The hotel is well located on Ao Nang beach and is well appointed and has first rate staff. However we did not like the layout - they have squeezed the accomodation blocks into a relatively small plot leaving the swimming pool area cramped and overcrowded - but importantly 90% in the shade

Big thanks to Namhom, who took care of the small children in the kids room. Our 14 months son felt very safe and comfortable with her. Normally he don’t do that with strangers. Pool area also nice. Good choices for breakfast. Nice family hotel. Recommend room with direct access to pool. It is worth it.

Vi boede kun to nætter på hotellet, men var glade for de super søde og venlige mennesker der arbejdede på hotellet og ikke mindst deres Spa og massage. Poolen er af god størrelse, men med lige lovlig meget klor i vandet. Personalet er fantastisk.

Great Hotel with friendly helpful staff! Nice room with good balcony overlooking swimming pool, two large double beds were very comfy, fridge with complimentary water, air con, bathroom full of amenities. Excellent breakfast with more than enough options, especially loved the omelettes and roti specials! Nice swimming pool, clean with swim-up Bar. Good location, plenty within walking distance or cheap transport options avaliable.

Wawa and Gan at the bar go above and beyond for the guests. The buffet breakfast is fabulous, so many choices. Omlet station, western and Thai options. The rooms are flawless (both in cleanliness, the furniture is stylish, the AC is cold, and the ambiance). The pool and pool bar were fantastic, well kept and clean, as well as the property as a whole. Can’t say enough good things.

Biggest asset of this hotel are the staff, they were fantastic, so happy and helpful. Hotel and rooms was very clean and well presented, bed was comfortable and air con not too noisy. Hotel is in a nice area with plenty of restaurants around and a short walk to the Main Street and pool. Happy hour cocktails were the best I had in any venue around Ao Nang

Our stay at Centara Anda Dhevi was fantastic. The room was incredibly spacious, modern, and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The location was ideal, with numerous restaurants within walking distance. And the breakfast buffet was simply amazing, offering a vast array of options to satisfy every palate. Inside the hotel, there's also a Starbucks and a Let's Relax Spa, which I highly recommend for the traditional Thai massage – one of the best I've ever had

Nice hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Pool area was busy most of the time and didn’t seem to have enough sunbeds. Five minute walk to the main area of Ao Nang so a great location.

I have stayed at one of the other Centara hotels in Ao Nang, and unfortunately, this Centara hotel does not compare to those. Positives: - Friendly staff - Family-friendly. The Kids' Room and the team looking after it were excellent. Namhom, Khongkhwan, and Aon deserve five out of five stars—our kids loved spending time there. - Good-sized pool. Negatives: - The check-in for one of the rooms was delayed as it was not ready. When we finally got a room, the smell of sewage was so strong that we had to request a new one. We had a pool-access room. - Very noisy. You can hear everyone walking and talking in the hallways. - One morning, a rat was spotted in the pool. I’m quite sure many of the pool guests were unaware of this. - Disappointing breakfast compared to other hotels and competitors. Limited selection, queues for seating, and several instances where food ran out without being replenished. - Nice rooms but showing significant wear and tear. Renovation is needed. - On one of the nights, they chose to do maintenance work at 12:30 a.m. It sounded like they were pressure washing a wall. Although it didn’t last long, it’s very odd to carry out such work in the middle of the night when guests are trying to sleep

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel in einer Nebenstraße ,sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstückbüfett sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Am Pool sind leider wenig Sonnenliegen verfügbar, Handtuch Service super. Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar.

The staff were friendly but looked tired and worn out. Our room had an odor of mildew that sometimes comes with rooms without good ventilation. We also so a roach in our room, not the big water bugs but the small roaches from filth. The in-room dining was just okay and the breakfast wasn’t nice at all for the price. I received two massages from the spa and Took gave a wonderful massage both times and was very friendly.

The hotel is a bit dated. I had a room with direct pool access so that was a bonus. Breakfast was sumptuous with an election of Thai and Western dishes. Staff were friendly and polite. However, housekeeping leaves something to be desired. The room safe was not working on day 1. There was no power to it. It was fixed on day 2. When it was time to check out, same thing happened - there was no power to the safe. Housekeeping had to be called in to replace the safe battery and open the safe containing our passports. Toilet paper was not replaced since day 1. By day 4, all toilet paper had been used up. Face towels were not replaced on day 2 - only bath towels and hand towels. Likewise, toothbrushes were not replaced on day 3.

Wir hatten ein Poolaccess Zimmer gebucht. Direkt vor unserer Terrasse war das Volleyballnetz, Kinderrutsche etc. Irgendwie war es mir entgangen dass hier auch Kinder sind, und es waren sehr viele dort. Es war den ganzen Tag richtig laut im Hotel. Früh morgens und Nachts auf dem Flur, genauso wie im Pool. Das war schon sehr nervend. Sauberkeit ging so. Der Boden in Zimmer war ständig dreckig. Auf der Terrasse wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Tisch war von Anfang an dreckig. Auch dem Bad hat die notwendige Reinigung gefehlt. Personal war freundlich. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

The staff was great. However the bathroom stunk like sewage and all they did was put a cented candle in the bathroom. The hotel was listed as a 4 star yet i have used dozens and dozens of hotels this past year and this hotel would rate maybe a high 2 star.

If not for the smell from the bathroom, I would have given five stars. The bathroom is very clean, though it just stinks so much. To be fully fair, if you keep the bathroom door closed, ypu don't get the smell in the room. Breakfasts tasty with rich selection of local and international food. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Vi havde booket swim in room. Fik et værelse som stank af kloak. Fik skiftet værelse .. der havde de tændt røgelse .. dagen efter stank det værelse også ret slemt. Rengøring var skidt - hun fik drikkepenge og selv der gjorde hun ikke ordentligt rent … vasket ikke gulv eller terrasse. OK morgenmad .. ikke så stort udvalg. Maden er ikke noget vildt. Ligger ret gost .. tæt på landmarked / streetfood. Personalet i receptionen var søde,imødekommende og hjælpsomme … vi blev kørt gratis til vores nye hotel .. som lå 10 min fra Centara Dhevi.

Helt ok hotell. Skittent og dårlig på renhold. Fikk først et muggent rom ved bassenget men fikk bytte etter 2 dager. Fordel å dra tidlig til frokost, ellers blir det kø.

Superbe hôtel, très propre. Lits confortables, le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Le personnel est agréable notamment le Mr qui prend en charge vos bagages, il est tres sympathique, il prend soin de vous aussi bien à votre arrivé qu'à votre départ. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Si je reviens à Krabi, je reviendrais avec plaisir.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff were super nice. I highly recommend getting a pool access room. The room was perfect, and being able to walk right into the pool felt so luxurious! Great location, can walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

This isn’t a 4 star hotel. It is in bad condition, with very bad smells throughout and the walls are paper thin so it’s very noisy when trying to sleep. The pool is full of kids so if you’re a young couple, this hotel isn’t for you. The rooms need touching up and the wardrobes smell really musty. Breakfast was sooo noisy and messy. I would avoid.

We stayed in a 4oom with direct access to the pool which was amazing and really made tge diffetence with no hassles rto bring everytbing from the room yo the pool. Just take a quick dio in tge morning etc. Breakfast was good although every kid was confused by the fake donut board 😅 My only criticsmnwouod be they say breaofast ends 10.30 and they clear everything away that time - woulr be better if they did that at 11 so if you show up 10.25 you cna actually get food. The other thing was dinner, the restayrant didnt seem that well ru with the lady wanting me to order at the entrance to it rather than when sat down which was weird. Location os great and easy ealk to the bacj and night market also tuktuks outside if you eant to go further

Our least comfortable bed in our month in Thailand. The noise from the outside cupboards banging was an issue. Curtains need replacing. In general, this hotel needs a facelift. Nice pool, staff and a good breakfast.

Very nice hotel with great breakfast. Had some issues with Wi-Fi in my room, but they fixed it the day after and I also got offered to change room if they couldn’t fix it. Close to both beaches and very close to a 7-eleven

Staff were super kind and friendly. Food was nice. Good location - 10 mins to ao nang beach and also to the night market. However, rooms are dated, very thin walls (we also had an adjoining door in our room and could hear our neighbours who were up until 1 am every night) The bathroom is very damp/humid - we had to get fresh towels everyday as they would never dry otherwise. Wardrobe smelled musty.

Nice hotel looking but very unsatisfying at the end. We booked 3 night and added 2 more but we regret it. Very noisy between room to room Smell horrible humidity inside the room. My pellow was smelling like Pad Tai all days… They announce that we have a crédit off 300thb to use for inside service but they didn’t put this on our extended stay. So they ask us to pay the only time we used it, despite facts that we stayed on same room and didn’t made any exit from first stay. Thanks for such very bad service very unusual in rest of Thailand. Well for sure we don’t recommend it for next tour in Ao Nang

I would not stay there again since it's not a good value. There were issues with housekeeping getting daily towels. Tub didn't drain properly. Restaurant had issues with our order. Avoid booking tours with concierge there some were highly disorganized.

Biggest asset of this hotel are the staff, they were fantastic, so happy and helpful. Hotel and rooms was very clean and well presented, bed was comfortable and air con not too noisy. Hotel is in a nice area with plenty of restaurants around and a short walk to the Main Street and pool. Happy hour cocktails were the best I had in any venue around Ao Nang

We had four rooms with King beds but only two came with king. Upon discussion with receptionist we were given one more room in a very dark and dirty location. Receptionist and manager were extremely rude and did not want to correct their mistakes. This is an old property that needs a renovation of both the building and the management. As a side note we have stayed in many properties in Ghailand and this was the worst experience.

Customer service here was disappointing. The staff were non-attentive on arrival. Our room was not ready at 3pm check-in time and we had to wait. We ordered drinks at the bar while waiting then had to wait another 20mins for them to serve our drinks. Photos on Expedia also misrepresent the rooms and facilities which are old and outdated. Overall not up to standard for a 4 star hotel. Better value for money elsewhere.

Very good service by Mr Kim in the reception area, helped and guided us with all our needs. Also great service by the barman, hurray for his smile and commitment. One of the rooms (1506) was a bit noisy due to ventilation shaft on neighbours building, but service minded staff quickly moved us to a lower floor with less noise. Good breakfast and excellent omelette. Highly recommended staff and hotell.

We stayed here for 9 days in march. The hotel is wonderful and located just in the proximety of the busy Ao Nang night life. The staff is extremely friendly and cuold help us with all our questions. We only used the restaurant for breakfast and it was really great with a wide selection of western continental breakfast as well asian dishes. One of our rooms had some issues with the aircon, but without any issues we were moved to another one in the same building but another floor. Great service. The pool area is really nice and is kept clean day long by the very friendly staff. The hotel is close to everything and you either walk or stroll down to the corner where the tuk tuk's are located.

We read mixed reviews before we arrived, but were very happy to find a lovely hotel, with a good and rich breakfast, an excellent pool and lovely rooms. We stayed in a deluxe room facing the pool, but not with direct pool access and it is highly recommended. The location of the hotel is excellent for both getting to the night market and the main streets and restaurants.

Great hotel with very nice pool area. We had a room with pool access and really enjoyed spending time in the pool, on the terrace, and in the pool bar. Everything was very comfortable, and service was good. Good breakfast with large selection of western, thai, and indian food. There was a bit of noise coming from the corridor outside, the door was very thin so people walking by early in the morning would wake us up. No noise from other rooms though. Great location with nice restaurants in the area and 10 minutes walk to the beach. There were tuk-tuks and taxis right outside for transport to the beach, the market etc.

The staff were friendly but looked tired and worn out. Our room had an odor of mildew that sometimes comes with rooms without good ventilation. We also so a roach in our room, not the big water bugs but the small roaches from filth. The in-room dining was just okay and the breakfast wasn’t nice at all for the price. I received two massages from the spa and Took gave a wonderful massage both times and was very friendly.

We stayed for 2 weeks , the second room was nice overlooking the pool , downside pool is nice but this is really a kid friendly hotel , so lots of kids , the gym was ok but had to call them several times to turn the air conditioning, the breakfast was ok , but they don’t restock , so when you ask for example Gronala they say they ran out , there is no air conditioning in the breakfast area or lobby , with no fans , so it gets very hot

Wawa and Gan at the bar go above and beyond for the guests. The buffet breakfast is fabulous, so many choices. Omlet station, western and Thai options. The rooms are flawless (both in cleanliness, the furniture is stylish, the AC is cold, and the ambiance). The pool and pool bar were fantastic, well kept and clean, as well as the property as a whole. Can’t say enough good things.

I have stayed at one of the other Centara hotels in Ao Nang, and unfortunately, this Centara hotel does not compare to those. Positives: - Friendly staff - Family-friendly. The Kids' Room and the team looking after it were excellent. Namhom, Khongkhwan, and Aon deserve five out of five stars—our kids loved spending time there. - Good-sized pool. Negatives: - The check-in for one of the rooms was delayed as it was not ready. When we finally got a room, the smell of sewage was so strong that we had to request a new one. We had a pool-access room. - Very noisy. You can hear everyone walking and talking in the hallways. - One morning, a rat was spotted in the pool. I’m quite sure many of the pool guests were unaware of this. - Disappointing breakfast compared to other hotels and competitors. Limited selection, queues for seating, and several instances where food ran out without being replenished. - Nice rooms but showing significant wear and tear. Renovation is needed. - On one of the nights, they chose to do maintenance work at 12:30 a.m. It sounded like they were pressure washing a wall.
