部屋はとてもキレイでした。館内に温泉があり、かなり多くの種類のお風呂があります。露天風呂もあり、1日に2-3回入り、大満足でした。朝食も、種類が豊富なのと、北海道内ならではのメニューもあり、大変満足でした。周辺は、飲食店が多く、食事には困らないと思います。また釧路に行く機械があったら、またこのホテルに泊まろうと思います。

部屋はとてもキレイでした。館内に温泉があり、かなり多くの種類のお風呂があります。露天風呂もあり、1日に2-3回入り、大満足でした。朝食も、種類が豊富なのと、北海道内ならではのメニューもあり、大変満足でした。周辺は、飲食店が多く、食事には困らないと思います。また釧路に行く機械があったら、またこのホテルに泊まろうと思います。

初めて利用させてもらいました。天然温泉の大浴場は露天風呂もあり良かったです。サウナ、水風呂もあって良いのですが、周りに水分補給する給水機がない。あるのですが壊れて使えない。下の階まで降りて脱衣所まで行かないと水が飲めないのはサウナ好きとして致命的です。そこだけですね。部屋もキレイだし立地も良い。

泊まった部屋だけなのかわからないが、通路にベッドがはみ出ていて荷物を持って通れないくらい狭かった。温泉施設はサウナもあり充実していて良かったが、露天風呂に大き目の蛾が大量にいて気持ち悪かった。フロント、従業員の対応はとても良かった。全体的に清掃も行き届いていて2泊3日気持ち良く過ごせた。

昼間の外観を見て初めて結構年季の入った建物だと後で知った。フロント回りも客室もリニューアル、リノベーションされて清潔で明るくきれい。一泊目は新しく建ったホテルなのかな？と思ってたくらい。チェックインの対応も親切。部屋は快適。駐車場は建物のすぐ横。お風呂は暑い、ぬるい、ぶくぶくといろんな種類。ただ、露天風呂は男性だけのよう。しかも冬の釧路の気温ではお湯の温度も下がり、風が強いと揚がったら心臓が止まりそうｗｗあまり冬の露店はお勧めできませんが、室内の温泉はしっかりと温まり満喫できました。総じて大満足。しかも二人で１万円ちょっととめちゃくちゃリーズナブル。夕日の絶景ポイント幣舞橋やフィッシャーマンズワーフMooに近く、ご当地B級グルメ「スパカツ」発祥のレストラン泉屋はホテルの裏、炉端焼き発祥の店も徒歩圏内。様々な人気炉端焼き店の数々。ホテル回りも魅力満載のロケーション。あらゆる面でお勧めできます。

The room was absolutely filthy. The headboard had a large stain on it as did the bed skirt. The floor was covered in bits of trash. The front desk had to be called twice to address the issue and both times seemed less then concerned about the issue. To top it off I list my room card and the charged me a $22 fee.

ベッドカバーに血痕があり、フロントに取り替えの電話をするも、謝罪の言葉一つなく「今から取り替えに向かいます」の一言のみ。それに加えて新しいベッドカバーにも汚れが着いており、替えのベッドカバーのストックが無いとのことで部屋自体を変える始末。チェックアウトの際にも謝罪の言葉も無し。高級ホテルでは無いので多くは望まないが、出張で様々なホテルを利用してきたが、今までで1番最低なホテルでした。 2度と利用しませんし、誰にも勧めませんし、ここに宿泊しようとした人がいたら止めますし、この口コミを見た方には宿泊を辞めることをお勧めします。

部屋の壁面は素敵でした。窓全開に開くのは珍しいなと! 寝る時に暖房効き過ぎたのか常に暑くてでも窓あけっぱは風邪ひきそうでw 難しかったです。いま思えば、フロントに電話して対応してもらうなりチェックアウトの時に伝えておくのも手だったなとは思います。過ごしやすい部屋でしたが、窓開けると12時過ぎも夜中常にいろんな若者の叫び声が常に聞こえており朝5時には酔っ払った若者の話し声が響き渡っており新鮮ですがうるさかったですw 繁華街だから仕方ないとはいえといった所です。

Cons: Room is smaller than expected (unlike 23 sqm). Rather small bathroom and very soft pillow. No temperature adjustment for air con. Pros: Bed was hard and is good for me. Very convenient location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Room is clean and newly furbished.

My wife and I stayed in Hotel Global View for 4 nights in July 2025. In most ways it is a typical Japanese hotel: clean, good service, small room. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. The WIFI is our room was weak and intermittent. The hotel's location is OK, with lots of izakayas nearby. It's rather far from the train station, if you plan to use the train for day trips.

My wife and I stayed in Hotel Global View for 4 nights in July 2025. In most ways it is a typical Japanese hotel: clean, good service, small room. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. Nice hotel and great breakfast. Would have been perfect but air conditioning was very weak or not working and so it was very stuffy in the room making sleeping difficult. Would happily use this hotel again as location superb and nice rooms

The room is very old especially the mattress. It sinks when you lie on it. Upon arrival reception insisted that I parked my car in the stack carpark. After much persuasion and explanation that I need to have ground level parking because I have heavy luggage and also need to repack; she eventually showed me to the carpark behind the hotel which has plentiful of parking lots. I also discovered later that it was the hotel’s carpark because collected she 880yen parking fee from me: It still puzzles me why she did not allow me to park there in the first place. Talk about bad service! The spa is unmentionable. There’s nothing I like about this hotel.

The staff was very accomadating and patient, considering our limited japanese (at best). Great access to amazing restaurants and bars, and the room was wonderful for the price. There are several incredible night time restaurants within 2 blocks that were some of the best food we had in our trip to Japan. Would definitely go back!

釧路駅から徒歩圏内で、ブラブラ歩きながらホテルまで歩きました。幣舞橋と川が目と鼻の先で、情緒がありとてもよかったです。部屋は清潔で広さも文句なしでした。お風呂も温度別の浴槽があったり露天風呂があったりと良かったです。朝食ビュッフェは一見よくある内容でしたが、食べてみると一つ一つがとても美味しかったです。チェックアウトの際タクシー呼んでもらいましたが手際よく感じのいいスタッフさんでした。釧路は街並みも良かったのでまた来たいし、来た際はこちらでお世話になりたいです

部屋の壁面は素敵でした。窓全開に開くのは珍しいなと! 寝る時に暖房効き過ぎたのか常に暑くてでも窓あけっぱは風邪ひきそうでw 難しかったです。いま思えば、フロントに電話して対応してもらうなりチェックアウトの時に伝えておくのも手だったなとは思います。過ごしやすい部屋でしたが、窓開けると12時過ぎも夜中常にいろんな若者の叫び声が常に聞こえており朝5時には酔っ払った若者の話し声が響き渡っており新鮮ですがうるさかったですw 繁華街だから仕方ないとはいえといった所です。

My wife and I stayed in Hotel Global View for 4 nights in July 2025. In most ways it is a typical Japanese hotel: clean, good service, small room. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. The WIFI is our room was weak and intermittent. The hotel's location is OK, with lots of izakayas nearby. It's rather far from the train station, if you plan to use the train for day trips.

Overall, the hotel is good. The staff service is very nice, and check-in is fast. The only downside is that there are no disposable items. Having traveled to Japan and stayed in over a hundred Japanese hotels, I have never experienced a hotel without disposable items available. That being said, we had just used up the cotton swabs and were thinking the next hotel would have some supplies, but there was absolutely nothing. I didn't even expect the hotel to have sample facial toners or lotions, but not even cotton swabs were available, let alone bottled water, and there was no coffee either. If it weren't for the spa, I would not consider staying at this bran brand of hotel.
