La Réserve Resort

war sehr nett, jedoch hatte ich für den Preis mehr erwartet; zB muss man das Frühstück extra zahlen (35€) bei einem Zimmerpreis von 325€ - finde ich das ganz schön dreist. Fahrräder konnte man anscheinend auch nicht leihen, obwohl das so angekündigt war und auch in der Hotel Brochüre gelistet ist.

Zeer aangenaam hotel, prachtige wellness en bar. Mooie afwerking in het ganse hotel! Zeker een aanrader.

D'habitude quand on réserve via hotels.com, notre statut GOLD nous permet d'avoir un petit cadeau de bienvenue ou un surclassement. Mais pas cette fois-ci. Pas de cadeau, ni de message mais on a plutôt été downgradé à notre arrivée. En effet, la chambre 513 se trouve sous le sauna du spa et la chaleur produite est tellement importante que la climatisation de l'hôtel (un peu ancienne) ne pouvait pas refroidir la chambre. Je comprends qu'il ne fasse pas toujours très chaud à Knokke mais c'est justement pour fuir la canicule que nous avons voyagé en Belgique: à la recherche de fraicheur. Nous avons signalé le problème et la direction de l'hôtel a trouvé une solution (3 heures plus tard) et nous a relogé dans une chambre où la climatisation fonctionnait. Apparemment le problème était connu. Dommage qu'on nous ai alloué cette chambre 513 en été. Le reste du séjour s'est bien passé. L'hôtel est superbe et la piscine couverte sur le rooftop est magnifique!

Je connaissais déjà l'établissement et j'ai apprécié son renouvellement. Dommage spa fermé quand je suis allée. Toujours aussi digne de ses 5 étoiles.

Loved my Friday night live music.. I think the hotel should have that every day for the summer…

The property is very well located, service is excellent and prompt. Love the decor of the hotel and rooms, the understated luxury is palpable, Bar is excellent The only objection is that we were given a room without windows (yes, no windows!). No mention in the reservation or at check in on this "detail". The room was beautiful, but never experienced something like this in a 5 star property (or any property)

Klassehotel, maar prijs-kwaliteit iets overrated. vb: superontbijt, maar voor 45€ pp verwacht je toch dat alles erin zit. Je kon nog betalend uitbreiden (bubbels, bepaalde eierbereidingen, ....). Tof zwembad met sauna en overall wel vriendelijk personeel.

We stayed from the 28.07- 30.07.2022 in La Reserve and are happy to share our thoughts and feedback with the team and also via Google Maps. The hotel is located opposite of the famous grand Casino Knokke on the elizabethlaan close to the Albertstrand. It’s easy to find and the entrance to the underground parking spot is well signposted. Unfortunately we’ve not been informed nor any information about parking fees (which are 28€/d) posted or addressed. This is something we would like to know upfront. Entering the hotel we’ve been welcomed by the receptionist. The checkin was easy and quick. The room (#207) itself had no daylight which creates a gloomy atmosphere. Would be nice to get the Information beforehand. Nothing stated nor pictured on the booking website. After we spotted a bunch of hairs from previous guests in the bathroom, shower and on the heater which we felt disgusted by, the manager on duty gave another room which was clean and nice. The breakfast fee is 35€/p.p which is not a good-price quality ratio what they serve. For instance, the whole English breakfast was cold and not of a quality what you expect from those higher class hotels. Their are much nicer small breakfast places around the corner with are spraying a wonderful Charme e.g. de Kaasfee. The breakfast location inside and outside are nice but it’s very difficult to manoeuvre each other through the narrow aisle with a breakfast plate in your hand. The wellness area with a pool, steam bath, a Sau….

Sehr schönes Hotel. Wir lieben das Ambient im La Reserve Im Restaurant La Rigue kann man hervorragend essen aber der Service war beim letzten Besuch nicht gut. Obwohl wir erst Ostermontag angereist sind, wo der meiste Trubel vorbei und das Restaurant am Ostermontagabend relativ leer war , lies der Service sehr zu wünschen übrig. Da stimmt Preis /Leistung leider nicht .Schön war der Tag auf der Terrasse mit DJ.Sehr lobenswert zu erwähnen der Service und die Freundlichkeit von Estefania ,die uns meist an Bar bedient. Für uns dort bis her die netteste Servicekraft . !

Sans doute le meilleur hôtel de la ville, tout était parfait, hôtel, très propre, pas loin du centre-ville, très propre personnel, très souriant et accueillant rien à dire

Le plus bel hôtel de Knokke. Tout est rénové et soigné. Excellente literie. Un peu loin du centre.

Badkamer kan een opfris beurt gebruiken. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam.

the only criticism ww has was the cleanliness. in arrival we found some hats in the bathroom floor but this was was made good will just we went out for a walk hotel is situated in a very convenient area and is of a very high standard breakfast was impeccable

Positif. Grand hôtel sur le lac. Moderne. Négatif. L’éclairage dans la chambre. Impossible de trouver ses vêtements dans l’armoire car pas de lampe à proximité ! Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants donc réveil à 5 h du matin. Les chambres dans l’ensemble devraient être rafraîchies. Les abords de la piscine et du sauna ne sont pas soignés , les serviettes traînent parterre le sol est mouillé …. Prix exorbitant du petit-déjeuner

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, allerdings würde ich breitere Betten bevorzugen.

Très bel hôtel où tout est raffiné. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec de très bons produits . Les chambres sont magnifiques . Le personnel est aux petits soins mais reste discret Nous reviendrons sans hésitation ..

Positif. Grand hôtel sur le lac. Moderne. Négatif. L’éclairage dans la chambre. Impossible de trouver ses vêtements dans l’armoire car pas de lampe à proximité ! Super Nice Hotel but Service is Not what you expect and know from other Hotels - Like the Bothanic Sanctuary in Antwerp before This stay. Room was cleaned on Sunday at 4pm there is no door to the toilet which is not good at all. Only 1 towel per Person in the bathroom and no Soap. More of such Details could be mentioned Burg This is what makes the difference

Nous aimons beaucoup cet établissement. Cette fois l'accueil fut plus froid que d'habitude par un Monsieur que je n'ai jamais vu avant et pas de petits biscuits dans notre chambre comme les autres fois. Mais cela nous empêche pas de passer un super séjour. On y retournera.

Amazing hotel, great reception service, restaurant food really good- only let down was speed if restaurant service on a Saturday night, very slow.

Hôtel récemment rénové . Le personnel est très gentil mais totalement incompetant surtout au niveau de la restauration . On est loin des standards d’un 5 étoiles .

Truly the best hotel by the North Sea. The ultimate luxury living. The staff is amazing, from the valet, the reception, the food management to the spa. Everyone is trying their best to make my stay comfortable and fun. Friday night live music would be my favorite event of the hotel, following by the wonderful breakfast!!!
