Property was very good value for the price. It had a great view over Guangzhou and was right beside a nice park. Metro was very close. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of choice. No pool in winter.

I like the room design. I liked having a bath and seperate shower. The gym was very good, especially for a hotel. The swimming pool was decent and they had a jacuzzi. The breakfast is okay. I like that they have a convenient store located inside, close to the reception.

Really clean, comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. Hotel staff were really helpful and the breakfast and room service were delicious. The hotel doesn't have a bar which was unusual but otherwise offered all I needed

My room offers an awesome view of the city and the lake. The facility was good. However, the cleaning staffs have some room for improvement. They didn't bring me 4 towels as I requested multiple times. They didn't really clean my bed and vacuum the room diligently. The swimming pool and the hot tub is a bit outdated. The restaurant at the hotel is kind of expensive. Other than that, I love this hotel. I will definitely revisot it if I visit Guangzhou again in the future.

It is a bit of a mausoleum , very 90's Vegas vibe, but the biggest glaring error is no bar..... The rooms are dated, nice views, dining in hotel is good but super expensive. There is a local market just across the bridge which is great, and a few very good local restaurants including a Japanese and plenty of ducks options. For what we paid it was ok but not 5 star

Dieses Mal war der Aufenthalt jedoch enttäuschend: Das Hotel war durch die Unterbringung von Athleten nur zur Hälfte nutzbar, Zufahrten waren gesperrt und Taxis mussten auf einer mehrspurigen Straße gesucht werden – sehr gefährlich und zeitaufwendig. Dazu kamen ständige Security‑Checks und nur drei von sechs Fahrstühlen, was lange Wartezeiten verursachte. Die Zimmer waren in einem heruntergekommenen Zustand mit Schimmel im Bad und Wasserflecken an den Decken. Der Roomservice war zwar gut, aber insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt nicht dem gewohnten Standard. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass diese Einschränkungen nicht kommuniziert wurden und wir trotzdem den vollen Preis zahlen mussten.

I love this hotel. Positive Sides; Generally, it's well managed. The rooms are spacious. Clean Enough, staff are friendly, they serve fruit in the room. Minibar choices are plenty and prices are cheap. The gym room is so spacious with many machine choices. The pool is enough and instant saunas next to the pool are super helpful. Couples and friends can also use it at the same time. Negative Sides; The pool and jacuzzi sides are extremely slippery, I was about to fall badly. Pool sides must be stuck with anti-slippery stripes. Otherwise, someone will be hurt. Lifts are sometimes slow. But, overall it's 8 out of 10 for me. I will stay again. Thanks

el hotel es un poco viejo y le falta mucho mantenimiento, en mi caos personal el piso de la piscina no tiene antideslizante y me cai en la misma lo cual me genero una fractura de un dedo, (por lo menos me dieron 2 curas y un banano en la recepción cuando me vieron fracturado), los pisos de las habitaciones son en un tapete ya viejo y manchado y el aseo de las mismas es regular, el desayuno si es excelente y muy bueno

Jeg har vært her 2 ganger. Forrige opphold luktet hele etasjen røyk, og selv om jeg ga beskjed til betjeningen, skjedde det ikke noe. De lovet refusjon, men den kom selvsagt ikke. Denne gangen var det litt det samme, men rommet var skittent og veldig slitt. Langt unna 5 stjerner. Eneste positive er frokosten som er bra.

Older property that is in good condition but a bit worn. Breakfast assortment is large but the taste not so great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lot's of mold around the shower and tub reflecting the property age. Location is very good for Canton Fair. It's an OK place but I will look for alternatives for next years trip.

Internet access was free, but it was the Chinese internet. Their network would not allow me to connect to any USA websites. I’m from America and cannot read the Chinese language. Therefore, the free internet access was useless! I stayed at this same hotel about 4-5 years ago. I remember it being much nicer back then! I could not believe how dirty and run-down this hotel is now! The walls in the hallways were stained. The carpet was stained. I had mold on the ceiling in my room. My shower had dirty & moldy caulk. The entire hotel smells very old and mildewy. The concierge, bell hoppers, and front desk receptionists spoke very little English but they were all nice and pleasant. It was a struggle trying to get help or info. I did like that room service is 24 hours. I stayed here for 10 days. I won’t be back.

5 star but little outdated hotel....if you hate smoke smell...this is not your hotel! I guess because there have smoking rooms...you can smell and see smoke buds inside the hotel lobby. Other than that..is a good and clean hotel.

Otel eski ama çok büyük ve temiz bir oteldi. 36. katta nehir manzaralı odada konakladık. Manzarası çok güzeldi. Sabah kahvaltı çeşidi çok ve güzeldi. 11/8當晚入住,在前堂登記時,職員態度很差,一副愛理不理的模樣,因朋友港車北上.在停車場入口未能自動識別入閘,需人工開啟,詢問第二天如何出行時,,因我們普通話不太好,問他能否聽懂粵語時.只回我們一句,英語普通話 .而且取房卡時亦沒有介紹酒店設施和餐廳在那(我們是包早餐)便打發我們走了連保安和整潔也比他有禮貌,,不會再選擇廣州陽光酒店

The hotel is almost perfect , big rooms , house keeping is amazing, breakfast is great , the only thing that's a little bit of a problem is communicating with the Front Desk staff , only one person can speak English. Still my preferred hotel in Guangzhou

Siamo stati 1 notte a Guanghzou in questo Hotel 5 stelle in transito verso la Nuova Zelanda. Unica nota negativa è stata la difficoltà di comunicazione avuta con il personale che, escludendo ovviamente quello di servizio, parlava poco o niente inglese, anche alla Reception. Per il resto un Hotel bellissimo e pulitissimo con tutti i servizi e comfort ok. Colazione internazionale fornitissima. Consigliati vivamente i Tours guidati personali, badando ad avere il pick up incluso. Città enorme (18.000.000 di abitanti) con tante cose da vedere. Per quel che riguarda il cibo…..de gustibus..!

Check in and check out not so good…the reason is English illiteracy. Check out took over 25 mins Room upgrade was nice which also gave me access to free decent meals Suite itself was very impressive. It even had a massage chair Tv programs mostly Chinese, unlike international hotels where at least few international channels are available Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were rich The surrounding area is boring and required taxi to go somewhere interesting Shuttle bus to canton fair took very little time, around 10 mins which is a real advantage Overall stay: positive

Great experience, easy stay as a foreigner. Could be a little cleaner in certain areas like the shower, but not significant. Only gripe is that the hotel is on a very large highway; makes taxiing back to the hotel a few yuan more expensive and a few minutes longer because they often have to take alternate routes to get to the north side of the street.

No aircon in our room, too hot to bear. They didn't prepare the extra bed and baby crib inside room as we communicated in advance through email. Good they had a baby bathtub, but no bottle sterilizer. Pool was messy and not so well managed. Breakfast variety was good, but quality wise not so. 1 of F&B staffs there refilled salad leaves that fell on the floor. He just picked it up from floor and put it on the bowl of buffet!!!!!!!! Terrible.
