Hotel Noborisaka

Got a top floor room facing mount fuji and the view was amazing. waking up every morning to the full view of Mt Fuji at the window. Location is quite far from the train station so driving is recommended. There is a hotel onsen which is pretty cool. You can relax in the onsen after a day out.

客室は全てが新しくクオリティーも良いものでした。朝食はビュッフェをオプションで頼みましたが、こちらはかもなく不可もなく、和食中心の普通のものでした。スタッフの態度は料金になりのまあまあの程度でした。今回富士山側の部屋が予約でき、まぁ富士山がちょっと見える位かなと思っていたら、びっくりしました。大きな窓いっぱいに富士山が裾野から見えます。まるで大きな絵画のよう！これだけで充分以上お支払いの元が取れます！風呂もサウナ付きでよかったです。

Awesome view of Mt Fuji if you have the windows facing the mountain side. Convenient parking and Lawson just behind if you need food or snacks anytime.

As many have said, an older and a newer building. Technically it is a business hotel, not a resort. I was in the newer and it was great. The views of Fuji were incredible from the 3rd floor. The onsen is clean with an external pool with a view. The breakfast is about half ja of Japanese style dishes and half random Western foods. The staff were all relatively friendly and helpful.

Very clean and spacious hotel! It’s about a 15-20 min walk from the bus stop and there are lots of restaurants and markets in the area. The room was much larger than most hotels you’ll find in Japan. The onsen was very good!

酒店設施很滿足，大浴場露天風呂外，有埋按摩椅，天氣超好時天台、走廊也可以望到富士山

出張で利用しましたが、とても快適に過ごせました。とくに大浴場があるのが魅力的です。また利用したいと思います。

Great hotel. Pros: perfect location to see Mt Fuji. I came for 1 night. During the day could not see Mr Fuji but in the morning from 4am-8 you can see it perfectly. Super clean and great bath house. Cons: it’s about a 18 min walk from Kawaguchiko station & public transport. I would 100% recommend & I would stay here again.

The staff and hotel amenities. Very convenient and the onsen is a must try when you plan to stay. The view of Mt. Fuji is stunning from our room. Didn’t expect it to be on fuji view! Overall, it was a great experience! Arigatō gozaimasu! 🙏

以前西館に宿泊して今回は本館に泊まりました。 施設は完璧ですが皆さんがおっしゃっている、冷蔵庫が冷えないのが残念です。 常温の飲み物を夕方目の前に有るドラッグストアで購入して、朝飲もうと思ったらぬるかった。

何度も宿泊していますが、大変清潔な感じがしました。 お風呂や部屋をよく清掃されていました。

Humidifier was not functioning and filter needed cleaning so room was very dry, but other than that great experience with an amazing view.

Great stay. Nice to be able to drop off my bag for a day of exploring and arrive back in the evening to find my bag already in my room. Room was clean and comfortable. Public bath was a bonus. Would have had a great view of Mt. Fuji if the clouds corporated. Only minus points were the hallway and room had the lingering smell of cigarette smoke.

部屋も広めで、部屋着も上下揃っていた。コインランドリーもあり、長期滞在もできそう。朝食バイキングも豊富なメニューで楽しめます。野菜が多めなのがありがたい。河口湖の駅から歩いて20分前後で着きます。車があった方が便利かも。ロビーがちょっと臭うのが気になりました。

富士山が窓から正面に見え大変良かった。朝、コーヒーを飲もうとケトルの蓋を開けたら底に違和感があったのでやめました。あとはとても良いホテルだと思います。

Had an amazing quick stay. Hotel room is clean and super spacious. Staff was helpful and super nice. Nice view of Mt fuji from hotel and nearby streets.

Perfect view on mount fuji. But the bed was the worst out of the 4 hotels i stayed in. It was small compared to the room The room was very big tho.

Excellent séjour, personnel extrêmement serviable, chambre très confortable et spacieuse. J’ai même eu le luxe de la vue sur le Mont Fuji depuis la fenêtre, c’est inoubliable. Les bains chauds de l’hôtel (à la japonaise) sont également à tester.

Our room is on the top floor. The balcony view directly to the great view of Mt Fuji, The room is very spacious and with comfy beds. The downside are: 1. the high steps at bathroom doors which could be inconvenient to elderly 2. The check out is 10am which is tooooo early ….

富士山が目の前に見えるバルコニー付きの部屋でとても良かった。 お風呂もガラス張りで入浴中も富士山を眺めながら入ることができ最高でした。

We stayed 2 nights in a special queen room with a balcony and view of Fujisan. We were on the 3rd of 4 floors. We did a 1 day climb of Mt. Fuji and this room was our home base. We were able to walk about 18 minutes to and from Kawaguchiko Station to catch the Fujikyu bus for 5th Station of the Yoshida trail easily. It is a downhill walk to the station. A little harder to walk back from the station after climbing Fuji but very doable. Taxis are plentiful at the station if you rrally need one. The Room at Noborisaka was fantastic. The view was magnificent from my bed, from my balcony and even feom my bathtub. The small conveniences they stock in your room were so handy. Checkin was a breeze... Just walked up, gave our last name, and they had the room keys ready and waiting for us. Lots of space, lots of drawers, a bathroom that had the luxuries of Japan as well as the familar layout of bathrooms back in the states. My extremely tall husband appreciated the bathroom space. The view seemed better than some of the other higher priced hotels around. We enjoyed the Restaurant across the street called "871" for dinner both nights. Complaints: The refrigerator needs a deep cleaning. I was not pleased with the state of its freezer. Check out is 10am which is 1 hour too early and hard on people who just climbed a mountain. Lastly, we couldnt access Youtube or Netflix on the TV. Dated software was a pain so we just gave up and watched the mountain.

I felt the bed was beat and needing of replacing. Too thin and too small for anyone of westerner size. Also, the coffee machine was shut off for mornings, with a sign that said open from 3pm on. Not sure who drinks coffee after three and not in the morning.

Gorgeous room superb amenities and services. Great staff. Excellent small family restaurant 100 feet away. Just all around wonderful.

Having just left a shoe box in Tokyo, the room was very large and well equipped with an amazing Mt Fuji veiw, when she decided to show herself! What stood out was the amazing help we received from the lady manning reception on the day we left. When our taxi to the station failed to arrive she very kindly drove us in her car to make sure we did not miss our bus and connecting train

The staff was rude

I had a wonderful stay at The Noborisaka Hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet. You’ll find many restaurants within an easy walking distance from the hotel.

While this hotel was a fair trek from the bus station (about 20 minutes) it was just what we wanted. Our view of Fuji was amazing. The staff was also very nice and brought up our bags while we’re were out touristing. The restaurant attached next door was delicious!! And there was another great restaurant a few doors down that offered hoto noodles. The hotel also had an onsen with a cold pool and massage chairs, which was amazing. I would stay here again.

Asked the staff for a taxi to catch out connection transport from Mt Fuji to Tokyo for a Shinkansen. Upon checkout, nothing was arranged and nothing communicated to us, we nearly missed the connection as we had to run 5am in -8 weather to the station with luggage. Accommodation had a nice view but the beds were super uncomfortable and overall pretty bad.

Staying here was a good experience overall, noticeably larger rooms and bathrooms as compared to hotels in Tokyo. At least one front desk staff member able to speak English, which is a rare find in Japan.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Supermarket and Lawson nearby. Just one pros: A bit far from the Kawaguchiko station. It takes 20 minutes walk. Or take a taxi which takes 6 minutes.

Hotel staff was awesome. Greeted us every time we entered the hotel. Brought luggage into our rooms upon check in. Neatened up the room daily. Awesome two kinds of onsen indoor and outdoor. Great sauna room too.

Excellent Views, Disappointing Checkout The hotel was beautiful, clean, and everything about our stay was excellent, especially the breathtaking, unforgettable view of Mt. Fuji from our room. However, the perfect experience was unfortunately marred by the Indian female clerk during checkout. We were in a rush, and I realised I had left one room key inside. I informed the clerk and asked if housekeeping could retrieve it later. She strictly insisted that I had to go back to the room and personally retrieve the key to hand it to her. This inflexibility, especially when we were hurrying, was completely contrary to the traditional, excellent Japanese hospitality we are used to and severely dampened our overall impression. While I highly recommend the hotel for its quality and location, I hope management addresses this operational rigidity. It’s a sad detail to include in an otherwise positive review.

It is highly recommended if you are going on a road trip.It is suggested to download "go taxi" or uber since we mostly rely on taxi when we need to go out.You can also also ask help from the front desk to help you call a taxi to Kawaguchiko station, the front desk is very friendly and there are staff who can speak fluent English. Therefore, there is no worry if you do not know how to speak Japanese. The bell shopping mall is just the opposite of the hotel which is very convenient. You can find surpermarket, daiso and drug stores so there is no worry if you want to buy some daily necessities.There are also some restaurants near to the hotel which the prices are reasonable. Convenience stores such as lawson, 7-11 and family mart are also near to hotel which favours to people who love shopping thr convenience stores. The hotel size is bigger than what we imagined and everything you need have already been provided in the room. The muji view is very nice for rooms but it is quite unlucky that it is snowing so we can see nothing. Overall, we highly suggest this hotel if you do not mind if the hotel is not near to Kawaguchiko station since you can almost get what you need in the hotel and from the surroundings.

The hotel is located quite far (30 mins walk) from the bus station. If you intend to walk to the hotel with your heavy luggage it is going to be quite challenging as the hotel is situated on the hilltop. Quite disappointed with the hotel staff as our request for rooms facing mount fuji was very quickly turned down though the hotel was quite empty. It is totally pointless to stay in this hotel if you are unable to secure a room facing Mt Fuji.

Although the hotel is kind of nice inside, it's far away from the train station (25 mins walk) and no public transit available. It will be good if you are driving.

El hotel súper bien. Es un poco lejos de la estación 20 min caminando. Y el transporte público del lugar es limitando. Para tener en cuenta. En hotel como talk estuvo muy bien!

近くで車のイベントがあり初めて登り坂ホテル様に宿泊しましたが、部屋がとても綺麗でなんて居心地のいいホテルなんだろうと思いました。近隣にコンビニやドラッグストア、飲食店も多数立ち並び利便性も抜群‼️ 来年ももし同じ場所で車のイベント開催されたらまたこのホテルに宿泊したいと思うくらいお気に入りです

1階　レストラン　ディナー18時～営業する。張り紙があったよです。その時間に行っても営業していない。

We attend one night while visiting Kawaguchiko. Our room was lovely with a large bathroom with a wonderful bathtub, a nice covered patio and plenty of room to be comfortable. The front desk held our luggage when we arrived and delivered it to our room so it was ready for us when we returned to the hotel. Breakfast was also very good. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommended this hotel. Very nice staffs, breakfast is great, indoor and outdoor onsen was a plus. There is free massage chair to use after sightseeing. Hotel also hold your language after and after check in for free.

Excellent hotel & staff Breakfast was good too

I didnt have the breakfast to review it but the mt. Fuji pancake restaurant is right next to the hotwl and its beyond amazing. The whole experience was great, you can see Fuji from the hotel entrance.
