Lovely hotel. Nice pool, Comfortable beds. Staff at reception outstanding, and a special thanks to Mandy for her help and kindness when I fell and injured my back during my.stay. Entertainment too loud which carried up to rooms. Bar staff need a bit of training in mixology.

If you get a room with an ocean view it is beautiful. The hotel is far from restaurants and beaches. They have only two elevators for six floors. The pool closes at 7 pm and it is small for the amount of people in the hotel. The dining room is full of flies. The outside patio is a better choice when dining. The food is not the best.

L’établissement en lui même est bien, dispose d’une grande piscine un espace spa un peu plus loin, etc etc, mais la salle de bain de la chambre n’était pas bien entretenu (joints sales, salle de bain abîmée…) , les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, nous entendons tout dans les couloirs ainsi que les bruits des lits que les femmes de chambres font les matins. Le restaurant et petit déjeuner est varié, la nourriture assez bonne mais pas d’une qualité extraordinaire (jus et confitures industriels…) J’ai apprécié le séjour de 3 nuits mais c’était suffisant.

My stay was wonderful at the hotel. The staff was incredible, they are very hard working and dedicated to their jobs. Their facilities are plenty and fun to use. The pool are was splendid. I just have 3 elements that I was not glad with: 1. The water from the bathroom sink is not drinkable as it is chlorinated. 2. The dishes were not properly cleaned, I was always struggling to find a clean dish to eat breakfast or dinner. 3. In my room 531 in the bathroom where the glass is not properly sealed in the corner. Water was always falling down on the edge and was gathering on the floor.

Stayed last minute due to a flight cancellation staff on reception at check in were amazing and really helpful. They were accommodating when we requested a room change. We only ate breakfast the choice was very good as was the quality.You do need a car as quite remote but the small town has a couple of restaurants. The chain does have other hotels in the town and has a small train that links them every 20 mins.

Niveau restauration le buffet à volonté était super, manque peut être plus de variété, que ça soit pour le dîner que pour le petit déjeuner. La navette privé pour aller sur la capitale ou même la plage la plus proche c’est agréable ça permet de faire autre chose que de rester à l’hôtel. Le personnel est super.

Had a great break here, very relaxing, staff all very friendly and helpful, hotel was extremely clean throughout with staff constantly tidying up, drinks were of a high standard (even the Sangria on tap) and the food whilst not loads of choice was all tasty and well cooked, would definitely return.

Hôtel très bien équipé pour passer une semaine. Les chambres sont très confortable avec une très bonne literie, une très jolie vue sur la mer depuis le balcon . Le personnel est attentif et attentionné, une mention spéciale pour la propreté. La restauration est variée et tout à fait satisfaisante.

Séjour très agréable. Équipe d’animation très sympa et très dynamique. Buffet de repas plutôt correct et varié. Mention spéciale pour les viennoiseries, bien meilleures que dans la plupart des hôtels de cette gamme. Le seul point négatif est la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres.

The room is comfortable but noise from adjacent rooms is disturbing. No coffee in the room and no breakfast before 8 am means you should supply your own coffee if you want an early cup. Limited dining alternatives nearby and no sandy beach unless you take a long walk or drive. Recommend you rent a car to see more attractive parts of Menorca.

Die Zimmer zur Veranstaltungsbühne sind eine Zumutung, so laut, dass man (trotz Kopfhörern) nicht schlafen kann. Zimmer auch sehr hellhörig, man hört sämtliche Aktivitäten der Nachbarn.

Lovely hotel, comfortable room with lovely sea view. Very quiet resort, not a lot to do in the area but the hotel provided adequate entertainment, which was not too noisy. Very good location for visiting others resorts, bus service excellent. Very good all inclusive package.

The staff were very nice and friendly, but unfortunately the food was terribly disappointing. They offered a fair variety but the quality was very poor definitely not for a 4* . Also you want a nice sandy beach or a calla is not the right area for that.

Lovely hotel, comfortable room with lovely sea view. Very quiet resort, not a lot to do in the area but the hotel provided adequate entertainment, which was not too noisy. Very good location for visiting others resorts, bus service excellent. Very good all inclusive package.

Première fois que nous réservons un hôtel tout inclus, et nous avons été déçus. Le buffet est une catastrophe, rien n’est mangeable ! Nous ne vous le recommandons absolument pas si vous n’êtes pas habitués aux demis pensions ou tout inclus. Le petit déjeuner est aussi très moyen, mais les produits proposés sont meilleurs que ceux du dîner. Chambre simple et propre. Nous avons eu un superbe accueil fait par une gentille dame.
