The hotel was very very bad to visit first of all the food is bad if you eat there you will go to the hospital like what happened to me my visit to Phuket was not good because of them with that very annoying sounds everywhere An employee comes to my room while I'm sleeping to ask for a 100 baht tip because he gave me juice. Christ was not clean. My skin turned red with pimples because of a swimming pool with bugs. The worst hotel in the world. If you rented a hotel for $1, it would be better than this hotel.

We stayed here for 17 nights with our young children (5 months and 3yr). The rooms were clean, spacious, and everything was in working order throughout our stay. We rented the family rooms, which had 2 bedrooms and a small loving room and kitchenette (without any kitchenware). The staff were truly lovely—especially with our kids—and always made us feel welcome. The location is not too far from the beach and great local restaurants, including halal options, but it's on a busy street that's not ideal for walking with small children or strollers. We ended up renting a car to get around after we heard that there were a lot of motor cycle accidents in our area. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a disagreement over a damaged sofa. We were initially asked to pay a very high amount (21,000 THB) for a piece of furniture that was visibly worn and available for much less online. While the issue was eventually resolved through negotiation, it caused a lot of stress and took away from what was otherwise a lovely stay. This place is great for couples or solo travelers. Families with small kids may want to plan transport and be mindful of hotel policies on damages. But also the pool had sharp edges and my son had wounded/bruised himself on numerous occassions.

What can I say, I loved the staff at the hotel, the rooms are very nice, a little smaller than expected but no issues at all with the space. Everyone makes you feel welcome and they are always smiling. The pool isn’t very accommodating for too many people though so don’t make that your only chance for sun - though nice, it’s a bit small and not enough lounges - especially when the families show up. The restaurant is wonderful too. Will stay here again for sure

Overall a good property to stay at away from the crowds but close enough to walk to the beach and the walking street for the party scene. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices and the staff there were great. Staff at the front desk seemed to be in training or perhaps a language barrier as one day we were told to sign out towels for our tour at the front desk. The next day the rules changed and we were told to take towels from our room. Also would be great to see more smiles and greetings from the front desk staff. Hospitality training would help. The kitchenette in our room was great but not really useful as all he cupboards were empty. No cookware, dishes or utensils. Lots of restaurant options nearby so all was good.

The room was not very clean — the bathroom had stains on the tiles and discolored grout on both the walls and floor. The balcony door also did not lock, which was concerning. While nothing happened, it would have been reassuring to know the room was secure. The staff were friendly but not very responsive. We called the front desk for assistance and were told someone would come within 10–15 minutes, but no one ever showed up. Another issue was the noise. There’s a mosque located just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. While I completely respect religious practices, the call to prayer was extremely loud and could be clearly heard from inside the room, even with the windows and doors closed. There was about 4 calls I heard that day at various times. The early morning call was before 5 a.m. and was particularly disruptive to sleep. Additionally, there is only one small elevator, so expect longer wait times if the hotel is busy. Overall, the staff were pleasant, but the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and noise made for a disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel.

Insonorisation insuffisante des fenêtres donnant sur la chambre causant d'importants problèmes de vent. Climatisations au plafond de la salle de restaurant très rarement nettoyées avec présence importante de poussière. Sinon les chambres sont très correctes. Petit-déjeuner très satisfaisant.

Nachdem wir kurzfristig dieses Hotel gebucht haben, bin ich super zufrieden. Nett freundlich, saubere Zimmer sauberes Bad. Zimmerreinigung fast rund um die Uhr. Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt. Wasser und Kaffee täglich umsonst. Sehr zu empfehlen.

施設の設備等には不満はなく、海までも徒歩圏内なので非常に利用しやすかった。チェックアウト時、バスローブが一個無いと言われ確認をするように言いましたが、持ち出したなら私たちはわからないと言われ、泥棒扱いをされたことが非常に不満でした。監視カメラを確認してくださいと言っても確認されず、デポジットは返却しないとまで言われ清掃したスタッフに確認してもらったところ補充していなかったことが発覚。最後は謝罪もなく終わり、最初の対応が良かったのに非常に最後が残念だった。

When we arrived, the young male receptionist failed to assist us in finding our room. We had to ask random guests and cleaners(who took us to the correct lift) for assistance. We spoke to reception about late checkout, and they provided us with a rate for each additional hour on the second day of our stay. The night before we left, we wanted to lock it in, and the night receptionist quoted a high price. We told him we had confirmed the rate before, and he conceded to the original price. The breakfast in the morning, you had guests pick up pastries and putting them back to touch another one. A few times, food was dropped and placed back on the plate for someone else to pick up. At checkout, we were told that I had a 450 baht credit from Expedia for food, but at this point, it's too late, we need to leave for our flight. The place had so much potential, but I won't be staying here again

Didn't like that needed to keep asking for them to spray & get rid of those tiny little almost invisible bugs.. Also the checkout girl tried scamming me into not giving me back my full cash deposit from check-in. (They don't take cc) I got my full deposit back. She was super rude too!! Don't need nice, just somewhat polite!!!! No hooks anywhere in the room which is very inconvenient. Other than that- everything else was great. I had everything I needed!

We arrivaed at midnight. When we got there it was a really smooth check in & the staff kindly saw us to our rooms & explained everything to us. Breakfast was really nice, lots to choose from including eggs to order. The poolside is very nice and great for the kids to have a splash. 24 hour reception which made us feel safe and the staff will go above & beyond. Anything you need just let them know & they'll be happy to help. Loved my stay here & an additional bonus was we got the 2 rooms for a really good price. Room service is daily with fresh towels. 5* from me. Defo recommend!!

On arriving to this hotel it seemed to definitely be on the higher end of what we had been staying in. The room was nice with nice worktops and a nicely designed room. The only snag was the bed had a timber door structure that was built around which didn’t leave enough room to walk down the bottom of the bed at night on toilet runs. We went for an evening meal and ordered mango drinks and a chicken burger with fries. The juice was more than 50% full of ice. The chicken burger was the cheapest processed chicken man can buy with lumps of gristle in most bites. The chips initially tasted nice but after a handful tasted so greasy. Me and my son ordered the same and both had the same experience. We decided to share a pancake as we didn’t enjoy the food but thought this would come better. The pancakes tasted dry and warmed up out of a packet. They were that disappointing we couldn’t even finish them. This place overall for quality in the premises is good but they need to sort their chef out or their cooking skills/menu. This let the stay down big time for us.
