I booked this off the images! The room was dated and dirty! The sink had hair on it a boogers on the bathroom wall! I won’t be staying again.

The whole hotel could do with a paint and a good clean many areas were dirty and our shower flooded the bathroom as the drain is outside the shower.

It was just ok. Broken tap in en suite. Grubby toilet bowl on arrival. Dishes in kitchen required washing before use. Overall not as I remember when I stayed in 2016. Will look elsewhere next time I need a room in Newcastle.

Room was clean and had good amenities, however a little disappointed with fridge not been cleaned out of left food from previous guests. Third bed wasn’t made up prior to arrival as requested but check in staff were prompt to mention it Woukd be made up when we left to go out on the evening.
