We had a great stay here and wished we would’ve stayed here earlier in our trip and for longer. Best hotel we’ve stay at over our 2 week European vacation. The hotel is in a great location, steps away for the tube entrance. Close to Buckingham palace and westminister. The hotel is quite nice and has a wide variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. We had a drink at hedgerow as well as food and drinks at blue boar and both were excellent. We stayed in the King executive with lounge access, it was nice with a large bathroom and very comfortable bed. Had everything you needed. The staff here are really what stole the show. Everyone was super friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We accidentally booked an accessible room and didn’t realize until we got to our room. Andrew at check in was super helpful and got us in to a different room right away. By the time we got back to our room to move our stuff over, hotel staff had left us a gift for staying with them. The executive lounge is definitely worth it. Self serve bar and the food was delicious. Fabio in the executive lounge was amazing. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and they state that they offer many services such as turn down etc. This was one of the few places that follow through with that probably without you having to ask.

Conveniently located and incredibly comfortable beds. On site dining options and workout room were convenient as well. We had some uneven service—turndown service that took used towels and didn’t replace them, missed items on room service orders, and slow response to request for an extra pillow. My impression. Was that they may be understaffed—the staff we did deal with were very helpful and responsive. Tea room appeared under renovation and lightly staffed but the selection was excellent.

Well situated hotel with multiple metro options within walking distance. Easy walk to Victoria business district for dining, shopping and theater or walk to St. James park, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, etc. Close to tourist destinations but hotel itself is quiet, lively bar and an excellent executive lounge. Friendly and helpful staff - Highly recommend!

Great property. Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the staff, rooms, and location make it a top stay. If your room includes the access, the Executive Lounge is a big plus!

The executive suite room was great -- with lounge access --which was great . We did eat in the Blue Boar pub which is part of the same group --food was excellent but food service in the pub was poor . Service in the hotel and lounge was excellent however .

We loved the Conrad - location is incredible for Windsor, Big Ben, st James park, amazing restaurants and the tube stop across the street. The Lounge is a MUST - game changer for the trip!! The staff was exceptional!

The service was generally outstanding. The room was spacious and well appointed. Easy access to St James Park Underground Tube/Subway station which was literally across the road. Victoria Railway Station (hub for Gatwick express trains from Gatwick airport) was a 15 min walk away. Very good breakfast - high end. In house pub - also high end. In house fine dining restaurant. Will stay there again for sure

Overall our stay was excellent. Lovely welcome, we did upgrade to a beautiful room. If I was to nit pick:- Breakfast - the plates are cold and therefore hot food cooled rapidly especially scrambled egg. Staff are lovely but sadly forgot to bring my toast and coffee. Apologies accepted but it shouldn’t have happened. Secondly upgrade led to the use of the Executive lounge which allegedly is open until 11pm Two evenings on return from the theatre around ten pm we were unable to obtain a coffee or tea as the machine was being cleaned and no staff appeared to be around. Not major problem but again not what was expected of the Conrad. Overall we were still very happy to have stayed at the Conrad and look forward to our next visit.
