I stayed in the hotel for two days, and experienced both ups and downs. Up: good breakfast, but (down) had to wait 20 min for my on-order scrambled eggs with bacon. There was no ketchup or red souse. Up: nice room, but (down) the air conditioner had just one setting, cooling +21 oC full speed, take it or leave it. The bathroom had no hooks to hand clothes on, the shower had no door (thus water splashed on the floor), and there were no cups to put my toothbrush in. There was a fridge, but no cups or utensils. Up: swimming pool, but (down): it was only reachable by elevator, while the door to the stairs was locked. Isn't it against the safety rules? There was no towels in the pool area. The safe box in my room was locked; personnel said - ask again tomorrow. One ATM on the ground floor malfunctioned, another one at the entrance was switched off, and both vending machines in the lobby had a sign "out of order" (but otherwise seemed OK). I asked in the restaurant to see the menu - got a QR code that led nowhere. At the end of my stay I wondered whether anything in the hotel was working properly. Oh, and a cherry on the cake - when the internet page asked for my comments, I dutifully filled in the available space, clicked "submit" and received an error message. To finish on a positive note - the personnel did print out my boarding pass. Thank you!

The hotel, room, pool, breakfast, and underground parking were really great. The only knock here was the neighborhood, next-door brothel, and distance to stores. But I'd stay in the hotel again without hesitation.

Airport and public transport connections are terrific, we paid ca 15 EUR for an Uber from the airport to here. Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfy and the shower was great. The rooftop area and pool opens at 11 and was outstanding. Staff were also great and helpful. Room even had blackout blinds and a bidet. We tried to change our final night in Malaga at another airport hotel to stay at Nostrum instead, but we were too late. Would definitely recommend!

The widow shutters rattled all night keeping us awake. I heard another guest complaining. The shower leaked under the screen onto the floor. Only one set of towels put out The pool was closed for refurb. The hotel is in an urban setting with no gardens and nothing nice to walk to nearby.

Cockroaches (cuckaracha), x 3 then a 4th, in the bathroom. Huge!. The first 2 spotted and reported approx 3:00 in the morning. They ran up as high as towels & toilet tissue. Although staff caught and flushed away those 2, and the 3rd, we couldn't use the bathroom from then on until morning. Kept bathroom door closed. Early morning 4th cockroach spotted, housekeeping staff were then available so mopped and cleaned all the surfaces, and changed the towels and toilet roll. Staff sprayed some beasty deterant - assured us that it was not poisonous to humans but to give it at least half an hour to disburse. Had already explained that husband has asthma. So essentially no bathroom. No other room (apparently) available. No complimentary soap, shampoo etc. Refund refused, but allowed to stay in room for extra few hours. Breakfast lovely. But NEVER AGAIN.

Servicen från personalen i receptionen, takbaren och restauranten var bra, särskilt i restauranten var de väldigt trevliga och uppmärksamma. Vårt rum var inte jätterent, en plastfåtölj hade något rosa gegg på sig, taket i badrummet var mögligt och hade två hål där det droppade vatten dygnet runt så det kändes inte fräscht! Safety deposit gick inte att låsa, tekniker skulle komma och fixa men det gjordes aldrig. Allt som allt var det ett ok ställe att stanna på en natt för att ha pool och nära till flyget men jag skulle inte bo där om jag skulle spendera tid inne i Malaga.

Réservation effectuée dans le cadre d’une escale avec possibilité de dîner sur place. Parfait car il y a un parking sous terrain. La chambre était spacieuse mais il y avait des odeurs d’égoût (pas très agréable). Le restaurant sur place est un peu chère, mais je pense qu’en voiture il y a possibilité d’accéder à des fast food. Emplacement proche de l’autoroute donc idéal quand on est seulement de passage.

This hotel would be so much nicer if they picked up the trash strewn around the exterior of property. Very dirty and it gives a poor impression of the place. The casino next door was not expected but presented no problems other than no available free parking. The night clerk was not great but the day time staff was lovely. Rooms were clean and fairly modern.

I asked for a quiet room because I took a midnightflight and I was tired. Music was playing very loud until 05.00 and professionals running and laughing in the corridor and pouncing the doors. In the morning they started to renovate the corridor. Never ever go to this hotel.

The area felt unsafe. Thankfully we had a car, as I wouldn't have walked anywhere. It was surrounded by an industrial estate, with people sitting on the corners, pushing trollies and the rubbish was awful. There was a casino, that felt very out of place and I didn't understand the need for it. Air conditioning didn't work. Pool and rooftop bar said it was open until 10pm, it wasn't! The whole area was shut off. Very disappointed with this, as that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel. Service at breakfast was atrocious! We had to clear a table in order to sit. We placed the plates and cutlery on the counter and they didn't even thank us or offer to clear the table. Coffee order was wrong, food order was wrong, and everything felt like an inconvenience to the two members of staff. They took our coffee order and then started chatting. When they were speaking in Spanish I very much felt like they were talking about us. We put the empty juice jugs on the counter in the hope that they would refill them, they didn't. Everyone who walked in didn't know what to do, people stood there waiting to be seated but no one acknowledged them or helped, it was embarrassing to watch. We actually told one man to sit down. We had the most expensive room and it didn't feel any different to a cheap hotel room. The toiletries were basic and stuck to the walls in dispensers. There was no door to the bathroom, which wasn't something we were aware of when booking. Would not stay again!

Dejligt stort værelse , god pool på toppen. Klam mad på restauranten. Maden vi fik serveret stank surt og gammelt… hende stjernerne var ubehagelig og sur. Til morgenmad , buggen stank surt og af gammel salat og pålæg. Dårlig filter kaffe .. endnu en sur og ubehagelig tjener. Hun gjorde grin af os på spansk og var så ubehøvlet. Aldrig igen
