Great to get a complimentary breakfast, but options limited. ATV riders most welcome and ample parking for trailers on-site! Highly recommend this location

Staff were great, hotel is in great shape, restaurant is really good and fairly priced. The restaurant staff are fantastic. We were only there one night and will stay there again when in the area.

The nicest hotel we have stayed in for a number of years. Attention is given to all details. Bathroom well setup with appropriate shelf for towels, great granite counter top, grab bar in tub, shower nozzle adjustable. Room great bed and bed coverings. All details addressed, even the clocks in the room are set to local time. Restaurant well appointed with good menu and staff throughout the hotel and restaurant are terrific. Highly recommend

Bright and clean hotel with very friendly, accommodating staff. Hot breakfast each morning included. Restaurant is reasonably priced with great choices. Close to town and right on trans Canada highway. This is a gem, can't go wrong staying here. Highly recommended. Great job to all.

To be honest the building does need a little attention ie the sink in our bathroom was cracked. Overall though the hotel is clean our room was beautiful it was relatively quiet ( other customers children) All the staff I’ve dealt with are amazing and very pleasant. I would definitely and have recommended this hotel. Will be staying there again soon.

I stayed three nights and my room was never cleaned the entire time. I was told by front desk they do not do daily housekeeping.

The room was a bit dated and a little bit noisy - the minibar made frequent noises and we could hear the people walking upstairs but not enough to really bother us. Breakfast was adequate; dinner was better. Location is good. Internet connectivity was good. Service was friendly and efficient.

From the moment checking in to the moment checking out - everything was perfect. Been to this hotel many times and love each it. My only issue was the shower. Which did not have a non-slip mat or one near by to use; or the shower floor didn’t have the coating on the ground for grip to make you not fall. I stepped into the shower, I fell and came crashing down. Bruised my back and sliced my ankle open. When my boyfriend was talking to the front desk lady, they were very nice and helpful but to find out that every room doesn’t have that may or the rough grip on the tub was interesting. Overall, the hotel is really good and we enjoyed it. But I am very sore lol and bruised up.

You could hear a lot of noise, the beds weren’t super comfortable. The fit and finish of the hotel wasn’t great and it needs an upgrade.

Rooms are more quiet on the backside of the building. Traffic can be heard sleeping in the front view rooms. Restaurant food ok.

Our stay was great. Very convenient location. The room was a really nice size and the bed was very comfortable. It had a nice size bathroom as well. Our only negative was the sound of the heater/air conditioner; it was very loud when it cut in. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great night at this hotel. Terry checked us in and he was so friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are updated, spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet to sleep but it was also a slow night so that could change if the hotel was full. The best thing was the free breakfast at the nice restaurant on site. Not the usual help yourself breakfast, but a real full, hot breakfast included with your stay. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

The hotel itself was great but the air conditioner in our room sounded like an airplane landing

Nice large bright clean room. Elevator stopped working after check-in, we were on the 3rd floor. Was to be repaired a few hours after checkout. Air-conditioner didn't work and room was hot. Couldn't open a window to cool the room for sleeping.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and staff was friendly. The only problem was our shower, which had very little water pressure and water reached lukewarm at best, even after running at the hottest temp for several minutes.

Our experience at the Quality Hotel in Clarenville was deeply disappointing and far below what one would expect from a property carrying this brand name and price point. We had a confirmed reservation and initially found the room to be acceptable. However, upon returning around 8:30 p.m., the atmosphere in the hotel had completely changed. The hallways were filled with yelling children running back and forth, while their parents socialized loudly with their room doors wide open. The noise echoed through the corridors, making rest impossible. When we called the front desk to address the issue, the staff’s response was shockingly dismissive. We were told, “kids will be kids,” and that no effort would be made to enforce any level of quiet or respect for other guests. I explained that this was not acceptable—especially given the rate we were paying—but the clerk refused to take action or offer a solution. At that point, we decided this was not the environment for a restful stay. We packed up, went to the front desk, and requested a refund. Although the staff member eventually processed it, he did so while berating and speaking rudely to us—an unprofessional and unnecessary end to an already frustrating experience. Fortunately, our travel site reimbursed us quickly, but we left with the clear impression that guest comfort and courtesy are not priorities at this property. Do not stay here if you value peace, respect and proffessionalism.

Donna at the front desk is super duper…all the staff are amazing…I love the renovations …my room was super comfy and modern …I love the fact that they use bulk shampoo and conditioner in the showers to reduce little plastic bottles going into landfill. Excellent Quality / choice hotels for doing this …I wish more hotels did the same …also love the mini fridge and micro on the rooms

The staff here were great! The woman on the desk overnight was so kind! We enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

Krystal, who checked us in was fantastic! She made dinner reservations at Bella's for us, and called after we got into our room to make sure everything was good. The customer service was excellent.

Very poor customer experience stay, was called at 11:30pm from the front desk to say they forgot to get a credit from me at check-in, I assured they had taken it and upon review it was that the person at the desk was untrained and it was there. With a 4am meeting this was very unfortunate and the response from them was poor.

Check in and out was very easy. Valerie on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were spotless. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and our server Lorraine was excellent.

Very clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Had a problem with their machine when checking in but they figured out how to bypass it. I just paid in full on checkin and there were no issues doing it that way.

Nice and convenient location

The staff were lovely and the rooms were clean. The location is quiet though on the transcanada so no options for walking from the hotel. We were there in October and the leaves were spectacular. I would stay here again for the location and the very helpful staff.

Perfect location when getting off the ATV trails. We had a ground floor room with direct access to the parking lot. Perfect as we had our dogs with us.

Terrible value for money - breakfast was awful

Love the hotel!! Great staff!! The restaurant, however, was a different story. The restaurant, itself was great and the food was good… but the one waitress was terrible!! Only one cup of coffee and no offer of refill… rolled her eyes when I asked for gluten free toast… just not a good experience!! Too bad, because the food was good! ( tea was served with bag in cup for myself with the hotel coupon, but other people had pots of hot water for their tea)

Comfortable, clean room with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and was freshly cooked from a 3 choice menu... not buffet style.
