It’s a functional stay, not a luxurious stay. For the price it makes sense. The place is very bare bones. 4 closets but zero hangers. A shower but no shampoo or body wash. A bed but with the thinnest pillow. The place advertises WiFi but ours did not work. We were given check in instructions with two different WiFi details. Neither worked. The entry door and router also had WiFi details, neither worked. They’ve changed their WiFi name without updating the four locations provided to us. The elevator in the building broke during our stay. Someone in the building said it’s common to have elevator problems.

The office was not easy to find, at first. But the area was very convenient and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, our views were blocked by scaffolding and construction, but we still had a good stay. Kitchen was utilized and one room had a washer that was also a dryer.

Rigtigt lækkert lejlighed lige i centrum , vi var 5 og der var masser af plads , super god service ved indtjekning og vi fik lov at blive til kl 13 næste dag så det var skønt når man lige skal tjekke byen ud i dags lys også . billig parkering 200 meter fra lejeligheden , kommer klart igen når vi skal til oslo 👍🙏🇩🇰

Great location with easy access to the Opera House and Munch museum. Well equipped and clean. Instructed to leave the keys in the apartment on leaving. This was awkward as they were needed to access the garage where the car was parked. No instructions were given for this at check in so just be aware if you have a car with you. It meant that the car had to be left on the road while the keys were returned to the apartment, not ideal.

We rented the apartment for 3 days- location is nice close to bus/train and supermarket in the same building. Worst thing was a weird smell - like urin from a cat/ they cleaned it again but the smell returned. Also the hood in the kitchen is very noisy and the air circulation can not be stopped. Quite a lot of noise from the street in terms of busses and traffic. The parking in the basement worked well.

The apartment is centrally located. It was clean. They provided some dishwashing soap and landry detergent, which was nice. They do ask you to take out trash, which is reasonable, but did not provide any bags other than the one that was in the trash can. Our departure was a few hours after check out so they held our bags for us at their office. I like that the apartment was so close to transportation. Though it did not have AC, all we had to do was open the windows and doors and it was cool. Though it did not include a dryer, the clothes dried pretty quickly on the provided drying rack. I would stay there again.

This was a great property to stay in - all the equipment you need to cook, but bring your own tea, coffee, salt etc... Other than some rather thin towels, we couldn't fault it. Great check in and left luggage. Would recommend!

We believe in recycling however when checking out we do not expect to walk aways to drop off glass containers. We also did not like that the entire building exterior us undegoing repair so the building is covered by scaffolding and plastic draperies so we could not see out any windows.

Very comfortable and clean apartment in a quiet area yet close to the train station. Grocery store next door. Comfy beds and sofa and fully equipped kitchen. Small balcony useful too. Absolutely perfect for our needs and helpful staff at the Bjorvika office. Easy key collection procedure. Thanks guys, would definitely stay here again.

Var ikke helt fornøyd, måtte bytte leilighet da koketopp i første leilighet ikke virket. Det luktet også surt fra vannlås i første leiligheten Det bør nok tas en sjekk av alt kjøkkenutstyr og annet er i orden mellom hver utleie. Det var mye støv under senger, ikke bra for folk med astma eller allergi. Dyp sofa, kunne godt vært noen puter til å ha i ryggen. Ellers stort sett fornøyd og flott utsikt fra 10. etasje.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and quiet, with everything we needed for a short stay. The reception office was very welcoming. If there was any improvement to be made it would an extra pillow each.

Kitchen good, living room and balcony were very nice. Bedroom bed took up most of the room, so there was a door on either side of the bed, very querky but designed well. Barhroom very small , no shower tray and unable to open washing machine door fully, but that is the only negative. Very nice stay in Oslo, would come and stay again.

The apartment was nice and clean. The location was good and right above a grocery store. There should have been two fans provided since they were experiencing a heat wave but only one was provided. Our apartment was in direct sun so it got very hot. I paid a hefty price for cleaning service and no cleaning service was provided. If we wanted fresh towels, there is a fee. We had to remove our own trash. That was very disappointing. Location was central and close to Oslo station and bus terminal.

The apartment that we rented was clean and comfortable. The location is great, with many of Oslo's attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. Unfortunately, we didn't get much sleep due to noisy neighbor were up well past midnight during a couple of nights during our stay. Quiet hours are established, but not well enforced.

Beds were terrible, we stayed two nights and hardly slept. No space in the bathroom - washing machine made it difficult to enter the shower. I would not recommend the area - it was rather ugly and felt unsafe and inconvenient. The receptionist was kind. We were allocated a one bedroom apartment with no sofa bed by mistake, but she quickly arranged a side bed - unfortunately, it was impossible to sleep in that mattress. WiFi was difficult to connect to because we were not provided with the right details. The apartment felt cheap (though the price wasn’t). We would not stay there again.

Nice apartment close to the central train station. However, if you want to sleep later than 5 am, stay elsewhere. Delivery trucks and garbage trucks arrive every morning starting at 5 am and wake you up repeatedly. It might be tolerable if you could close the windows, but then the apartment becomes very hot. Also, there was no salt, no oil and no spatula, but there were 4 different serving spoons / strainers.

Helt ok lägenhet men alla bilder i annonsen är från de översta våningarna och det blir lite missvisande om man bor längre ner då det inte är någon utsikt utan mot ett kontorskomplex. Det fanns inga kuddar i soffan och endast en kudde per säng, inga sängöverkast, filtar. Dåligt med eluttag i det stora sovrummet för att ladda mobiltelefon om man vill ha den på nattduksbordet. Fick dra ut sänglamporna för att kunna ladda. En av sänglamporna var trasig. Lite skral köksutrustning om man vill laga mat. Bra med hiss och det var bara en tröskel in till badrummet i övrigt fritt om man har gånghjälpmedel. Bra centralt läge några minuter från tågstationen.

We had a lovely stay. We received helpful communication before we checked in, they were incredibly helpful. The apartment was very centra, which was ideal. We found it great for our short stay, but would also be ideal for a longer stay. Would definitely recommend.

I had problems finding the front desk and check-in but the staff was great once I got a hold of someone. We also visited during a heat wave and had problems being able to open our windows and the staff was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help us be comfortable on our honeymoon.

I have been lock outside for 2 hours be cause de battery in the lock where down. Issue that suppose to take 5 min to resolve took note than 2 hours. I had to go to the office (5 min away) 3 times to get this matter solves. Really poor management.

The instructions for how to pick up the key were quite obscure and later in the evening was a little concerning. Calling the emergency number resulted in no answer or support or return call. Additionally, the address provided at time of booking was not the address of the actual apartment. The apartment itself was small but basically appointed. Small things like soap in the bathroom, a dish towel, and a few small items in the kitchen like salt and pepper would have made a big difference. It was nice to have working laundry with pods provided. With such a high cleaning fee, it was surprising that we were responsible to take out the garbage and find a recycling depot.

The address you get is near a lock, if you manage to find the lock you need to open it only to get a key and a map, … if you like puzzles you might appreciate it :-) twice we had to call them and twice we got terrible service: once in trying to figure out how to get in and once when we asked for late check out and were bluntly refused. They claimed they had a guest after us but they never really checked what apartment we were in. Our experience in Scandinavia was generally very good, mostly nice and friendly people. But not these guys.

Excellent, spacious 3 bed apartment. Comfortable beds and very quiet despite being in a central location. Walking distance to lots of the sights, and close to grocery stores. Only downside was that we weren’t able to use the balcony or fully open the balcony door, as there was scaffolding up, which I don’t believe we were told about when booking. (I expect this has gone now.) My child accidentally left a special toy in the apartment when we left - a special thank you to Sophie who found it and arranged shipping it home.

While the idea of having an apartment makes sense originally, the process of arrival and getting to your apartment was disorganized and not communicated well. If you arrive by train you have to drag your luggage two blocks down the street to the office. Then once you pick up your key you then have to drag your luggage with you upwards of 3-5 more blocks to your actual apartment. The streets are mostly cobblestones and uneven pavement.

Beds were terrible, we stayed two nights and hardly slept. No space in the bathroom - washing machine made it difficult to enter the shower. I would not recommend the area - it was rather ugly and felt unsafe and inconvenient. The receptionist was kind. We were allocated a one bedroom apartment with no sofa bed by mistake, but she quickly arranged a side bed - unfortunately, it was impossible to sleep in that mattress. WiFi was difficult to connect to because we were not provided with the right details. The apartment felt cheap (though the price wasn’t). We would not stay there again.

The apartment is a bit tired/worn. Great location, though—no complaints there. The bathroom door handle threatened to fall off each time we attempted to close the bathroom door. The dishwasher contained dirty dishes from the last occupant when we arrived. One of the beds was saggy. Its occupant said it was a bit like sleeping in a hammock. Not sorry we stayed there but probably would look elsewhere next time. The parking ramp entrance was hard to find but the parking was clean and each stall was spacious. A better map and description of what to look for would have been helpful. We expected to see a garage door—we just didn’t expect it to be at the end of a ramp one story below street level.

Great apartment, location is not the most convenient but still walkable to most the sights. The neighborhood is very multicultural and did not feel like I am in Norway. Good thing is cheap eats relative to other places in Oslo.
