J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel calme et fonctionnel, avec une cuisine équipée. Le personnel a été formidable, j'ai un petit souci de santé et ils ont ete très à l'écoute et serviables envers moi. J'y retournerai sans hésitation lors de mon prochain séjour en région parisienne !

This place was pretty nice. It has a kitchenette and utensils, plates, cups to use during stay. Walking distance to metro is nice too. Dont eat at that restaurant called La Criee. Customer service there is rude af.

Der Lüfter im Zimmer hat einen ekligen Geruch nach marihuanna abgegeben und war sehr laut. Die Größe des Zimmers war super und auch der dazugehörige Parkplatz war sehr schön. Das Frühstück hat für den verlangten Preis eher dürftig ausgesehen, sodass wir außerhalb frühstücken waren.

Our stay was good. But there wasn’t hairdryer in the bathroom and could hear the vehicle noise to inside of the room. Other than that location wise it’s perfect even for the public transportation.

This was €20 more than my first pick because I thought it was supposed to be nicer. It didn’t look like the pictures on Expedia. The first rooms floor was very dirty didn’t even want to take off my shoes, the curtains were broken and the room smelled like roach cleaner, but the front desk woman was very kind and moved us right away. The next room was much cleaner. The room size is great, shower head needs to be replaced (not much water comes out) the best was firm yet soft and the pillows didn’t sink when you laid your head down. Loved the balcony was very spacious. Was little pricy for the area but if you have a rental it’s not bad. Would stay here again.

Very basic. Around the corners molded walls and washroom. Carpet floor stained. Linen stinks and only fan not aircon. Pictures looks newer rooms but rotten rooms and dusty.

Chambre où il faisait une chaleur à faire un malaise , impossible de dormir avec le bruit à l extérieur , tramway , alarme de magasin toute la nuit , seul point positif le réceptionniste était adorable et nous a gentiment proposé un ventileur qui malheureusement ne servait pas à grand chose il devait faire facilement 30 degrés dans le studio d ailleurs nous n avons même pas cuisiné pour éviter de réchauffer encore le logement … d autres clients D ont changé de chambre ,pour les mêmes raisons … murs sales dans le logement peinture qui se décolle dans la salle de bain … expérience horrible . Nous n avons passé qu une nuit dans le logement

Very disappointed cause for my entire stay which was 8 day my room only got cleaned once . The Wi-Fi didn’t worked in my room , when I told them about its they said they can’t do anything about it .

We were given a room where the sun shone directly in. When we asked at the reception, the lady said, "Full, full, full." There were two windows, but the handle on one side had been removed, so there was no airflow. There was a fan in the room that didn't work. When we asked for at least a working fan, the lady said, "I'm just the receptionist." We had to leave the room early the whole time and didn't get back until after 10 p.m., otherwise we would have gotten sick from the heat. The TV was on in the room when we opened the door. In the following days, the TV was on when we entered the hotel room in the evening. It's lucky that it didn't turn itself on in the middle of the night.There's a piece of chewing gum stuck to one of the side tables by the bed. The heater looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. The walls too. In the shower, the shampoo holder is only hanging by a single rusty nail. The only plus point is the parking space.

Hotellet ligger meget langt fra centrum og det tager 45 minutter med tog og metro. Værelserne fremstår slidte og kunne godt trænge til en opfriskning. Det var dog pænt og rent. Det er nemt at komme til at parkere.

The hotel staff is helpful. The room and all amenities were clean. The only concern was the smell of smoke in my room, even though it was located in a non smoking area. I was told that some guests could smoke outside below my window. The smell wasn't bad in my room but enough for me to smell the tobacco in certain areas of the room.

Bien que la proprete generale de l'hotel est bonne, je n'ai pas du tout apprecie l'acceuil. La dame de l'acceuil a ete tres desobligeante et parle mal au clients. Apres avoir recu ma clef, je me suis rendu dans la chambre et pas de wifi. Je descend et en parle a la dame qui me signale avec un air negatif que si je veux le wifi, je n'ai qu'a descendre au hall. Je demande de changer de chambre, et elle me dit, toujours avec un air negatif, que c'est partout dans l'etablissement. Je demande alors de changer d'hotel si c'est le cas, et elle me dit que j'ai qu'a appeler Hotel.com pour les informer. Bref, il a fallu que je cherche a parler a une autre personne pour qu'elle me donne quatre autres cles de chambre. C'est moi qui ouvre un par un pour identifier une qui a un wifi normal, alors que ceci devrait etre du ressort des agents de l'hotel. Finalement, j'ai trouve une chambre a wifi, et tout cela a gate le reste de mon sejour.

It was decent. But thats it. One front desk staffer was really nice - white guy who worked nights - dont know his name, but any positive reviews comes from his customer service). But my first room had broken heaters and didnt look well swept. I had to request help twice with this, and finally changed rooms. It was very cold. The room i moved to was better, but i did see a bug that they then sprayed for. They offered to move me but i didnt want to. They sprayed and it was fine after that. So, if they were a bit more clean i would visit again, but i can find better at this price and closer to the city.

La résidence est un peu vieillissante et mériterait une petite rénovation. Mais elle est très bien placée (à proximité du tram et du métro). Les chambres sont spacieuses et fonctionnelles. Il ya quelques restaurants, épiceries et boulangeries dans le coin. Et surtout, l'accueil a été très sympathique ! J'y retournerai !

Hotellet ligger meget langt fra centrum og det tager 45 minutter med tog og metro. Værelserne fremstår slidte og kunne godt trænge til en opfriskning. Det var dog pænt og rent. Det er nemt at komme til at parkere.

Der Lüfter im Zimmer hat einen ekligen Geruch nach marihuanna abgegeben und war sehr laut. Die Größe des Zimmers war super und auch der dazugehörige Parkplatz war sehr schön. Das Frühstück hat für den verlangten Preis eher dürftig ausgesehen, sodass wir außerhalb frühstücken waren.

Poor communication, too much noisy can’t sleep night. They didn’t change my bad sheet. The room is so Dirty and bad smeels. I give them money for extra buffet breakfast but the worst think is that the food is few and limited. I am very much disappointed.

The room was clean, even if it is old and needs renovation. The staff was nice. There is a mall nearby, which was nice. There are a few restaurants/cafes walking distance. I recommend this place for budget travelers. It is about 1hr from downtown Paris by public transport and 10 minutes from Orly airport.

The hotel staff is helpful. The room and all amenities were clean. The only concern was the smell of smoke in my room, even though it was located in a non smoking area. I was told that some guests could smoke outside below my window. The smell wasn't bad in my room but enough for me to smell the tobacco in certain areas of the room.
