What a find this was, amazing place in a beautiful town. The staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful to us. Always a smile and a great location in the beautiful town of Richmond, couldn’t speak more highly on this place and will definitely stay again. Five stars for me👌

Perfect location as right in the heart of Richmond. Very helpful staff showed us to our lovely big room. Perfect for any walkers and was dog friendly Great price for a night

Due to issues at work and traffic we were running late and Jon waited up for us past the checking time and helped us with parking. Thank you so much. The room was lovely and spacious and warm.

This was our 2nd stay. Staff friendly room was great. Rooms nice and warm on a cold December night looking out over market square. Staff great so honest I lost my ring and it was found in the room. I was so grateful the ring was so sentimental to me. I emailed the owner Jon and he replied straight away. I will definitely stay here again.
