Шикарный отель с замечательным дружелюбным персоналом.Вкаждый день меняли полотенца ,и делали влажную уборку.Очень вкусная еда и замечательно организованные развлечения.Учтено все:пляжные полотенца,,количество шезлонгов,.Пляж оченьпонравился.Он полудикий с замечательным видом,а в ростоянии нескольких сотен метров,самый красивый пляж-Есмеральда По-моему ,это самый красивый отель в Коста Калма.Дорога с аэропорта примерно 1 час.Цена поездки на такси-90-100евро.

The hotel itself was really nice, a fantastic layout and the staff were all really friendly. I was let down by the food; I’m not sure if it was related but I was taken ill a few days into the trip, and I’m convinced it was because of something I ate. As a result I couldn’t do much for a couple of days due to sickness. I noticed a few times that food that was under the heated section felt cold, making me question how long it has been sat there. Some of the fruit too also felt like it was on the verge of going off - some watermelon springs to mind that was extremely soft and didn’t feel like it was fresh. Overall, a nice hotel and the staff were great, but the food really let it down for me.

Un hotel espectacular, llevamos alojandonos en el 6 años y todo genial, este año aún mejor. Buen trato, trabajadores super atentos, no falta detalle, comida estupenda, animación, habitaciones increíbles,todo lo que puedes pedir para una vacaciones de ensueño. Sin duda para repetir.

The hotel is at the beach and has direct access to it. In general it is a good hotel and very big. The staff is very professional and liked very much the fact that at the restaurant the waiters do their job without annoying the clients. The hotel is in general very quiet and you will enjoy the stay there. The only things that I did not like was the room that I stayed in. It had a very bad smell inside coming from the bathroom. In addition, the hotel has several plants in the yard that have bed smell and that smell comes into your room due to the wind. The food is average but abundant. The quality is questionable.
