The perfect spot to stay while exploring the amazing coastline and 12 Apostles. Walk to everything you need. Clean & comfortable. EV destination charger available (only one though and 3 Teslas were staying the night so maybe an extra charger needed). Would stay here again.

Booked this property as it had charging facility for electric cars. Only issue is that the hotel does not keep people’s car rego’s and when I went out someone parked in the charging spot. So I could not charge till the morning.

We had to park on the street as the motel car park was full (including the spot in front of our room). The hot water system from next door kept making a constant loud banging noise which got quite annoying by the end of the night and trying to sleep. The room was comfortable and clean, kitchen had everything we needed, tea/coffee/sugar/milk provided, beds were comfortable.

Location to the beach was great, the room was okay, could have been cleaner with dead flies on the windowsill which should be cleaned up. Also, no toaster in room which they quickly fixed. We were in the family room, throughout the night there was a pump or something that kept starting/stopping which wasn't great. Otherwise the room was great for the family of 4

The bathroom had no fan, there was a birdsnest outside the room so at 5am chirping starts. The bathroom wasn’t really clean, there was hair in it still. Good for a cheap and quick stay as the location was good.

Great location! I would highly recommend booking the ocean view rooms (we were only staying one night so we booked a motel room) so glad we stayed in Port Campbell - it’s a stunning, quaint town! Walking distance to everything! Our bathroom window wouldn’t close (broken) so a bit chilly when we were showering and the bedroom aircon (on warm) didn’t work. Other than that, we would stay again!

Stayed in Unit 22. The outside air handling unit behind the main bedroom made ridiculously loud noises most of the night. It’s clearly in very poor condition. Hardly slept a wink. This can’t be the first time a guest has raised. Needs seen to urgently. Not a positive experience, in particular given the nightly cost.

Good value for money, with excellent location and overall good cleanliness. However WiFi seem not working ('Connected without internet') which is not great in location with little to no data. The biggest downside was being woken up in the middle of the night by the room smoke alarm given that there was no fire or smoke at all. Hopefully is something that management can resolve.

We arrived around 8 pm. Nobody was in the office. Had to call the number listed on expedia to find out our room number and the key was left under doormat. This could be a trouble for international travelers who only have a data plan without calling capabilities. Room is clean, but the bath room needs repair. The faucet and toilet seat need to be tightened.

Reception sign said staffed from 2pm, had to call to get staff attendance to collect key. Easy parking, easy walk to dining options, no outdoor sitting option and lots of rules/conditions e.g. empty all rubbish into outside bins, wash utensils, plates etc so as not to incur further fees (?)- thought this would be included in daily rate.

Accomodation provides comfortable bed, simple clean bathroom and tea/ coffee facilities. That is all you need as this picturesque location is for outside swimming, hiking and short drives to the viewing highlights of The Great Ocean Road. Short stroll to excellent dining options.

The motel room was clean and met my expectations. The girl on Check-in was friendly and efficient. The motel is located in easy walking distance of all facilities At the time of my visit Port Campbell was undergoing renovation that included road replacement so the high street was a bit of a building site. I’m sure it will be lovely when done. Also note that many of the food options are closed on a Tuesday evening.

Property is on the edge of a bay with a beach, off the Great Ocean Road, thus no traffic noise, and is on a no thru traffic street! The beach area is being renovated with flowers and trees, will be ready this summer 2024, couldn’t be better location: all restaurants and grocery store on next block!

We got in after 8pm as we saw the Apostles at sunset. Love that you walk out of the motel and get the sea view of the cove and beach. It is walking distance to the cafe and eateries from the motel. The town was rather quiet except for road works happening on the main road at the time we were there. The room was comfortable and basic with a small kitchenet and microwave to heat up food and the beds are comfortable. The only thing wrong is the cracked basin in the bathroom. Although functional, we feel it should be replaced for hygiene and aesthetic reasons. We had one night but could have stayed 2 as there were much to explore in the area.
