I would not recommend staying here - the overall vibe is sketchy. The check in was at the hostess stand of what was supposed to be the restaurant; however, the restaurant and bar are closed and not open for the season - which would have been helpful to have known before booking. Check in was strange - we just got a code to the room which was given off of the employees phone. The code ended up not working so they had to make a call to someone to fix it. Overall, it was eerily quiet - barely anyone around I’m assuming since the restaurant and bar are not open for the season. There was an outdoor seating area with bean bag chairs which was overrun and unusable. There were no employees to be found if you needed help - there was only a sign on the door with a phone number to call. The room we booked was a “king suite” which was marketed as there being a separate bedroom area - which there certainly was not. It was a tiny room and the bathroom was very small. The walls are paper thin - we could hear our neighbors conversations. And on top of that it’s a trek into town. Overall, it was disappointing to say the least. If the restaurant and bar were not going to be open this season they should have been upfront with that upon booking and also it shouldn’t have been so expensive.

The place is basically shut down. Everything is locked up and there is no staff except the cleaning crew. You should just go camping instead.

Staff was really nice but none of the advertised amenities were available. The first room we were put in smelled like sewage and had big cobwebs so the woman working very helpfully had us move to a new room and that room had long hairs on the wall and floor. So I cleaned that up. For the money, I’ll stay somewhere else next time. Was hoping for a much better experience.

The property is not as advertised. The restaurant and bar is closed indefinitely. There’s a nice courtyard in the middle to hang out at but there is barely any staff around to get the fire pits turned on. There is no front desk and if you cannot get a hold of anyone, you’re kind of screwed. This property has so much potential and just a year ago they had a big grand opening with all the amenities available but have no idea what happened from then to now. We’re visiting in peak season and the place seemed like a ghost town. The one silver lining was the cleaning staff. The lady was extremely nice and friendly.

Was nice but there was absolutely no staff it kind of seemed almost abandoned and there was not a spa or gym which is included in the price but overall it’s quiet and good place to stay if you want to explore places in montauk everything is close by
