It is located such a nice place, everything is nearby. They do not have an outside shower to rinse after a day at the beach, no elevator, and they do not have any water in the lobby to grab a glass. Besides that everything was perfect.

We stay at this property every year for the past 10 years, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, the pool is great. It’s convenient to all the restaurants and bars as well as the fishing fleet in Montauk. Great place overall!

The bed and towels were not clean (I have pictures if you don’t believe me.) There was hair, possibly left by previous guests, on both pillows. Check in was smooth.

This was the perfect place for our quick overnight stay in Montauk! The rooms were super clean and large and check in was easy. The owner was also extremely hospitable and was able to provide travel toiletries we had forgotten. The outside may look a bit rough around the edges but it honestly was a perfect place for a couple nights stay and newly renovated rooms. Would absolutely stay again!

We have stayed at Kenny's before. It is a bargain stay in Montauk we acknowledge this. However, this time we were not satisfied with our stay. The wifi did not work in our room we had absolutely no service on any devices during our stay despite using the passwords. It pretty much only worked around the check in office. The TV did not work and would cut in and out. The very wonderful staff worked really hard to try to rectify this but it was not helped. We did have a rainy day during our stay and these issues provided a challenge as we were travelling with two children.

At the time this didn’t concern me, but thinking back on how quick they were to give me someone else’s personal and credit card information, how do I know they didn’t do this with my info? From first glance room seemed okay, upon looking in the bedroom it was a double bed when we paid for a king room, and there were a pair of fake eyelashes on the floor. When we asked about the bed we were told “it is what it is, you pay for the room we don’t guarantee bed size”. Later on in the evening we returned to turn on the TV and neither the living room nor bedroom tv had working remotes, end of the world no, but be prepared to commit to one channel. There is no AC in the bedroom, which again Expedia listing did say King Bed and AC, so just be aware you get what you get at this property, not what you pay for. Restaurant on site is out of business so don’t rely on that.

The location and outside area are very good but the rooms are really old, with some damage on the doors and bathroom, which was very, vey old and tiny. The shower faucet was moldy and didn’t work properly.

Arrived laye at night on check-in and staff had already sent me my late check-in details and answered me promptly on my emails. The rooms were very clean and staff was amazing. I even had an issue myself last min and front desk allowed me to have late checkout. I took my puppy along as well he had a great time and staff loved on him. Definitely a place we will be returning to.

Had a great stay but mid day on my second day someone was knocking on my door mid day asking how many people I had staying with me because they saw a 3rd person ( a friend who lives in montauk who was picking us up for the beach and came to our room while we got ready.) The next day i checked out in person w the same woman that had knocked on my door and they said nothing to me. 20 min later I had a charge for 50$ and when I called they said its for having a third person in the room (it was a 2queen bed room). We did have the third person stay for one night but she lives in montauk and we didn’t want her driving home after drinking. Not to mention we already paid an exorbitant amount to stay there for 2 nights it’s comical to charge my card a separate additional 50$ 20 min after I’ve already left the property without saying anything to me. Unfortunate because otherwise the hotel was perfect for what we wanted but Will definitely not be staying here again.

We arrived at 3:30PM. The Host checked us in while wearing his bathrobe!!! This was highly inappropriate, embarrassing and did not show any regard for arriving guests. There was no coffee maker or microwave in the room even though we booked a “premium” room.

Great place! Clean, modern rooms and nice staff. Good rates for the area. A good base of operation between the village of Montauk and the lighthouse. Will be back if I’m in the area again. Would love to experience the restaurant and pool (this time it was in the off season).

The area was good for what I went for. I was fishing and it was three minutes from the docks. The room was outdated and had an old like smell to it. The couch was sagging in the middle. The bed was okay. For fishing reasons it met the needs.

The property is clean and ok. It has a small size pool and a good bar. The only issue has been about the room we booked. Expedia advertised it as “sleeps 3” and that was the only reason why we booked it because we wanted our twenty five year old daughter to sleep on the sofa. They had a love seat and not a sofa large enough that a twenty five year old can sleep on. They said it is Expedia’s issue but gave us an air mattress and sheet free of charge! I am not sure how Expedia can advertise a room that doesn’t exist on their behalf. Something was off.

I found our room to be nicely decorated, spacious, and very clean. Our bathroom was very tiny, but the sink was separate, which I appreciate, to save time getting ready. Closet door was a mirror, which is always nice. The restaurant wasn’t open but the front desk assistant gave us an amazing recommendation for a very fresh seafood restaurant.
