Very quiet location, close enough to town centre for convenience yet far enough away to be peaceful. Check in and out was so easy overall very pleased, highly recommend.

Spotless, with comfy bed and a bar fridge well stocked with fine wine, pale ale and cider - rare at this price these days. Perfect end to a hot day on the road. Wonderful, leafey location - the Warburton I remember. Managers are switched on, friendly and fun. Loved the stay and my lady and I will be back.

No on site staff. No aircon. Toaster and microwave, plates, cutlery etc in communal open air kitchen subject to bugs. Price nearly double what comparable accommodation sells for.

What a wonderful stay. We Received a warm personal welcome from the owners before arrival. Very clear instructions for check in as we were running late. They even lit the fire pit for us prior to arrival.
