朝食も美味しく、ロビーには無料のドリップコーヒーサービスがありよかった。

大浴場が付いてて 良かったです♪ ☕コーヒーが無料で飲み放題で嬉しかったです。

今回2回目の利用でした、大浴場があり大変気に入ってます。機会があればまた利用したいです

It is pretty good! “The cleanliness” & amenities goods are super great! I think because Japanese people do not steal anything even if they offer amenities goods including hangers in the room. Japanese style pajama is also prepared. and this reasonable price, including breakfast too. You can eat rice or bread in the morning with variety foods. There is public bath you can use too! This is japan!! and there are a washing machine and a dryer. Only 200 yen to wash, dryer only 100 yen for 30min. You can buy detergent only 50 yen at the front desk. Amazing!! Staff are super kind and helpful. In each room, air conditioner is equipped with the price they offer. and shampoo, conditioner. body soap, face and hand wash foaming soap, toothbrush with small toothpaste, razor, hair comb too!! slippers, spray to erase odor too. and VERY CLEAN!! Only the room size.. very small, like city hotel but you can drink the tap water in the module type bathroom tap!! amazing!! the same price and in US, or UK, Europe, IMHO, you will never get this high quality hotel stay. I am not sure how much they can speak English. but many signs are both Japanese and English. plus there are many restaurants around the hotel! This is the super good deal! and one convenience store and one super market waiting 5 min walking distance. From Matsusaka station, about 10 min walk. oh one more thing, they offer free very tasty good coffee in front of the front desk from 3:00. This price w/this extra high quality!

フルマラソン後の大浴場に癒されました。朝食もメニューが多くて良かったです。

不備なし　安全安心 静か　清潔　虫も無し　駐車場も停めやすい 大浴場の湯温が少し低いと 感じた。 隣りのカツ丼屋さんが撤退し 改装中で開店したらクーポン配布 などが有れば楽しい。

綺麗で良いです。 駐車場が広くて停めやすい。

低価格で快適に宿泊することができました。一人で泊まるには十分な広さだし、清潔感がありました。朝ごはんも美味しかったし、コーヒーのセルフサービスがあるのはうれしかったです。唯一残念だったのは、シャワーが突然水になったりしましたが、ホテルあるあるなのかもしれません。

施設は新しくはないですが、掃除が行き届いていて、綺麗でした。 二泊させて頂いて、ありがとうございました。

エレベーターもすぐに来るのでストレスがなく、お部屋や共用スペースも清潔で快適でした。 朝食も美味しく、終了時間近くに行ってもお料理が補充されて、ゆっくり頂くこと何できました。ありがとうございました。

エアコンからの異音が凄く気になり消さないと眠れない

大浴場気持ちいいが女性専用風呂は狭い。 ベッド広くて寝心地良かった。

部屋がエアコンの効きがイマイチでした。 その他は良かったです。

ツインの部屋に泊まりました。 カウンターテーブルの椅子に座ると奥のベットに行く導線を塞いでしますのでとても不便な部屋でした。 もっと考えた配置にして欲しいものです。 また、コンセントが少なく2人で充電するのに困りました。

部屋が暗い。 手元スタンドを増やして欲しい。

房間整潔，早餐美味！唯一有缺點是隔音不太好，一整晚也沒睡，聽到隔壁房間的人的打鼻鼾聲

一人でも泊まりやすく、スタッフさんたちの接客も申し分ないと思います。さらに、夜中にトイレの水が止まらなくなったことがありましたが、スタッフさんにスムーズに対応してもらいました。その他にも朝食がビュッフェ方式でなかなか美味しかったです。

ちょっとした用事で家族で利用しました。子どものアメニティも用意して下さり、とても助かりました。喫煙ルームしか空いてなくて予約していたのですが、禁煙ルームの空きもあり変更することができ、とても助かりました。施設も綺麗にされていて、また何かあれば利用したいです。

离车站很近，周围有饭店还有超市，很方便。前台一直有工作人员，很热情。有早饭很方便，还提供了欢迎饮料。浴室给男士提供了剃须泡沫，很好。

当初誤って喫煙で予約してしまいました。直ぐに電話連絡すること速やかにご対応頂きました。おかげでヤニ臭くない部屋で快適に過ごせました。今年ルートインさんを3箇所利用しましたが安心して利用できるホテルの一つです。

値段、スタッフの対応、総合的に満足

ホテル近くに飲食店が一通り揃っており、24時間スーパー、コンビニまで至れり尽くせりでした。

常宿です 多分この3年くらいで10回くらい 利用してます。 静かで清潔　駐車場も広く文句なし フロントも良好！ しかし毎回　利用するたびに 朝食のレベルが落ちている 落ち続けている　そこが本当に残念 仕方がない事なんですかね…

朝食が早い時間から混んでいたことだけが、残念でした。

朝食は会場が少し狭かったが、大変美味しかったですよ。

値段の割には快適な設備で、過ごさせていただきました。 朝食のメニューは豊富でおいしくいただきました。 ただ、トイレの便座が冷たくて、その点が厳しかったです。それと、部屋のシャワーの調節が難しかったです。
