The hotel was clean and marginally well maintained. We were given a room where the electronic door lock did not work. This was a known issue, but the room was still rented. The staff gave us a different room that was OK. The breakfast was disappointing. Both days the bins were empty initially and later filled. Though yogurt and fruit were advertised, neither were available. The room was very clean and the staff mostly very friendly and helpful.

The problem with my stay was the check in. The poor employee was not trained and it took over 45 minutes from when i walked in to when i started the check in process. There 2 people in front of me. Also, was given 2 queen room when I wanted a king. We were in a hurry and i did not want to go downstairs to change rooms because of time constraints. I mentioned to staff and they were willing to switch rooms for us, but we had already taken showers and i did not want to put the staff out any more. Person running the front desk needs more training before being put in that situation. Everyone's patience was running thin, but no one got obnoxious waiting.
