Unfortunately, we forgot a few items in our room and upon calling your lost and found we were told they were not turned in by housekeeping. Also, no parking lot. Overnite parking was $50 + tips.

Room was standard but it was clean. Free drinks and snacks during happy hour. Able to control the thermostat to a cool temperature which is a great! Pool is very small and only 3ft deep. Parking was the worst took 40 min to get the car from the valet.

We were really disappointed that there was not an actual restaurant to eat dinner. There was an area with tables and chairs next to the Manager’s Reception area, but it looked like it was to be used for breakfast the next morning. So, we had to find a restaurant in downtown St Louis on a Sunday night. The desk gave us a list, but most of the options were closed for dinner.

King suite was great, with very tall ceilings and nice window with a city view. Valet parking was extremely convenient and quick. Breakfast was wonderful with so many options. Only downside was that the indoor pool was very cold, and water very cloudy, so a disappointment for my kids. Otherwise highly recommend this hotel.

The people were nice and the room was great. They had a happy hour time for drinks in the bar. There was only one working elevator, which was mildly inconvenient. The location was very convenient as I was staying for a conference at the conference center directly next door.

Beautiful hotel! Offers room service, nightly snacks are always a great bonus! Breakfast was remarkable, best we’ve ever had and make your own omelet bar was phenomenal! Great location and valet was pretty quick! Only bad thing the pool was cold and lots of chemicals it hurt your eyes being in the pool room.

This was a great property located within a short walk from many downtown attractions like Busch Stadium and the Arch. It is also located right next to the Metro Link which was an affordable way to get to places that were a littler further away. Great hospitality hour and delicious breakfast. We used Valet parking and it was well worth the extra expense. It is a little chaotic during check-in and check-out times with only a small entrance but everything else was very efficient.

I feel if i paid the amount of money i did for the room , it should've been cleaner. The shower curtain had stains and dirt on it . The sheet were stained. With that being said it just didn't feel 100%

The room still appeared unclean as there was cookie crumbs and food crumbs in the kitchen area on floor. The other thing that bothered us was human secretion stains on the floor in front of the bed that appeared to not have been cleansed.

The staff were extremely nice. I had to use the pullout bed and the comforter had what looked like puke on it. There were no sheets for it. The bathroom towels had stains on them. The floors in the hall had huge stains.

The staff is top notch. The rooms are HUGE! It is walkable to the ballpark, arch, and very accessible. We didnt rent a car, we just took an uber from the airport and came in for 2 baseball games!

King suite room was very spacious and updated. Beds comfortable. Needed more towels for 3 people as a standard rule. Also if you have a street facing room, it's LOUD. Until like 3am. But we slept ok. Hotel us very large, so walk to elevators, ice/lobby, and restaurant is long. Nice 13min walk to Busch for a game.

The staff was very friendly and informative. They gave options as we were not able to check in early. The valet parking is nice option. The room was spacious and bed was comfy. We did find the bathroom had a slight sewage smell and sink would not drain well. Some of the furniture was worn in places.

The staff was very friendly. However, It took over an hr and two calls to the front desk to get a pack n play, the baseboard in our room was coming off and the mattresses had stains on them. Then the “indoor heated pool” was not heated, the lining of the pool needs to be fixed and the pool area looked like it hasn’t seen a broom or mop in months.

Booked two rooms online and requested they be close to one another. I called day of to confirm they would be next to one another and was told they would be. I also asked if we could check in early and was told it would be no problem at all. I was encouraged to check in anytime after 1pm. I arrived with my family (3 adults and 2 small children) closer to 2pm. The woman checking is in, Jay (or something similar), was so incredibly rude. She told us only 1 room was available to check in. Ok fine. I asked why we were told both rooms would be available and explained we would have made alternate plans if we needed to wait until 4pm. Instead of assisting to find out where the miscommunication occurred, she kept reiterating in a rude and condescending tone that check in is at 4pm. She finally offered to check us into a room that was ready but now both rooms would be on opposite ends from one another. This was not ideal - we wanted the rooms to be close so we weren’t shuffling two small children long distances between rooms. We needed our youngest to nap so went ahead and took the rooms far apart from one another. We travel often and this was hands down one of the rudest staff we’ve encountered.

So what I liked the most about my stay there was the staff in the beginning when i checked in. They were nice, friendly and got my room as quick as possible. The next thing I liked was the waiter i had when i ate dinner, it was very enthusiastic and he had a sense of urgency and he was very respectful. Next were the valet they was very kind. And the last thing i liked was the lady at the front desk when i was checking out. She was an Angel. Overall my experience was a 10 out of 10

Embassy suites was over 2 hours late allowing us to check in. Then the staff was rude when responding to a request for bedding for the fold out sofa bed. This request was made 3 times before it was fulfilled.

The room wasn’t ready until after 5:30 and we may have waited even longer but my wife finally had to go up and ask. It took over an hour to get bedding for the pull-out. Everything else has been great and the room is amazing.

The hotel is located STL downtown. However, it seems downtown is not doing well. Lots of abandoned buildings and shops. There are a lot of homeless on the streets and unfortunately most of the restaurants (including the hotel-restaurant) in the area are closed on Sundays/Mondays. I guess they are only open, when the offices in the area operate. The hotel itself is fine. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff very friendly. The valet parking is a good idea if you care about your car. In this area I would not park along the street...

Great location; walking distance to the Arch and the City Museum (the highlights of our trip). The breakfast was amazing; everything you could ask for (omelettes, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, etc). The room we stayed in was huge and perfect for our family of five. Some of the interior was a little dingy (scuffs on walls, the blanket for the fold out couch had some stains on it, etc.), and it was a slight irritation that the vending machines and the ice machine on our floor didn’t work, but overall we’d stay here again.

Came into town for a trade show. The hotel is walking distance like across the street basically. Staff was great and friendly. Just make sure you eat early for dinner seems like everything is closed by 8pm other than a few bars. Hotel was clean room was nice. It is noisy in certain rooms. Seems like people like to drag race downtown St Louis. Yes during week nights.

Valet was great! The men who were running around were very kind and prompt. We had 7 of us on our trip and rooms were big! Breakfast was also a major hit. The men staffing during our weekend trip had fresh food the entire time and tables were cleared off promptly. We had room service from the restroom upstairs and the man that delivered our food was hilarious! As for location, it was about a 10 min walk to the stadium, across the street was a DG express, and 1 block down is a Starbucks. Any other needs we doordashed. All staff received tips from us and plan to come here again!

Beautiful facility with a spacious room. I love the amenities of the happy hour and the made to order breakfast. My only points off were the fact that the happy hour snacks, and the morning breakfast food all ran out an hour before the time was over. And it didn’t look like anybody was keeping it up or keeping it clean.

My friend and I stayed at Embassy Suites when a bunch of other friends stayed at other hotels that cost a whole lot more but did not get the amenities that we got. We got complementary breakfast, and a very, very good breakfast, every day. A very nice room with a living room, dining table, kitchenette, nice bathroom and bedroom with super comfortable beds. Each night between five and seven there was free liquor at the bar.

Excellent hotel, good size, very comfortable and clean rooms. Great location. Valet service was amazingly efficient.an overall great hotel, the only reason i gave an averagefor service is because the breakfast and happy hour were poorly manned. The breakfast layout was odd and scattered and there were long lines for each station. Although they have a lot of stuff out for their guests, it is very difficult to grab stuff due to the long lines and the wait.

Check-in was excellent. Property looked just like the pictures. I found parking 2 blocks behind the hotel that was $15 for 24 hrs, as opposed to people sitting outside the hotel waiting on the valet. Pool was UNHEATED. And the restaurant staff needed upgrading. One morning the buffet attendant was slamming silverware; at night I ordered dinner to go, that I never got. The hotel was good, except for the food staff

Front staff was helpful with expedia reservation error. Included Breakfast was absolute wonderful. Better than most restaurants!!! I would come back just for that reason. Door men were very helpful and help us with transportation needs. Coffee could be better since and it was not hot. Evening included drinks were nice but the snacks were lacking and not maintained. Facility was very clean. I will be back thank you!
