Upon arrival staff were helpful as I was early, I checked in & left luggage to return later. The restaurant & bar onsite is beautiful and good dishes available. In the foyer they hold music nights. Room was cleaned every few days, fresh towels are placed in a bag on your door. Is all that is needed, saving on resources. Coffee machine in the lobby, nice way to start the day. Breakfast can be taken in restaurant if required. Proximity to 2 train stations Odakyu or JR is awesome and so convenient. Commuting to Tokyo or Yokohama if required. I enjoyed returning to such a nice quiet room each night after a day of travelling. I used this Hotel as my home for 14 days. No complaints at all. Big thanks to all the staff, for English speakers, some staff have good communication in English.

Laundry room hasn’t been cleaned in years. Grimy and dusty surfaces. Bath was tiny and old. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but completely different from what was advertised. Nothing western at all.

This hotel has a funny welcome gift of a token for the capsule machine near the elevator, which dispenses some little snacks that "Machida's famous goodies." The parking lot is underground, and a little difficult to get into, and there was some construction noise, but we'd been told about that the night before. It's a clean modern hotel, with all the standard amenities just a short walk from the main commercial area of Machida. There are convenience stores, restaurants, shopping, and public transit options just a few min away on foot.

フロントの方の対応がとても良かったです。また利用したいです。ただ、コインランドリーと電子レンジのあるフロアが喫煙可の客室があるフロアなのでしょうか？フロア全体がタバコ臭がしており、喫煙しない人にとっては電子レンジなど利用するときかなり厳しいです。また、コインランドリーと電子レンジが同じ空間にあり、利用目的が異なるものは別々にするべきではないかと思います。

ユニットバスがリニューアルされて、大変きれいで使い勝手がとてもよくて気に入っています。清掃もいき届いており、スタッフの対応は親切で丁寧だといつも感じています。一つだけ気になるのはお部屋の臭い…カーペットの臭いでしょうか…置いてあるミストスプレーと空気清浄機は必ず使います。それを除けば、最高です。

The room was clean and had everything I needed. The air conditioner worked well. Although, I selected a non-smoking room, I was still able to smell the smoke coming in through the vents. I am very sensitive to smell and smoke and it was quite bothersome. I also found it inconvenient to have to step up to enter the bathroom. I always worried that I could potentially trip by stepping out of the bathroom. The room was very dated, it definitely needs to be updated. It was difficult to communicate with staff and in the end I was charged an extra fee of almost $40 that I have no idea what it was for. I booked this room for a business trip and I will definitely not be staying here again.

My room was small and basic, but clean and comfortable. The spacious well-lighted lobby was a good place to work during the day, and the breakfast at the attached restaurant was excellent: healthy and delicious! The staff were kind and helpful.

This is the third stay at the hotel. Each stay was a minimum of one week. This stay was two weeks in duration. The front desk and cleaning staff are amazing. The front desk staff has worked very well with me despite the fact I only speak English. The beds are far more comfortable than other Japanese hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are always clean. New towels and water are provided daily along with a complete room cleaning every four days. There are coin laundry machines available.

The only good thing is it is near a lot of shopping, and transportation, The rooms are inadequately small, raised entry to bathrooms are a hazard to anybody, no closet space no storage drawers, no safe deposit locker and above all does not cater to international guests. The morning breakfast is purely to Japanese taste, and the staff are very indeifferent and cannot understand English. No hotwater for tea, no cereals or eggs cooked , completely inward focused to Japanese/Chinese demographies. Was disappointed with our stay.

少し早めに着いて、チェックイン前だったが部屋の準備が完了しているからと部屋に通して下さいました。いつもOKじゃないと思いますが、凄く疲れていて早く部屋に入りたかったので大変助かりました。受付の方も凄く感じ良く対応して下さり感謝しています。

Clean, excellent service and amenities, laundry room, healthy breakfast buffet, very friendly staff. I liked the music nights on Fridays. Less than 2 minute walk to Machida Station and surrounding shopping, restaurants and supermarkets. Definitely the best place to stay in Machida.

Clean, excellent service and amenities, laundry room, healthy breakfast buffet, very friendly staff. I liked the music nights on Fridays. Less than 2 minute walk to Machida Station and surrounding shopping, restaurants and supermarkets. Definitely the best place to stay in Machida.

Laundry room hasn’t been cleaned in years. Grimy and dusty surfaces. Bath was tiny and old. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but completely different from what was advertised. Nothing western at all.

My room was small and basic, but clean and comfortable. The spacious well-lighted lobby was a good place to work during the day, and the breakfast at the attached restaurant was excellent: healthy and delicious! The staff were kind and helpful.
