It was clean. BUT waited 15 minutes for some warm ( or hot) water to wash in. There was no breakfast in hotel or nearby. Finally on third the toilet blocked.

Asked for a room on the lower level(seniors) and the room was only a double bed yet we paid for a queen beed. Bed was terrible and the tv didn't work. We asked for a queen bed room and needed a second floor room. Bed was much better and the tv worked. No elevator and the stairs are not very good. Spiral stairs with narrow treads on inside curve. Not impressed with the place and won't stay there again.

J'ai passé deux nuits au motel Le Mirage. J'ai adoré l'emplacement. Situé à Saint Basile, c'était parfait pour me rendre au mont Saint Bruno. C'était pratique de me trouver à une distance de marche raisonnable d'un IGA, d'un maxi et d'un Jean Coutu. Il y a un bar et un restaurant annexés au motel. Ça dépanne si on souhaite manger du "fast food" ou bien boire de l'alcool. Ma chambre était au premier, alors je ne sais pas s'il y a beaucoup de va-et-vient au rez-de-chaussée avec les allées et venus des clients de l'établissement et ceux du bar. J'ai bien dormi. Malgré le bruit des voitures passant sur l'autoroute. Lorsque j'ai pris ma douche, j'ai remarqué que l'eau n'était devenu chaude qu'après un long moment (environ 10min.). Je n'ai jamais vu personne à l'accueil, mais il suffit d'appuyer sur un interrupteur posé sur le comptoir pour qu'on vienne. J'ai beaucoup aimé ma chambre. J'ai trouvé que les lieux étaient bien entretenus.

Starting with the bed it's very uncomfortable, when 2 people sleep it's like there's a hole in the middle where we both slip in. The pillows were good though but they only give 1 pillow each The bathtub shower is too small, I almost slipped a few times because of how curved and slim it is The hallways are dark and dirty, it is not very clean. Sofas in the room have stains When the AC is on it stinks just a little bit My family friend that was also with us, the room cleaners did NOT clean the room for the second day, we had to tell them

Le personnel parlait uniquement anglais. A refusé de me changer de chambre même si j’étais prête à payer les frais. Il fesait terriblement froid dans la chambre nous ne pouvions pas éteindre le chauffage alors c’etais bruyant. Le lit n’avais pas de draps contour et seulement 2 petite oreiller inconfort. Une chance que c'était seulement pour dormir une nuit. C'est rendu cher pour un hôtel par rapport à ce qu'on à. Seulement 1 cup de café par chambre, pas de lait... Il n'y avait personne à la réception, ni en arrivant, ni en partant... Pas de drap chaud, seulement 3 oreillers avec un lit qui creuse au centre et qui fait de drôle de son. Bofff. C'est clair dans notre cas que nous y retournerons jamais. C'est le genre d'hôtel qu'on a le goût de retourner.

26 driving minutes to Montreal downtown. 10 driving min to near a big shopping mall with a lot of good food. 5 driving minutes to the supermarket. Good price and clean hotel. Will come back next time if visiting.

This is a pretty average highway side hotel. In all honesty, I would say it’s closer to a motel then a hotel. But, it was clean and quiet, so we got a good nights rest. Nothing fancy, but good value for the money. The only « problem » was arriving in our room at about 6pm during a heatwave to find that the air conditioning had been off all day and the room was a furnace. Once we turned it on full blast, the room was livable in about 20 minutes.
