Very nice hotel! nice amenities too! Embarrassing was the fact that they asked for 1000 huf for parking! absolutely embarrassing. If you want to be a classy hotel (which you are pretty close to being,) do away with nickel and diming people.

Amazing pool , super chill vibe very relaxing . Wonderful staff , solid mix of Slavic speaking and English . The area of the hotel is very quant . Nice neighborhood for a stroll . An Aldi close by for food too .

The hotel has a nice spa amenities with some non functional areas. Staff service quality was poor. Eagerness to help clients needs to be improved. Arrived in the hotel passed midnight tired and sleepy. Receptionist giving attitute towards other guests.

When I checked in the front desk person immediately tried to get me to upgrade my room for 10 euros which I found off-putting (I thought he was offering a free upgrade until he asked for payment). The bed was a single, which was expected, but was quite uncomfotable. Also there were ants in the bathroom and something else that bit me in my sleep. (I suspect bedbugs but didn't see them). Management didn't seem concerned about any issues. Lastly, when I was leaving, I dropped a charger and heard it fall, but didn't realize what it was until I got to the airport. I have called the hotel about it several times, but each time they say they will call back and never do. I would not stay here again.

The restaurant was fantastic! Bed very uncomfortable. Shower controls in terrible spot. Every time you turn around your elbow hits the controls and water temp gets super hot or cold depending on which way you turn around. No ice machine. Our room was in a distant building and you can’t drive to it so lugging suitcases was a chore!

We stay here for a night every time we come to Budapest. We absolutely love the pool and spa area, love going for a swim before breakfast. The rooms are a bit dark but they are spacious and well equipped. All in all a great hotel, conveniently located to the airport.

On arrival the front desk ladies were very indifferent, not helpful at all. No smile, no kindness not welcoming at all. When we walked by later and had a question, she wouldnt even stand up, answer was a head shake.So diappointing. We have been staying at Stacio for the last 20 years almost yearly. They do not acknowledge this at all, which is already odd to me! After this last exprience I will no longer pick this hotel, there are many other choices. The hotel has no USB chargers in the room, no converter organized, when asked for a converter they make you go over a pile in a box, instead of having organized so they could provide you with the correct one. Little things that matter to us, but obviously not to them. The food was okay in the restaurant all servers were super nice and kind!

As name implies, near airport…but happily no planes noise! Nothing nearby, so you are stuck with on-site options and roughly $60 Uber to city center (no easy public transport). Excellent gym. Robust included breakfast buffet. Pleasant patio. Limited spa services (book ahead). Good blackout shades and comfy soft mattress. Sparse toiletries and towels. Airport shuttle from hotel is top and bottom of the hour and was available at 4am when I needed it

Stayed here many times now. Nice hotel close to airport but actually in a nice Vesces neighborhood with included service to and from the airport. Nice grounds, modern rooms, great pool area , great breakfast buffet and always nice helpful staff.

nice hotel in a quiet area but just 5 minutes from airport. Modern feel with a good restaurant and breakfast buffet. Nice landscaping in the garden area and the indoor pool likes really nice as well. Shuttle is available to take you airport.

We were completely lost when we got off the train, dark streets and no info on how to reach the hotel. We tried calling but only could get recorded info but thankfully there was 1 person we saw and he was able to give us the direction to head. It was as residential neighborhood, very little lighting and kind of scary. We had to walk in the dark 10-12 blocks!!!! When we arrived the desk clerk wasn’t very concerned and ended up giving us to drink vouchers🙄

Very well maintained hotel,very clean and very stylish.Cosy room,nice welcome package including chocolate,shampoo,hand soap and body lotion.I'm impressed about the hotel's guest management system program on the telly,where you can manage your stay.There's Mini bar in the room too with good selection of quality alcohol and spring water.Airport transfer from and to the airport and the breakfast is including in the price of the room which is a big bonus.There's a nice size of swimming pool and gym in the hotel and robe with flip flops are in the room if you fancy for a dip. Good size of carpark and plenty of comfortable space for sitting outdoors.Food is okay,not impressive,nothing special and we find the hot food just cold! That's a bit disappointing.There's a pond in the garden where our room faced and the frogs in there very-very noisy during the night which is a bit of annoying.Part of that we had a very good stay.

Very nice hotel. Great facilities. Buffet was very good and enough choices. Breakfast was fine but not as varied as i was expecting. The free taxi transfer to the hotel was very handy as there was no waiting at the airport.

Perfect place to stay before an early morning flight. Early bird breakfast buffet begins at 4 am. This, combined with free shuttle service helped take the sting out of a very early departure. Restaurant and pool are also great.

Hotel was excellent and would be a nice place to spend a weekend. The only improvement area was the buffet because it had fewer guests in winter so food didnt get turned over to keep it at its freshest. It would be nice if workout center had 24 hour open access.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were courteous and friendly. The food was delicious! The hallways are amazing (with the lighting!) I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay before a flight.
