Quite well placed for business at the international convention centre (4 stops on the metro) and then 2 stops the other way to the main city. Rooms were clean functional and quiet but no outlook at all - overlooked by other rooms so limited privacy. Gym facilities were poor. I didn't have food but appeared limited. Basic but good for city break where not spending time in your hotel.

Our stay was not what as advertised. The hotel is centrally located in an industrial business area. The restaurant/bar was closed for?, but the hotel did have a very good breakfast. Dinner was a necessary taxi ride away.

Room was very clean, and even the morning clean while in occupation was very thorough. Reception and breakfast staff were excellent with professional service and impeccable English. The room would be better with facilities to make tea/coffee, and there is no in-house option for an evening meal except the room service menu.

Everything was pretty good. A few exceptions are stinky smell from bathroom pipe once a day, hot water in the shower was constantly fluctuating from your set temp to very hot. Hotel is away from noisy area, which is good.

Hotel was a good price which is why we stayed here for the three days. Around 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro stop, which is convenient for getting into town. Hotel is very old and tired, and rooms in desperate need of renovation. Shower can’t keep a constant temperature and bed not the comfiest. But- it does the job for a short trip.

The room was very good! However plenty of dust on the bedside tables and main tables. The staff seems lost when asking just a bit of milk or coffe saying they don't have access to that and looking to each other like no one ever asked for this. But we did have it the day after. Hallo Leute, ich habe mich aufgrund der sehr positiven Bewertung: 4,5 „wunderbar“ zu einer Buchung entschieden. Meine eigenen Erfahrungen vor Ort möchte ich kurz zusammenfassen: freundliches Personal geringer Preis unserer Buchung ca. 15min Fußweg zum Strand -Lage: im Umfeld befinden sich u. a. ein Schrotthandel und weniger attraktive Grundstücke/Gebäude -Fußboden und Möbel stellenweise defekt -Schreibtisch partiell verschmutzt -Geschirr stellenweise verschmutzt -Toilettenspülung vom WC temporär defekt -eine Steckdose hing vor der Wand und die Elektrik lag offen und stellte eine Gefahr dar (Mangel wurde nach unserer Rückfrage behoben) -beim Herausziehen eines Papierhandtuches kann die an der Wand befestigte Kunststoffbox herunterfallen -schlechter Schallschutz innerhalb des Hotels -einige Teile innerhalb des Raumes sind etwas „klebrig“ und wirken somit unhygienisch -Feuchteschäden an der Decke im Bad -Fenstergriff im Wohnraum ist abgebrochen Zu einigen oben genannten Punkten habe ich Fotos aufgenommen, diese kann ich bei Bedarf zur Verfügung stellen.

Hotellet vil gerne fremstå som et bedre hotel, men tilstand af værelset viser, at visionen ikke deles af alle... Armaturet sad løst i håndvasken, armaturet ved badekarret havde løs bagplade, brusehoved-holderen virkede ikke. Minibar køleskabet virkede ikke. Alt for mange ting til, at det kan være et tilfælde. Morgenmaden var god og varieret og personalet i receptionen let tilgængelig og venligt.

Room was ok however window faced a wall. Like in prison, as I’ve been told. Staff was courteous. Location is off, not really close to anything of reference, metro was about 3/4 blocks away. Limited bar/dining options in the area. It worked for me bc was visiting someone in the area but I wouldn’t recommend to someone with mobility issue unless person likes taxis.

I liked in the hotel. The staff were nice and friendly and it offered good value for money. Only downsides are that the room walls were a little thin, so you could hear other guests and there was no kettle in the room to allow us to make tea/coffee.

The hotel lies in a more modern area where some clubs are around the corner and a shop where you can sell metals found in the trash. There are many young drunk people throughout the whole night. It is super loud especially you have a room to the street. The hotel\'s condition is overall super old and not very well cared of. You"ll find lots of dashes, scratches or other broken parts of furniture or floor. I definitely won\'t go there again and would not recommend it to any other not partying people.

Stay here was awful and had to leave the 2nd day of a 10 day trip without any compensation or refund for remainder. There was a really annoying humming/buzzing sound in both rooms we booked and throughout the halls. I asked the staff about it but they all seemed untrained, new, and incompetent and denied hearing the sound I literally have on video. In addition, fire alarm went off early in the morning and I called the front to see if it was a true emergency or mishap; there was no response. Hurried down with the most important things we could collect to find someone fiddling around in the room where the fire alarm controls were explaining he didn’t know what was going on. Overall, this place was an awful experience with unhelpful staff. Do not recommend, there are plenty of other places nearby to stay at comfortably.

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, se puede ir paseando hasta el Puerto Olímpico y paseo marítimo así como al Arco del Triunfo y el Barrio Gótico. También está muy bien comunicado con el transporte público, especialmente el metro. La zona es muy tranquila, a pesar de tener una sala como la Razzmatazz justo al lado. Yo reservé aquí justo por este motivo y me alegro de la elección. Además me dio la oportunidad de pasear por el barrio, que es muy tranquilo y con interesantes restaurantes y arte urbano.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona que se percibe algo peligrosa . Las calles en los alrededores están sucias y hay ratas en un basurero que queda en la acera muy cerca al hotel . El staff es amable y el desayuno es bueno pero no ayuda la ubicación .

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Lage ist (auf den ersten Blick?) vielleicht nicht in der einladensten Gegend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist allerdings sehr zufriedenstellend, die Anbindung an den ÖPNV praktikabel und das Frühstücksbuffet NH-typisxh sehr umfangreich.

Great suite to stay in. Since Inwas travelling with another person, having two bathrooms was amazing. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was phenomenal and there were lots of gluten free breakfast options I appreciated.
