Great location (Central to main shopping). Rooms are clean. Complimentary still/sparkling water each day. Evening entertainment in restaurant was good. Nice food dishes (i tried the trout and beef tenderloin). Friendly staff. The shower was clogged. No milk in room for tea/ coffee. Sometimes noisy with street, but wasn't noisy in late evening so all good.

Perfect stay in the heart of the pedestrian street. Rooms are spacious and the restaurant is wonderful. Have a great breakfast, go for a hike, relax in the pool and sauna, have a lovely dinner and drinks on the patio.

Hotel Sabala is the perfect location for exploring Zakopane, within walking distance for hiking Tatra park and just steps away from shopping and dining. It is tucked away at the quiet end of Krupówki street. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered authentic cuisine and house made lemon vodka (our servers offered us complementary shots). Breakfast was varied and ample with lots of fruits, , veggies salads meats cheeses breads pastries and made to order egg station. Our room, a quadruple , was perfect for my son and I since we had separate bedrooms for added privacy and space. The balcony offered a nice setting with a partial view of the mountains. We enjoyed the lovely sauna and pool after a day in the mountains. I truly can’t say enough about this wonderful place. Having never been to Zakopane, I spent weeks trying to settle on a hotel.Choosing Hotel Sabala was a great decision!

We had a great time in zakopane staying in this hotel, everything was very clean, the staff were very helpful, magdalena was brillaint and very helpful with our booking. We stayed in room 302 had lovely views of the mountains and the town. We would definitely stay here again if we return. Thankyou

Beautiful verandah and orangery to sit in for dinner and breakfast respectively with gorgeous views. Restaurant staff was lovely and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and firm but the pillows were odd and very thin. Room was comfortably large enough, some little spots weren’t clean (dust on bed headrest, wall on bathroom) but overall good. Will return for the location and the lovely breakfast

We were in the older section of the hotel so there was no elevator, but we were on the first floor so one flight of stairs was fine. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Our friends were in the never building which has balconies and an elevator. Theybloved their bed and shower too.

Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Pillows oddly square shaped and difficult to get your head comfortable. TV channels only in Polish. No Netflix or Prime available. Otherwise I enjoyed the rustic, wooden nature of the hotel.

Sabala is in the perfect location for visiting Zakopane. Our room on the second floor and had a balcony overlooking the car park so heard no noise from the busy Main Street. This was our second time of staying at the Sabala and would highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel, we had a great stay. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, they even arranged for us to have a packed lunch on our last day as we left before breakfast! We had an amazing view of the hills from our room too!

The staff, the premises and the overall atmosphere are simply outstanding. Though breakfast was not free, I gladly paid for the meal. The food was prepared the way i liked and the variety was outstanding. The reception staff and security gentleman were always pleasant and helpful. \i highly recommend the Hotel Sabala and its very convenient location.
