Alder Resort Hotel -Ultra All Inclusive

First of all the terrible smell in and around the hotel was sometimes unbearable. Our toilet was never once cleaned during the entire stay, room service was terrible, we had to ask for fresh bed sheets because no one was changing them after 4days, only the rubbish in the bin was removed, reception guy working night shift on the 08 of August was so unprofessional busy chatting on WhatsApp when we asked him about room service hours he said he didn’t know, he was on his cellphone. The massage guy who called himself the manager was soo annoying, always nagging asking us if we needed a massage, we couldn’t move freely, everytime we saw him we had to walk the other way afraid of being asked if we needed a massage. Guy please let people enjoy their holiday stop nagging. Very thin cheap toilet paper, flies all over the food, children touching the food, dirty soup containers, the rice was slightly sour, uncovered food not clean enough for a 4star hotel, NEVER coming back

I would stay here again, we stayed for my sons birthday, messaged hotel befpre hand and were told on arrival all would be fine, we arrived, reception were rude, especially manageress, she wasnt helpful, the hotel is dated, and the family room we booked and paid for had room just for bed, no room to actually walk to the other side of the room. Food is basic and not something you will enjoy, entertainment team, they jave stuff to do during the day for example teaching dance, but stated clearly no children, not be politely either. There is no parking either. When we chexked out, the guy took key from me, no thanks for staying with us, or have a nice day, just took key. I wouldnt recommended this hotel to people, for what i paid its pretty poor, basic and staff very poor, lady in reception in particular.

Ailecek gittik ve 4 gece kaldık, giriş, çıkış, hizmet, yemekler, temizlik ve servisler güzeldi. Eğlenceli ve aktiviteli günler geçirdik, personeller işinde gücünde ve yardımcı oluyorlar.

Hadde alt inkludert opphold på hotellet. Vi fikk et rom med balkong og flott utsikt. Veldig god mat fra restaurant. Det skjer hele tiden noen aktiviteter på morgen og kveld som passer både for voksne og barn. Vennlig personell. Kort avstand til strand (ca 200 m). Det som kunne vært bedre er daglig renhold på rom slik at sengetøy blir skiftet oftere. Ellers topp hotell!
