There were stained towels that looked like blood on them. If anything was wrong with your room, check out, card keys lost there was a charge yet their own standards were terrible. Found numerous spiders in the room and couldn’t sleep. Hours of operation were 9am to 9pm which were extremely inconvenient. Loved the kitchenette option but would not stay again.

We stayed two nights at Crystal Springs Lodge. It's a cute little motel that offers the basics, but the rooms have been updated and were very clean, which we appreciated. The only downside to the room was that it wasn't very soundproof. We could hear quite a bit of noise from surrounding rooms and outside, which made it a little less relaxing. My biggest disappointment, however, was being charged an additional $10 for a stained white towel. White towels can become stained despite normal use, and I felt this charge was unreasonable. It left a negative impression and unfortunately overshadowed what was otherwise a pleasant stay. Overall, it's a clean, comfortable place for a short stay, but I think the towel policy could be reconsidered.
