This hotel is right on Las Ramblas which is a very busy tourist location, but the room was fairly quiet and we were facing the street. We loved the location close to the Gothic Quarter, which was our favorite part of Barcelona. You can walk to shops, the quarter, restaurants, and bus from here easily. Las Ramblas is VERY touristy and VERY crowded! The hotel and room were clean and well maintained, staff was friendly. The rooms were a little small but otherwise everything was comfortable. Breakfast was included in the rate and had a good selection. The only thing the hotel did not have was parking for our rental car. There is underground paid parking right in front of the hotel but we ended up paying $90 CDN for 3 nights in that parking.

Our balcony was disgusting. I wish I could attach a picture. Very disappointed that our flight was rerouted so we missed our first night of checkin. We had 3 rooms… with paid breakfast. A total of 1400$ and they wouldn’t credit us anything at all not even breakfast. I understand they were all prepaid but we stayed for 6 nights. They could have offered us something. Also no bar or restaurant in hotel.

The hotel was clean, except our shower had mould around the seal. It needed a good scrub and sealant replaced. There was construction going on during the day which made the are dusty. The noise at the back of the hotel was terrible at night, and went on til late morning. It seemed to be a gathering place for youths drinking and singing. We did not sleep well because of it. The breakfast was good.

I really liked the location of this hotel. Easy access to the waterfront and to all the activity on La Rambla and the surrounding area. I was easy to walk to a lot of restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.

A good stay. Room was quiet even though facing La Ramblas. Bed quite comfortable and shower fantastic. Requests for more towels was answered quickly and room was cleaned well. Convenient location for sure. Woudl come back.

There was duct tape on the bathroom door frame and the wifi kept going in and out. The breakfast was nice, but vastly overpriced. Got woken up twice at 9 AM to ask if I wanted new towels despite "do not disturb" sign on the door. Otherwise, the location right by the shops and metro, nice walk to the beach was fantastic. Staff was very helpful and there 24/7. Felt safe, quiet, and very clean.

The hotel is right on Las Ramblas, the area is a little sketchy at night but you are in the middle of everything. The room was too basic. It was like a Holiday Inn with a more trendy hotel name. Not even a coffee machine. Did not have an actual closet! It was a rack that moves! Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. I felt misled. Most staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. Who would when the key machine and the printer weren’t working? Check in took like 15 min so I don’t know what else was probably not working. Overall, although it wasn’t horrible, I would not recommend.

This hotel is 1 star at most. They checked us in room that smelled like kitchen. After we changed room they gave us une with no windows. There is no hot watter so be prepared to take cold showers. One of the worst places I’ve stayed

Everything seem to be okay we had to wait a little while for check-in but the fee that was quoted was not correct. They charge $18.+ over The original quote also a resort fee was part of the quote. There is nothing here to justify that extra fee no extras including water. everything is an extra No explanation was given for the extra charge

Hotel bem localizado, boas condições internas. Havíamos reservado um quarto com cama de casal, com muita antecedência, para cinco diárias, porém, ao chegarmos no hotel, fomos informados que todos o quartos com cama de casal estavam ocupados. Ficamos num quarto com duas camas de solteiro. E o mais grave e preocupante, a porta não travava automaticamente. Várias vezes ao chegar no quarto, a porta estava fechada, porém não travada. Foi solicitado providências para os devidos ajustes, no entanto, sem os devidos ajustes.

Hotel is nice and in good location. What I see is a problem, is the not well trained reception staff. receptionist make us wait 30 minutes because he could not find my reservation even when I showed him the receipt I printed directly from Expedia that the hotel has been already paid. This is ridiculous!
