Very clean and a well appointed room. Disappointed that we arrived and no one was there to let us in. Had to come back 45 minutes later. Provided food was tasty but no variety. Asked if we had any allergies then told what breakfast would be. Very disorganized parking. No lines and had to jockey around other guests vehicles. Again, a very nice room but the vibe of the visit was that we were an inconvenience to the hosts.

Liz and Sean are incredibly warm and hospitable hosts. Their home is sparkling clean, thoughtfully designed, and full of charm. The garden is beautifully landscaped and inviting, and the main floor is both elegant and artistic. Our room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was authentic and delicious. This was a very nice B&B with good sized rooms and generous common areas. The furnishings and decor were upscale and the breakfast was adjusted for my celiac problem. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the building is located in an industrial area with a cement plant next door. Parking was also a bit tight and could be a problem if you got blocked in. We didn't experience any problems with these shortcomings and would stay there again if we're in the area.

Lovely B&B. Nice size room with plenty of storage and lights. Especially appreciated the common room adjacent to several guest rooms with more comfortable sofa seating, tv and fridge. Wonderful hosts! The place was spotless and well decorated. The breakfast provided in the morning was delicious. Our room was very spacious. The only issue I had was with the room temperature at night. We stayed during some warm weather. The room we stayed in did not have any a/c. There was a ceiling fan but unfortunately it did not do the trick. The room was hot and stuffy all night. We had the windows open but unfortunately the home is in an industrial like area and the trucks going by were quite loud. It looks like some of the other rooms may have had a/c. I would definitely stay again but would probably request a room facing the back with an a/c unit.

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent and served beautifully. We noticed Sean remembered everyone’s preferences for drinks or other small things. Both Sean and Liz were interested in our activities of the day. The house was beautifully decorated and we were comfortable in our room. We would have liked a little more room in the washroom to place some things and maybe a table we could have used but these are very minor things. We would definitely visit again if in PEI.

I liked everything really. The room I stayed in was a good size, great bed, very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. What more could you ask for. The Confederation Trail was 5 mins away and everything else was reasonably close like shopping and restaurants. The food was great and I got to try new things like a Frittata. All and all, it was a great stay and the owners were wonderful.

Accommodations were lovely and staff was great. It was very hot, however and air conditioning had not yet been "set up" for the summer season. The host suggested we use the ceiling fan and keep the window open. Our room was situated on the front of the property, facing a noisy street, so having the window open was very noisy. To say that they went above and beyond would be an understatement; providing not only helpful tips and suggestions about where to visit on PEI, but also gracing us with their wonderful hospitality. Breakfast was a highlight where Liz would make a phenomenal special breakfast pasty every morning, to end the already delicious breakfast she also made. Sean was incredibly helpful, accommodating and warm, never making us feel intrusive. We highly, highly recommend!
