立地がよい 駐車場があるので便利

アメニティが部屋に置いてないので、ホテル1階から持っていく必要がある。 寝巻きを持っていかなくて焦った。

掃除が行き届いていました。平置きの駐車場があり車高の高い車を停められました。近くで工事中がありホテルまで周り道に気をつけてください。

朝食が付いて最高。駐車場が付いていて良い。

自動チェックインアウト機があり便利でした。アメニティも必要な分だけ取って行く方式でいいと思います。朝食も無料で美味しくいただきました。ビジネスホテルにしては快適に過ごせました。機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

東京出張の時は車で行くので、駐車場のあるこちらのホテルを利用しています。 キレイで良いホテルです。

It was our first time in Japan and we had a really good experience in this hotel. Very affordable and close to transit only ~3-5 mins away from bus and ~10 mins away from the trains. Lawson (konbini) was just within 1 min from the hotel. As expected rooms are smaller than Western hotels however it was very clean. The staff were very friendly especially the very lovely and swift moving grannies during breakfast. Not only they served good breakfast but they were very attentive in making sure all the dishes were enough all the time and were very polite when needing to refill the dishes. Also they try to change the dishes everyday, mostly the meat options. I would say their breakfast is Western friendly as well while offering some Japanese style traditional food (grilled mackarel, miso soup etc.). We received new towels in a bag hanged on our door handle everyday too and were told when housekeeping would come and clean. There were free packets of lotions and facial moisturizers, combs, teas and many more goodies in front of the reception. I do hope they would fix the laundry though as it took a while for ours to dry but you would really appreciate having this amenity as some hotels in Japan don't have it at all. Overall highly recommend especially if you are on a budget! The staff made it such a good experience for us though, definitely high praises for them!

立駐が付いていて、そばにコンビニもあるので非常に便利です。

ホテルへの進入は一方通行なのですが、当日 広範囲に工事による交通規制がされていて、とても困りました。

室内も綺麗で良かった

部屋が綺麗でした。

清潔で快適なホテルでした。 また、宿泊費も周辺に比べ割安だったので、また泊まりたいです。

今回に限り新人が担当したのか、前の宿泊客の忘れ物が冷蔵庫に入っていたし、窓に使った後のカップが置かれていたし、サニタリーバッグもかかってなかったし、テーブルは濡れていた。

エアコンに埃が酷かったのと換気扇？通気口？かにも埃が酷かった それ以外はよかったです

翌日キッザニアに行くために宿泊させていただきました。 朝食付きで子どもたちもお腹いっぱい食べられて大満足でした。 クーラーの汚れ？毛羽立ち？みたいな部分が気になってフロントに電話したらすぐにご対応下さり、外出中にきれいにしてくださっていてありがたかったです。

東京観光で一泊利用しました。部屋は綺麗に清掃されており快適に過ごせました。都会の中のホテルとしては騒音もなく静かでした。また利用したいと思います。

The breakfast was perfect as it set us up for the day. The room size was small but so are the other double room sizes in the other hotels we stayed in so not much can be done about it. The staff were very helpful in helping us eith transfer ing our luggage to Osaka which was the 2nd leg of our trip in Japan. This hitel was perfect and well within our budget. The location was 5mins walk to the train station and 2mins walk to convient stores. I will definitely recommend.

今回ツインで利用しましたが、画像で見た感じより実際の部屋は狭く、キャリーケースを二つ置くのも厳しい感じでした。

駅から徒歩で割と距離があったので、重い荷物を持って移動が少しキツかった。ホテル内では快適に過ごすことができた。チェックインの手続きがちょっと気になるかなと。 周りの環境も悪くないと思うので距離さえ気にしなければ問題ないと思う

Excellent business hotel. Friendly staff. Room was a good size, strong fan in bathroom, clean room, good wifi. Overall a nice business hotel would stay again.

Quarto até espaçoso para os padrões japoneses. A estadia foi ótima! Único ponto negativo da minha parte foi a cama que não é tão confortável, mas foi uma estadia curta.

Loved the breakfast! Staff were super helpful and appreciated the hospitality. Cozy rooms that fulfilled our needs. Will definitely be considering staying again on our next trip to Tokyo!

チェックIN時の手続きが、少し面倒臭かったです。受付スタッフの方のご対応で、急かすように喋られたので、焦ってしまいました。受付対応が混雑していたので、理解も出来ましたが、少しプレッシャーに感じました。

◯自動チェックインの操作の説明が、ぶっきらぼうな印象を受けました。 ◯部屋のウォシュレットが壊れていた ◯アメニティにブラシがなかった ◯チェックアウト時も、『それで、大丈夫です』 ってだけで、(早く帰って)感が印象として、ありました。

A receptionist helped us get a dinner reservation. I accidentally left some clothes in a closet; they held for me to pick up at front office.

The Toyoko Inn Tokyo Monzen is conveniently located to the subway station, close to lots of great restaurants, supermarkets and to the river. The staff was very friendly, the complimentary Japanese breakfast buffet was great. The rooms are clean, a bit snug but has all you need. Overall is is a good value and I would stay at this place again.

離地鐵站走路大約要10分鐘以上，路口就有lawson，但比較偏離觀光區，吃的餐廳選擇性不多，加上多家餐廳服務人員好像比較怕接待外國客人，便利性稍差，但相對的比較沒那麼吵雜，飯店本身是還不錯的，員工都很有禮貌，早餐的可頌很好吃。

地理的に日本橋界隈でアクセスも良いし、夜は極めて静かで安眠出来る。１万円以下でこのレベルはなかなか無い。

A bit of walk to the nearest train station but for the price it is worth it. Bus is just around the corner. Nice and quiet location.

Muito bom o hotel. Funcionários gentis. Quarto limpo, grande o suficiente pra duas pessoas. Café da manhã com foco em comida japonesa. Tem uma Lawson na esquina e um seven eleven a um quarteirão. O metrô mais próximo fica a 500m aprox. Uma vizinhança residencial agradável, tranquila. Ficamos aqui em outubro de 2025. Recomendo.

10日間の宿泊で、朝食バイキングは飽きずに戴けました。 部屋の清潔でした。　駅からはちょっと歩きますが、途中には飲食店も色々あって楽しめました。 雨の日には貸出傘がありましたが、本数が少ないせいで 借りることが出来ませんでした。

全体的には良かったのですが、宿泊者数からすると食事スペースが少し狭くて、通行がしにくく席数も少なく感じられました。

Great hotel with many amenities and a great location. The breakfast was really good; however, westerners should be made aware that its more Japanese than western - miso, mushroom or corn soup, rice, egg, seaweed, meatballs and steamed salmon.
