２日間お世話になりましたが朝食はおいしく、地方の名物を入れられており種類も豊富で大変おいしかったです。また、調理のスタッフをはじめ駐車場の誘導の方も年長ながら最初に挨拶等されサービスを開始される質の高さを感じました。部屋の清掃もすばらしくシーツの緩みも無いほど行き届いていました。大変すばらしいと感じております。

We love the town for its peacefulness. This hotel is only a 4 minute walk from the shinkansen station. You can see it when you disembark. The free breakfast was a bonus and delicious. My only gripe is check in as at 4 instead of 3 like other hotels. The bed was a little too hard for my liking, but quite common in Japan.

全体的に綺麗。 wifiは遅め。シャワーはお湯と水をいい感じにバランスよく出すタイプ。 11Fだったからか水圧は低かった。でも、駅近くでこの値段なら寝るだけと考えると良い。

Really loved the hotel. about a 4 minute walk from the shinkansen station. The town overall is not as busy as Tokyo might be, but that is what gives this town character . There are numerous lawsons and 7 elevens as well as a mini mall about a 10 minute walk away with a supermarket among the shops. The room is clean and well maintained. The only things I did not like was check in is at 4 pm (most hotels are at 3pm) and the bed was a little too hard for my liking, but this is common with most hotels in Japan. The free brekfast was great !!!!

新幹線新山口駅から徒歩五分ほどで到着。近くて便利だと思います。飲食店も徒歩圏内に数件あり特に肉屋さん系のお店がグッドでした。ただし山口駅までは在来線で七駅ほどあり30分ぐらいかかります。静かで落ち着いた滞在ができたと思います。無料提供朝食も十分満足できますし、パック詰めで持ち出しも可能ですので非常に便利だと思いました。連泊するのによいと思いました。

便利な立地でした。チェックイン時 2部屋が離れており、親子だったので隣同士で準備してあればよかった。しかし、フロントに問い合わせると、快く変更していただけてよかった。朝食は、牛乳がなく残念だった（牛乳はだいたいどこでも置いてあるかとおもいますが）

Shin-Yamaguchi is a great place away from the crowds. This hotel is across the street from the station, with several restaurants. We enjoyed several meals at Nick's Steak. I highly recommend it. The breakfast at the hotel was typical Japanese food. Selection was good, and included in the room price. We definitely would stay here again.
