Friendly & helpful staff upgraded us to a junior suite for our anniversary,which we appreciated very much. The room was large,unique and beautiful. Huge shower/sauna was great, & bed/pillows very comfortable. Main area very nice & spa pool was great & peaceful with perfect temperature. The only issue was the 30 euro per person (expensive) charge to use the spa . We were never informed & only found out about this upon check-out. Apart from that we loved this hotel. It was very quiet & only a few minute walk to main area. Highly recommended.

We spent two lively, active and romantic days im Milan. The hotel is a luxury hotel with superb service in a quiet neighborhood. It is less than a 20 minutes walk to the Duomo, wonderful restaurants and shopping. Chateau Manfort has all the luxury amenities including spa, restaurant and a very friendly bar.

Exceptional service. Very discreet staff. They spoke English and French with us and were very helpful with our luggages. I noticed a few details regarding the cleanliness of the sofa in our bedroom and a stain on of the cushions. They should add lights in the closet and the air dryer was not easy to use. The decorations are outstanding and the buffet breakfast had choices for everyone.

Im deeply thankful that I’ve been a guest of chateau monfort. The kindness of the personell, the attention to detail is next level. Special thanks to Luca S and the young doorman that kept us dry by holding an umbrella over us. The rooms were very clean, we were given umbrellas and two Prosecco’s as a welcome treat just to mention a few things. The drinks, coffee and the breakfast are very good. It felt like being home. The Ambiente of the hotel is fantastic. It’s just pure beauty and attention to detail that is being reflected. Thank you for making our stay special! Kind wishes!

Our stay at Chateau Montfort during our one night stop in Milan during our honeymoon was wonderful. The hotel kindly provided a free upgrade to a gorgeous room with freestanding bath, and they also provided some additional treats, such as a bottle of prosecco and fruit platter, which was much appreciated. All of the staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the hotel was very clean and peaceful. The hotel is a little bit of a walk into the main centre, but seems well located for public transport, and we were able to get an Uber back to the train station easily. The breakfast was decent although not the best that we had during our Italy trip. Would highly recommend if looking for a bit of luxury whilst in Milan!

Beware of bed bugs! I believe I had bites. The hotel doesn't use protective covers on their mattress or pillows . This is unacceptable practices. Additionally, upon checkout the hotel tried to charge me for an extra night's stay and food charges that were not mine. That being said, the hotel has an old world charm if you wanna put up with what's mentioned above.

The hotel itself was stunning! Immaculately clean and each room uniquely decorated to a high standard. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. We had booked 2 superior rooms which they immediately turned into a corner suite to join them together. It was within walking distance of the main attractions and the metro right outside the door which was easy to navigate. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Milan.

Well situated. Accessable by car, outside restriction zone but within walking distance of center. We received a beautiful room on the fourth (top) floor but in the summer heat the air conditioning was insufficient and noisy. The hotel gracefully transferred us to a lower floor.

I was torn between a four-star hotel near the Duomo and a five-star hotel a bit farther away, and ultimately chose this one. My room was in the attic, with only a skylight and no window to look outside, but it was spacious and comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner were from Diptyque, adding to the pleasant experience, so the lack of windows didn’t bother me at all.

Beautiful hotel, Room was fairly spacious for Europe and the bathroom was well designed. Staff were gracious and kept us access our room earlier than check in time. Location can’t be beat right outside a tram and Metro stop.My only minor complain is that the weren’t very soft! I stayed in two other similar range hotels on this trip and this place needs to upgrade their linens! That being said, I would stay here again and recommend to friends going to Milan.

The Monfort was absolutely incredible. The team (especially Simone) was super hospitable, even when I got really sick for a day with fresh supplies. The breakfast is fresh and amazing, the area is great, and the room (Junior Suite) was fantastic. Easily top 5 hotels I've ever stayed in around the world.

It’s such a beautiful hotel, like Versailles but with modern amenities. We loved it! I would definitely stay here again. The room was spacious and access to terrace, bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious with a variety of foods. It was perfect. Metro was just out the entrance , tram stop as well. Walkable to Duomo and shopping area. I am picky and I definitely recommend it and it’s getting the 5 stars from me.

Hotel was good but I would consider it closer to 4* than 5*. 2 negative factors for me was no usb charging points/lack of accessible sockets in room and the breakfast. Service was slow, quality of hot items poor and despite paying extra for breakfast you are charged an additional 8euros if you want an omelette or fried eggs.
