There was no hot water available to take a shower. Only "hand warm" water; only in the evening. And the Spa with Sauna closed at 5pm. In the morning there was even no warm water coming,i let the water rins 1 hour. Unbelievable.

Afternoons at the pool bar was a highlight, as well as the games room. And the spa was lovely too. Staff were all very kind and helpful.
