Excellent resort! Staff was so friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great near excellent restaurants and I loved the free breakfast every morning and the use of any non motorized activities. Beach area is amazing! One of our best vacations ever!! We just returned from our latest trip to West Bay Club and, once again, it was fantastic. This place continues to be one of our absolute favorite resorts on Grand Cayman. From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel like family – everyone is genuinely warm, attentive, and quick to help with anything you need. The rooms (we had an ocean-view suite) were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Housekeeping does an outstanding job every single day. The property itself is lovely: quiet, beautifully landscaped, great pools, and that perfect stretch of Seven Mile Beach is literally steps away. Kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel gear – everything is complimentary and in great condition. Breakfast buffet: still one of the most generous spreads you’ll find on the island with an omelet station, bacon, sausage, pastries, yogurt, juices, etc. There was tons of variety, but I’ll be honest – it wasn’t quite up to the very high standard we’ve experienced here in previous years. The pancakes had a slightly sour/off taste (possibly the batter sat out a bit too long), and the fresh fruit selection, while plentiful, wasn’t as ripe and sweet as we remember. Minor nitpicks in an otherwise excellent experience, and certainly not enough to drop my rating. At the end of the day, West Bay Club still delivers incredible value for what you get: peaceful location, top-tier service, pristine accommodations, and beachfront perfection. We’ll be back next year without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Check in process was quick. Ralph was great detailing where we can go and get local favorite restaurants. Direct beach access with chairs and umbrellas available free of charge. You can order lunch on the beach making it easy to have a nice beach day. Room was kept clean. Staff was friendly. I would stay again. Only complaint is that they need new irons as would just soak my shirt than steam it

We spent 10 days at West Bay Club and we are already planning our return! We liked that it is smaller, therefore less crowded. Daily breakfast buffet included in price was quite good. Especially appreciated the housekeeping staff- they were very attentive and helpful. This property is not close to very many restaurants and not close to a grocery store so if you don’t rent a car you’ll need to do taxis (and taxis can be annoying and expensive). We were told that their sister property in Grace Bay is very similar to WBC and is very walkable to all the shops and restaurants in Grace Bay. We loved the beach at WBC- plenty of umbrellas and chairs set up, and attentive staff to help set up towels and bring refreshments. They had kayaks, hobicats, and paddle boards available free of charge. Excellent resort!

Service and accommodations were very good. Times of Housekeeping were erratic and sometimes needed to be called for at the front desk Beach access was excellent but the bar needs more offerings - Pool bar needs to be open longer Also - Needs a larger Fitness Center with an upgrade of equipment Overall - West Bay Club is a very good stay but not outstanding

We went in July and the property was relaxing and quiet. Great beach and nice pool. Easy to unwind and enjoy your getaway.

The property was very clean. It was quiet and you could get a lot of R&R. The rooms/suites very spacious, clean, modern and bright, with very comfortable beds. The food was overall delicious, however, i would have liked a little store onsite for snacks, drinks, etc. There is not store nearby within walking distance and the kitchen closes at 9:30 every night, so if you were still hungry after that, you were in trouble.

Great property, we had a wonderful stay. More dining options on site and a convenience store would have been nice but they took great care of us. There are a few dining options within a 10min walk. I would recommend having a rental car.

The hotel is very clean and with well maintained areas. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay. Staff is nice and helpful.

First room was unacceptable. Needed to more. Extremely musty. 2nd musty but bearable. Washer didn’t work and burnt clothes. Couldn’t take bath because no hot water

The staff here is very acknowledge, also very helpful, the rooms are super clean. The cleaning staff if very very good. The breakfast staff is very good and helps you get what you need. No problem. The pool was dirty until my wife called. Then the lifeguard clean it up after 30 min. The area is very clean.

The staff at West Bay is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The beach is amazing and the waters are stunning. The entire resort is clean, rooms are beautiful and equipped with everything you need. If missing something, all you have to do is ask. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for five nights. It was adequate but for the money I feel they could have done a better job. Housekeeping was unreliable. Breakfast was meh. Beds were comfy but our rooms were spartan. Each suite is privately owned so you don’t know what you are going to get. The TV’s didn’t work and the issue wasn’t addressed, water pressure was awful and many of our requests were ignored or eyes were rolled. The front desk is very friendly upon arrival. Three stars.

Absolutely amazing stay! The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The view was fantastic, the grounds were incredibly well-maintained, and the service was excellent. And the beach… just pure paradise. Highly recommend!

My room was very clean everyday with plenty of towels. The staff were All amazing, from the receptionists to the towel guys. The beaches were beautiful and warm.

I absolutely loved my stay at the West Bay Club. The facilities are beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, and the food is excellent. Everything feels clean and well maintained. The beach is simply spectacular - white sand, crystal-clear water, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. That said, I’d strongly suggest the hotel look into the mosquito situation, especially for rooms on the first floor. They tend to get inside, and I spent several nights trying to get rid of them - which made it hard to sleep. The staff was very responsive and even came late at night to assist with dehumidifiers to reduce that “musty” or “closet-like” smell that sometimes appears when humidity builds up. I also noticed that the bed frame, made of a woven wood material, tends to collect dust in small spaces, which may contribute to that same smell even though the rooms are clearly cleaned with care. Overall, despite those small issues, it was a wonderful experience - the service, the food, and especially the beach make West Bay Club a place I’d definitely recommend and return to.

The beach at West Bay club was phenomenal I walked the entire beach a mile each way and it was by far the best spot on Grace Bay West. The pool was nice, nothing fancy and temperature perfect at all times and the grounds were clean and nice as well. Our room had some issues with bugs and other things and the staff was able to move us to a different room that made us feel much more comfortable. The level of service at West Bay Club is okay at best. We do not need to be waited on and knew this coming in but you have to ask for literally anything you want/need. It was hard to find pool towels at times and you'd have to find someone and ask for things like towels and beach or pool service. When sitting for lunch you'd have to refill your own water; things like that were frequent. Again, we knew what we booked when we did but if you're looking for a resort feel where you're getting catered to you will not be happy there. That being said if you're looking for a nice accommodation with amazing beach front property for a very quiet and minimalist experience I would recommend. There were days where we were practically the only ones on our beach and that is exactly what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful stay at the West Bay Club. It had a charming, quiet, "boutiquey" feel to it. The grounds were well-maintained, the staff was lovely, the food and drink were delicious, and all of our needs were met. The beach was pristine and calm, and offered one of the widest strips of beach on the bay. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The only reason I took a star off the Cleanliness score was because the couches in our suite had some bad red stains in them which made us not want to use them, but everything other than that was wonderful and we certainly plan to return to this resort.

The room was a good size with a kitchenette including microwave, a fridge, and dishes. I liked the tile floor and complementary water and coffee every day. The staff was very polite and helpful all around the hotel and on the beach.

Very nice resort.. Unit was musty smelling and no TV service only prime video and apps but not YouTube tv. Old sound system that is unusable. Also couldn’t change the volume on the tv in the living room. But great view and beach is awesome.

The property was absolutely beautiful! The two-bedroom oceanfront suite gave us and our 2 boys privacy. We especially enjoyed the beach and pool! Took the bikes for a ride and that was fun. Walked to dinner at least 2 nights and felt safe in the area. It is remote so be prepared to rent a car or pay for a cab. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Nice location. Right on the water. The furniture in the room is very dated and the bed frame needs replaced. The bed frame has broken at some point and they tried to use 2x4’s to put it back together. It makes a loud cracking noise with even the slightest turn. If you don’t get an ocean front room the view is of other guests doors and outside hallways. As such this would be considered a motel in the US not a hotel.

It was good, rooms were very clean and we had a nice oceanfront view. It’s a notch down in terms of luxury, certainly not the same feel as Wymara or Shore Bay Club but also less $$. Facilities are just a little dated but still very nice, food is good and beachfront location is beautiful.

We stayed in their ocean front luxury suite which was really nice. The suite was kept clean, nicely decorated, spacious with a balcony and with great views of the beach/ocean. The staff was extremely friendly and professional.

Each room has a different owner. Our first room had a terrible bed and The nest thermostat was locked not to cool below 70. They moved us to a second room. with a much better bed. Air conditioning was great in second room.

We were not able to make it to the trip due to flight issues, we had called the hotel multiple times to see if there can be a partial refund. They said they will call us back but never did. Probably not a great way of doing business.

The staff here is some of the most genuine and professional individuals my fiancée and I encountered. Roshanda (Front Desk- forgive me if I misspelled your name), Giovanni (Front Desk) and Chase (Aquatic Activities) all played a significant role in the enjoyable experience we had during our 5 day stay. Roshanda and Chase are blessings in human form. There were many others who impacted our stay from the breakfast/restaurant crew, bar staff, housekeepers and the security. For sure a 10/10.

Staff at the front desk was not friendly or particularly helpful. Very different than the other hospitality we enjoyed on the rest of the island. And the food was not great and very limited.

The staff is what makes this property so very special. Of course, the beach is the best.

Service was amazing

The service was excellent from maids, waitresses, pool support to front desk. Food was very good and the Continental breakfast was excellent with several choices for any dietary needs including made to order omelettes. Definitely first class organization. We are both appreciative of the entire staff for their efforts and consideration of their guests.

Be cautious of this property. While checking out the attendant let us know we had $80 in charges, which we knew of as we had ordered drinks one night. She verified last four digits of our card and processed the payment. When she gave our receipt it was not for $80, it was for $6427 and for a different room…not our room. She said she would cancel it and it wouldn’t clear on our card, just pend. It did pend for 3 days then fully cleared. We were then issued a refund. It didn’t stop there. A second charge for $6427 showed up and pended for over a week. No apology given and no attempt to go above and beyond to make this right. Does this property not realize when there are charges pending/holding on a card/account that they are unavailable to the user? For a week and a half we had thousands and thousands of dollars tied up and unavailable. What if my family had other bills to pay or an emergency? I doubt the property gives a care in the world the hardship this could cause. To some this may not have been a big deal, but to others this obscenely large amount of money erroneously charged TWO times would be devastating while waiting for it all to resolve. WBC did not seem bothered or phased and makes me wonder if they’ve done this before. Be careful with this property, had we not caught this then we would have had over 12 thousand dollars in charges that weren’t ours. I’m sure this borders on illegal and fraudulent misconduct. Most horrendous service I’ve ever encountered.

West bay club is a good value but you’re not getting an all-inclusive resort so factor in renting a car and cost of eating offsite as the dining options on resort are extremely limited. Elevator was out of service for 5 of our 7 days with no alternative option given which wasn’t terrible for us but inconvenient when leaving. Staff was outstanding and service was top notch.

Everyone is friendly and efficient

it is great - peaceful and fantastic if you want to chill. Not in the tourist area.

Loved the location. It is not in the middle of the crowds in Grace Bay, and although it is a bit of a walk, it is still close enough to walk to. The beach is much wider than other areas. We never had trouble securing a chair on the beach or at the pool. Every employee we encountered was helpful and a joy to deal with.

We stayed for two weeks in a well equipped kitchen suite. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location on Grace Bay Beach is beautiful and close to great snorkeling at Coral Garden Beach, a 10 minute walk along the beach away. A car is necessary to explore the island. This was a vacation that we did not want to end.

Our stay at West Bay Club was great. Our room was large with strong air conditioning. The beach is the best part of the location. It’s so beautiful and a bit quieter and less populated than the other resorts a bit further down. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! Would definitely return and recommend.

Very friendly staff and an excellent buffet breakfast. The property fronts onto west part of Grace Bay, which is quieter and less crowded than the main Grace Bay beach. Most of the sea, but not the beach, in front of the property is roped off to exclude motor boats and jet skis. A short walk along the beach is a protected coral reef which is teaming with fish and sometimes a juvenile shark visitor. There is no shopping within easy walking distance, but parking is free for guests, in a gated lot adjacent to building.

Hotel was great and our room was large with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was good but food was limited at the resort. Restaurants at adjacent property were awesome and a 4 minute walk so not a big drawback. Marine room down the street is a must to eat. Great stay and would recommend.

This was a marvelous experience. The people are genuinely wanting to make clients happy and willing to make sure we are. Though the food was a bit lackluster, it was adequate, the service was excellent and the staff seemed happy to help.

Was much more quiet than expected. But the access to the gorgeous beach was a big plus. Daily breakfast was good as was the meals at the resort.

Enjoyed our stay. Food was excellent. We ate there for dinner 3 times. Our stay was 6 days and it was quiet very few kids.

We love the property! The hotel was clean, and staff was nice. The only downfall is there are only two restaurants on resort. The food is not very good. There are more restaurants at the Wymar hotel you can walk to next door or the Marine room. I would suggest the hotel provide a shuttle to a few restaurants. We had to pay 24.00 each way to a restaurant and that became very expensive. In addition, all restaurants on the island had a 22% service/ tax mark up.

West Bay Club was wonderful. The staff was attentive and very generous. Their hospitality was amazing. Complimentary buffet style breakfast was served daily. Only thing I wish was that they would change some of items on different days, but that wasn’t a dealbreaker. Beach and pool service was amazing! You just ordered from the bar and they deliver right out to you. This resort, however, is a bit off of the main Grace Bay strip where there’s shops and restaurants, so I’d recommend renting a car if staying here. Overall, I’d give this property a 5/5!
