Room is very clean, looks like it was recently renovated The only real complaint is the parking, with ample parking on the property there is No parking in front of only a few rooms. When traveling by motorcycle this can be a concern for theft as there are no property cameras on the parking lot

Always very clean. Great beds. Last time we were there we wanted to check in early but our room wasnt ready. The room that was ready was an upgrade that they gave us at no extra charge. Excellent service. A great basic stay.

The location and the office staff were great. Sadly, that is all that I can say positively about our experience here. I hope that the other rooms are in better condition than room 12 that we were assigned. Upon entering the room I realized that the carpet was sticky and badly stained although well vacuumed. The bathroom had not been cleaned as there were dried urine stains around the toilet seat and on the floor. Muddy / grimey handprints were on the shower curtain and in many places on the walls. There was a 1" gap at the floor of the entry door where the weather stripping has been torn away allowing weather and insects to come and go freely. The bed sheets although seemingly freshly washed were badly stained. I was extremely uncomfortable staying in this room and found the heavily used deodorizing spray made me feel unwell. I do not recommend this motel to families or for extended stays.

Clean room and bathroom. Seems recently renovated. Nice people at the office. If you are not looking for amenities and want a clean, quiet place to stay, I recommend it highly. Also a bargain. Lowest rate in the area. Free coffee and Juice at the office in the morning.

The room (carpets, upholstery and the washroom) could’ve been cleaner. I believe the shower curtain is making the washroom smell like pee. Last time we were in the newer rooms that are attached to the front desk area and because they were newer then it seemed cleaner. This time we’re were in the older building.

The room was disgusting. Stains all over the bedding, there was also no comforter only gross sheets, this is the room I booked, however the owner tried to give me a less expensive room when I arrived even though I had prepaid. Horrible place, I did not stay we got a room at the comfort inn and had an amazing night there instead

The staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the stay itself was comfortable enough, except the bathroom smelled moldy and the shower drain was really slow. There were also some minor issues with room cleanliness, but the linens seemed fresh at least. This trip was for a quick stop after long drive and a space to have good sleep so that I can keep going on the next day. Then Masterson’s Motel definitely served my purpose. Check in was smooth. Room is old style (colour tone wise), but washroom is new and bed is comfortable, two of which that I cared the most. So no problem to me. Heating/washroom fan was a bit noisy. Then turned them off when I went to sleep. No problem as well. I got the price when there was a promotion . Even better. And staff were all nice. Thank you very much. Overall, I am happy with my choice.

Masterson's has great staff, always smiling and friendly. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very quiet. My only issue was that the sidewalks could have been shoveled a bit better where you walk over the curb where you park to the sidewalk in front of the lower doors. We always enjoy our stay with them.

We booked a room with a queen bed and sofa bed. When we arrived we were given a double bed and sofa bed. The walls were dusty, bed sheets were stained. The website says that service animals are allowed however one of the workers confronted my partner and told him we would be charged a $500 fee for our REGISTERED service animal being there. We informed her that in Ontario if someone requires a service animal you cannot deny them or charge an additional fee as those animals are needed. After showing our dogs paperwork She proceeded to tell us our dog was not a service animal and we would be charged the $500 fee. I would not recommend staying here!

We stayed a second day because someone wasn’t well and we pay cash second day ..staff keep 50 cash after we pay for second day … n told us in case of cleaning??? And they already got my visa so why ? Last time here ! Hard to get staff out office as well !! To want your money and you do do the booking they are barely on site to help customers

I was very surprised by the overall cleanliness of the room, not gonna lie! The bathroom was also incredibly clean and modern so that was an added bonus! I'd honestly give it a 5-star rating except for the continental breakfast, which is one of the reasons i picked this place... they say continental breakfast but in reality, it was just juice, coffe and tea, which is a complimentary drink, not a breakfast, so a little disappointed there.

Rooms are more updated than some other places, but room was empty and lacking things that we expected/ in the photos. 1 bed and 1 nightstand. No chair/couch/table/lights on nightstands, nothing to sit on. The room looked like it had a big empty space, Great if you both wanted to do yoga In the morning. “Breakfast included” was only coffee/tea/juice, no food. Staff were nice and accommodating.

Easy to get to from the 401, and rooms are clean. The Fish and Chips place is right next door and is excellent. The discount that you get from staying in this motel is a bonus!

Great price, free WiFi, has all the necessities and there is a juice bar in the main office. It was so quiet that it didn’t even feel like anyone else was there but they were full so that was nice.
