I chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. The pool was not open during my stay and this was not shared ahead of time. Then, I was charged for parking in a near empty lot outside the hotel. I would expect that when an amenity is not available, the hotel should work with you on another area. The breakfast was good, but again, due to an employee calling in sick, we were routed to a neighboring hotel on day two. These are minor inconveniences but I do feel like the property should do something to accommodate guests. The parking was really the thing that got me.

Jake and his co worker were wonderful!!! Thank you for making feel welcomed. Both of you were very friendly and helpful and of course super professional. Hopefully next time we’re here the pool is Ready. We were a bit sad Pool was not open 😏😒🙁☹️😖 Your indoor pool is one of the best amenities. Thank you all for such great service!!!

Check in was pretty flawless, room was clean and bed comfy. They don’t have quarter machine for laundry room though and front desk was out of quarters, only 2 washers and dryers for the whole place for guests to use. For the location the price was pretty good

The property is very close to Yosemite South entrance. Beautiful views from the property. Breakfast was sufficient. Very friendly and helpful staff. Has pool, laundry,gym. Would have been better if there was a hot tub too!

Convenient location to access Yosemite about 15 min away to Mariposa entrance , located in middle of town for restaurants & thrifting. Booked a 2 queen room which was comfy for 4total, 2 teens and 2 adults. Utilized the indoor pool & gym. Also excellent breakfast was so convenient & really enjoyable.

I’ve experienced time and time again over many years of travel that the Hilton chains don’t seem to clean there bathrooms very well (if at all after the previous stay, as I’ve experienced several times over the last year). The bathroom in my stay was very noticeably dirty, and you could see that someone had showered and the shower hadn’t been cleaned. The front desk staff are apologetic and kindly relocate me, but this is just unacceptable, and what’s more unacceptable is that the bathroom at this hotel appeared as if it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time

The property is supposedly just a few years old but you wouldn’t know it. The first room we went to smelled of mildew and there was pink mold in the corner of the showers. The kind man at the desk helped us to look at other rooms to see if they smelled better and were cleaner. We found one that seemed a little cleaner so we took it. The hallway close to our room had spiderweb with spiders in it. The lady at the desk was rude. Would not stay there again

DIRTY HOTEL! Look at sheets before laying on them! Our room sheets had blood stains and a bunch of hairs on the floor! Breakfast is not good! Poweder eggs and watered down coffee! Plus when you call the hotel nobody answers and the phone in the rooms don’t work!

We stayed for 2 days. The place is very good & perfect location, close to shopping center. The only complain, shower was not clean (has a lot of hair). We arrived late & just didn't want to complain & changing room. Breakfast are good. They didn't clean the room, changed towel , throwed way trash.

My only complaint was that the room was TOO noisy. The noise came from some sort machine that vibrated and groaned 24 hours a day. (Loudest by the window) There was some sort fan noise or the like also without ceasing, in the bathroom. Other than that it was great! Staff were wonderful, accommodating, kind, attentive, and sweet. I appreciated them.

Room was close to an ice-making machine, which is very noise. Also the bed trembles from some kind of unidentifiable course coupled with a weird noise. everything else works great, location, staff, breakfast, etc.

Paid for a King. Initial room was noisy (sounded like a washing machine cycle was frequently going on). My girlfriend told reception and we were substituted to a Queen. Slept well. I felt the hotel is a little pricey compared to the local competition.

when checking in, the lady at front desk was nasty. She asked me why I had a handicap room, I stated it was all that was left on booking website for a king bed option, she then proceeded to tell me well I have someone else coming in that needs it possibly, I’m giving you a queen bed. I started I had paid extra for a king, she said well I don’t have a king, you can go somewhere else with your booking. I was shocked at the response and how she handled the situation. She stated she doesn’t have any kings and our room we had booked was given away. It wasn’t a big deal but it was how the situation was handled. We were put in a bottom level from the lobby where there was a loud “lobby party” happening for about an hour. The bed was also extremely hard. Not comfy at all.

We booked a room 10 minutes before we arrived at the hotel. We had a very unfortunate situation with our booking somewhere else, so we had to look for a hotel right away. From the moment we walked in, the service was great, checking in was super easy, and when we walked into our room it was warm and cozy. The next morning breakfast was available at 6am, it was delicious and so convenient! Loved our stay!

Drew checked us in and very friendly and helpful. He made our stay very nice. The only thing is that they don’t clean the room every day. I wish they would make that clear at check in and not just a sign on the mirror very small.

I hate to give a poor review but we were really disappointed with our stay and won’t go back. #1 There was no breakfast served as described in the booking. According to the staff they don’t have enough staff in the winter months to serve breakfast so if you wanted to eat you needed to walk to the hotel next door. This is not an optimal choice when it’s 30 degrees in the morning and you just want to grab a bite and a cup of coffee to bring back up to the room. #2 There is a $10 parking fee that is not disclosed until you check in. #3 The heater in the room didn’t work and the sink drain was very slow. We told the staff and they gave us a new room but at that point we just regretted our entire stay.

So beautiful and in such a perfect location - very close to the entrance of Yosemite National Park - the town had a lot of amenities, and the breakfast here was EXCELLENT!
