無料の空港送迎シャトルと朝食が便利でした。シャトルサービスは30分に1本だったので、空港からホテルまでの行きはタクシー利用で羽田空港第3ターミナルから1700円でした。チェックアウト後は無料シャトルサービスを利用しましたが、大きなバスでしたので乗りそびれる感じではありませんでした。2号館の利用でも、シャトルバスの発着は隣の1号館発着なので注意が必要です。無料朝食のビュッフェは無料とは思えないほど充実していて嬉しい驚きでした。1/1の朝食は一部お正月メニューで良かったです。立地としては、空港から電車で1本の大鳥居駅から徒歩1分程度で近いです。ホテルすぐ向かいにコンビニやツルハドラックがあって便利です。また、駅から近くても電車の音は感じられませんでした。部屋は清潔で比較的新しくWiFiも早く安定していました。部屋ごとにパスワードが設定されていました。ツインルームを予約して、ハリウッドツインにすることができました。ちなみに部屋のWi-Fiは早く安定していましたが、ロビーではかなり遅く、ほぼ繋がらなかったのが残念です。

This is a no frills self service hotel. Free breakfast from 6am to 9am. Coffee available throughout the day. To check in, you have to use a kiosk and the same for checking out. Shuttle service is only in the during the day. I had 1am flight, I had to take a taxi, cost around 2,000 yen to Haneda. For the price of the room and for the convenience to metro (Ootori), and a lot of convenience stores, it was an alright stay. Walkable to a lot of places. Would recommended, just don’t ask for a lot of amenities.

This one is much more fresh and modern than sister hotel no.1, which is next to this hotel. Lots of free shuttle to Haneda airport from no.1. Even though shuttle busses do not suit your travel plan, only 3 stations from Haneda and 20 sec walk from the station. 30 sec. walk from a pharmacy and convenient store. The room is clean. Pretty modern. The madress could be a little better.

羽田での乗り換えで１泊しました。お部屋は狭めです。スーツケース2台広げる場所はなく、ツインベッドをくっつけてスペース確保し、友人と交代で荷物整理です。エアコン効き目はあまり良くなく、温度を上げても少し寒い感じでした。大通りに面しているので、道路音はそれなりにあります。無料朝食サービスはありがたいですね。席は多くなく、品数も多くないですが、サラダもあり、値段を考えると良かったです。羽田空港ー品川駅間を走る電車の駅がすぐ隣にありアクセス良し。羽田空港からは無料バスがあり、ありがたいです。

Room and location were good. However, the staff were not. When I needed transport to the airport via the shuttle, the receptionist pointed me to the side of the building, not the front of the building. They caused me to miss my bus and I had to take a separate taxi to the airport, that I had to pay for. I was very disappointed they did not take accountability missing my bus because of them.

Worst experience of my travelling life. Been travelling all over the world for 25 years. Never been treated so poorly in my life. Booked and paid for 1 adult and 2 children. Clearly stated on booking. On arrival was told I had only paid for 1 adult and 1 child. Tried to charge extra and refused access to room. Spent an hour dealing with issue before receiving my room as booked. Staff extremely rude and non English speaking. Which is fine, but hotel is advertised as English speaking (false advertising). Hotel clearly does not welcome foreigners. Went to breakfast once on ten day trip. As stated in other reviews, no breakfast for foreigners. As also stated in other reviews - check in is not until 4:00pm and cannot access room before then. Mattresses just okay and pillows are awful - feel like filled with sand. Worst experience - will definitely not recommend and avoid.
