Ac only worked downstairs. Countertops, floors, and kitchen table were very dirty and sticky. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we didn’t use anything due to lack of cleanliness. Beds were clean. We had one single roll of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms total. Lots of towels and extra pillows were nice! Showers were difficult to navigate and upstairs shower didn’t work at all.

Clean, comfy bed. No a/c, windows open with no screens and flies in room, no door seal between inside and outside the room. Rustic and smelled old.

Pros and Cons: Pros: - Room was spacious. - Very good quality toilet paper. - In-room hair dryer with a night light. - The towels are not blinding white, but they are clean. Several of the ones we had were fairly plush and more bath sheet than bath towel size. - Liked the bear/moose coverlets on the beds. - The fridge and microwave were clean and appeared to be fairly new. The heater was a bit noisy, but warmed up the room very nicely. - The room was decently clean. - Pet friendly as promised, and the man at the check-in desk was very friendly. Cons: -The biggest one in our room was NO bathroom curtain/blinds/opaque sticker. Nothing, and we overlooked the parking lot. I had to rig a couple of towels to cover the window. - The parking lot is sandy mud, and right beside the area to the doors of the rooms was a particularly squishy, deep mud spot that we could not see in the dark. Ended up with crunchy dirt all over the floor once it dried and fell off our shoes. A few outdoor mats would have saved a lot of mess. - We did not have a table or any chairs to use. If not for an extra twin bed, we would have had to put everything on the floor. - Shower drain VERY slow and almost overflowed. No shower head, just the 'stalk'. - 2 burned out (or loosened by taller people) light bulbs so room was a bit dim. - Am hoping this motel is in the process of being renovated. If not, it really needs to be. Grounds need help too. Okay for 1 night for less expense.

I checked in late in the evening, so there was a note on the office door that my room was open and a key was inside. There was a lot of trust on the management's part that someone else wouldn't have taken advantage of that check-in process and occupied my room. The room was clean enough, however, the shower curtain was brown at the bottom and the industrial showerhead was covered with gunk. I was only there for a few hours of sleep after my visit to Yosemite. If my stay had been any longer, I would have asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else.

Out room was not clean, the shower had been used and a towel was on the floor just outside the shower that someone had stepped on. It was still wet! There was hair in the sink, and no toilet paper. I had to call and let them know and they didn't really say much about it or do anything about it. He said that there were no more rooms available, which is fine but they could have come in at least cleaned the room. We were told to go get our own toilet paper and was given the location of where to find it. I will say the bed wasn't bad to sleep in but I didn't get very much sleep all night because of being so uncomfortable about thinking the room was not clean and someone had slept in this bed that I do not know. The towels were used and we had to go get our own towels also. I would never stay here again, they had horrible customer service, the room was disgusting, I would rather sleep in my car than to stay here again.
