The stay was wonderful. The customer service is spectacular and a lot of people spoke english. Their hot springs are immaculate and provide you with a spa like experience. Although they don’t sand springs at the property they provide shuttle that take you there and back. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable and the store doesn’t really have any heatable food. We had to walk to the nearest convenience store which was about a 10 minute walk.

We loved the views and customer service! However, we were not told that we needed to make reservations for dinner at least 24hours prior to arrival. We had to go somewhere else to have dinner. We couldn't use the pool because they told us that is was only for summer time, but we were there in May, and it was already hot, and the weather was perfect for a splash in the pool.

スタッフさんが皆さん優しくて丁寧でホスピタリティが素晴らしかった。朝食付きでしたがご飯も美味しくて満足！デトックスウォーターがあったり、ビーチ散歩のためのランタン、ヨガルームなど、女性に嬉しいサービスが多々あった。ビーチに出るようのビーサンなどがあればありがたいです。素敵なホテルでした！

20年程前に父が指宿に来たらこのホテルを常宿にしよう。と、何度か連れて来てくれました。その父が他界し、偲ぶ旅で訪れたホテルは、昔ながらの良さを残しながら、センス良くモダンになってました。先代のお父様から引き継ぎ、娘さんが女将になられたとのこと。納得です。雨の中、駐車した車まで傘を持って出迎えてくださったり、デトックスウォーターやコーヒー、お風呂上がりの温かい黒豆茶の無料サービスなど、従業員の対応も併せて、ホスピタリティの高さを感じました。お料理も地元の素材を活かした味付けで丁寧に作られており、お風呂は内湯と露天風呂でシンプルですが清潔です。海を一望できるロビーは昔と変わらず絶景でした。

景色がとても良いです。ロビーに着いた時は夕暮れ時でしたが、開聞岳とともに夕日に美しく映える海がとても綺麗でした。部屋からの景色も素晴らしいです。ホテルから少し歩けば、波打ち際まで降りて散歩を楽しむことができます。海に降りる道では、かわいい蟹がお出迎えです。館内温泉も気持ち良かったです。

We loved the views and customer service! However, we were not told that we needed to make reservations for dinner at least 24hours prior to arrival. We had to go somewhere else to have dinner. We couldn't use the pool because they told us that is was only for summer time, but we were there in May, and it was already hot, and the weather was perfect for a splash in the pool.

The stay was wonderful. The customer service is spectacular and a lot of people spoke english. Their hot springs are immaculate and provide you with a spa like experience. Although they don’t sand springs at the property they provide shuttle that take you there and back. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable and the store doesn’t really have any heatable food. We had to walk to the nearest convenience store which was about a 10 minute walk.
