically the same size as our whole room. Loved that the doors opened right into the lovely view. It's a beautifully quiet space. If you needed ice, microwave, plates and such it was in the reception area.. which was not a hassle at all. The only thing is it isn't open 24/7 and I wanted to warm something up at 6am and I didn't want to call the front counter just to get them to open the door. I think if our key card could open the door would be a nice bonus. Otherwise, we would happily come back.

We arrived late so only met the owner the next day, who was friendly and gave us recommendations of the region. Would recommend it and is good value for money with comparative properties in the price range.

A very nice place. It took 3 hours to warm the place up. When the staff knows guests are coming it would be nice if the place is warmed up for arrival. The shampoo provided in the shower was a bottle of communal shampoo used by previous guests which is not sanitary. Otherwise very quiet and clean.

This is in a beautiful location super rounded by a vineyard that is very well kept. The staff was wonderful, warm welcoming! The room was very small with a lovely patio off it. The challenge for us is the shower was infested with bugs coming up as the water went down. We informed the property but never heard anything back. For that reason it is unlikely for us to return to this property

Went for a 3 night stay in Osoyoos. Picked this place last minute. Room was a suite. Large and spacious room. View was amazing. Loved having an outdoor space to have coffee in the morning. Bathroom was like a spa. Only issue was shower head didn’t work properly and mini fridge could be larger to save us from eating at restaurants

Great gem for the off season However I would say our neighbours in the room next door were heard lets just say a little too well after 11.30pm/12am Only other thing I think the property should consider is the wall between bathroom and living space. There is a hole here on purpose so you can see the view from the bathtub. But I advise "perspex or glass" instead of the gap/blinds because im afraid like with any bathroom, a smell will almost certainly carry into the main room

A beautiful location with view of the lake and surrounding hills. Very clean and well appointed. Would have preferred a solid wall to bathroom/toilet/bath and not a blind to pull down between the bathroom and bedroom. Then there could be a well placed king size bed with two side tables with good lighting. A lovely older designed room but could be more delightful with upgraded changes.

When we first waked into our room it really had the wow factor. As we used it we started to notice the flaws. First and foremost, the a/c unit kept cycling on and off which never cooled the room off. I wondered if the temperature setting was for Fahrenheit or centigrade ? The shower was amazing but it too had flaws too. The tile floor has sharp edges on the bare feet, and was slippery. The large and beautiful shower head was allowing the water to cascade down the left side of the fixture, and turning of the faucet was difficult without getting showered with cold water because the Handles are set too far into the shower. There is a lack of available electrical plugs for today’s modern electrical devices. And the bed should have end tables on both sides instead on just one. Would I stay here again? Yes, but only if the a/c was working properly.

Nice, spacious tooms. Unique setup with bathroom to have toilet viewable from the living room unless you close the blinds, but otherwise q great place for the area. Second time i stayed there and has a beautiful view of the lake

I travel to Osoyoos a couple of times a year, and this is by far my favorite new place if my friends are not in town. Amazing suites, views, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Be careful about booking a reservation and giving your credit card information to this hotel. Instead of the $343.48 my wife and I had booked, they charged us a combined $515.22 on my wife’s and on my credit cards. When I called to investigate, I was told there had been a mix up by the lady who checked us. So they decided to just charge the costs of other people we were traveling with to our credit cards. I asked why they didn’t contact us about the problem. The owner said he did - but neither my telephone records, voice mail or e mail accounts showed any record of this. So in our opinion people should be careful in dealing with this hotel. You could get a nasty surprise on your credit card statement - like we did.

However, there is no service at night in case of emergency situation (I was in that situation: the key card didn’t work, I was locked outside and had to slept in my car till the morning). The staffs are not in the office until the next morning.

Pros: Big, spacious rooms with a spectacular view of the lake. Cons: No one on site, you must phone for any help. No daily cleaning. High priced for what you get - $362 with tax per night is too high. Rooms need maintenance (burned out bulbs) that they are not getting. Odd room layout means the toilet is visible from the front room.

Shiraz Villa was absolutely stunning. The views were beautiful. It was quiet. A bit of traffic noise from the patio,but the views and privacy are well worth the traffic noise. The room was large and had an amazing soaker tub and beautiful walk in shower. The private patio and all amenities were awesome too. The bed could have been a bit softer,but overall everything here was perfect. Check on process was easy and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. If you want a relaxing romantic night away,this is the place!! I’d hands down return here for another stay.

Incredible view of the lake and mountains. A quiet location within quick driving distance to Main Street, the lake and restaurants. The grounds were well kept, and we were able to take a walk through the vineyards. The suite featured a private patio. We were able to access dishes and cutlery to enjoy s couple of take out meals al fresco. The bathroom was huge and featured a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. The suite was better than expected. It features the dark furniture and classic aesthetic typical of many hotel rooms. The photos of the property are amateurish, making it look it worse and more dated than it actually is. Overall the staff was excellent, our stay was very comfortable, and the property was perfect for our needs. We would stay here again.

A great spot to stay with a fantastic view of the valley and lake. Great locatiom while enjoying your own winery tours etc. No amenities such as food or beverages, so bring your own waters, etc. There is a mini fridge. The rooms are large. The soaker jetted tub in the washroom is nice.

We arrived late so only met the owner the next day, who was friendly and gave us recommendations of the region. Beautiful and spotless room on hillside overlooking Osoyoos Lake with a private patio, perfect for sipping local BC wine! Very quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had all the amenities needed. It was a bit strange having an opening blind between the living room and the spa tub. But overall and excellent room. Be cautioned that there is no dining on the site, however the staff recommended we go downtown in Osoyoos for dinner and breakfast. We had a fantastic dinner in the Conviva Bistro, and breakfast in the Sundridge restaurant. Both excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a quiet getaway. Very nice and personable owners. All units overlook vineyards and Osoyoos Lake. Bring snacks or be prepared to drive back to town (5 minutes). Very enjoyable stay!

Great quiet property, but they forgot to supply the continental breakfast that was included. Unless it was the ice machine for low calorie. Could have used a few more towels and a bath mat. Yes, we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area

Better than I expected. Our unit was exceptionally clean and so spacious. The bathroom was practically the same size as our whole room. Loved that the doors opened right into the lovely view. It's a beautifully quiet space. If you needed ice, microwave, plates and such it was in the reception area.. which was not a hassle at all. The only thing is it isn't open 24/7 and I wanted to warm something up at 6am and I didn't want to call the front counter just to get them to open the door. I think if our key card could open the door would be a nice bonus. Otherwise, we would happily come back.

The property was beautiful and nestled within a huge vineyard. However, besides that the experience left a lot to be desired. The office was closed the entire time we were there and there were no check-in or check-out instructions. The room had no toilet paper and it took hours to get someone to bring something by. Overall, not a memorable experience and certainly not worth the price.
