There was no elevator at this location. Terribly inconvenient. Very hard on my knees and back. Can't believe in this day and age it's allowed. There was no mention of this on their web page and they made no concessions at check in. Just bad business.

When I tried to use GPS to find best route to motel I was directed to a very old building now used as an apartment. At the actual otel I found the attaching Audi dealership dominanted parking area forcing me to park some distance from room.

There was no air conditioning in the hallways or lobby. Temperatures were close 100 degrees this week. The air conditioning units in the rooms were shut off. It was extremely damp and hard for ac to catch up. Mold on ceiling and in bathrooms. Wood was chipped, tub faucet leaking, chair stained. Hotel needs some attention to completing some room touch ups. Building doors are not secure. Anyone can come in. No blow dryer provided. Parking very inadequate.

It probably would have been better but at some point they constructed a enclosure for their pool. So if you open the window shades you have your own private pool show and vice versa. Very goofy and awkward. And the enclosure made the room humid from the pool and you could smell the chlorine. Maybe other rooms are different but was not a fan

The couch and chair were absolutely filthy. The carpet may have been new in the 90’s. We kept our shoes on entire time we were in the room.

We have stayed here before and like the proximity to our family but next time we will choose another hotel. I had forgotten about the dampness of the rooms, including smell and carpet dampness. The breakfast was great with a nice variety. The staff was fine. My allergies would kick in everytime I went back to the room. We ran the air conditioner constantly but it did minimal to help.

Overall ok. There was a musty smell when you walked into the room. The air conditioner was loud and woke me every time it kicked on. There was also another guest that let their child run the hall and would holler - I know there’s nothing the hotel can do about that. Also, the mold in the corners of the shower was gross to see.

There wasn't much to like. The carpeted floor was wet, with water dripping from the AC unit. The smell of mold was pervasive. We had to leave, because not only was it disgusting, my grandson was having difficulty breathing.

The beds were good, the pillows were fantastic! It was clean but loud. Across the hall someone slammed his door and stomped down the hall around 3am. Kids ran up and down the hall because my room was on the first floor leading to the pool.

The beds are horrible (so hard you might as well sleep on floor). Pillow were flat no stuffing they matched how horrible the bed was. The air conditioner did not stay running unless you kept pushing the temp down. It was so hot in our room. Ugh so disappointed 😞

The rooms here are really super nice actually! They come with plenty of space and nice furniture. The bed is super comfy. The hot breakfast in the morning is really good and provides lots of options. We love staying here when we need a room for the night. The price is good and the quality of the room is well worth it. My only complaint would be the shower. It was a struggle to find the hot water with the handle and I never did find find it. I found warm enough water that I was able to complete the task of showering but it wasn’t very enjoyable. Then my water struggled to completely drain. Not deal breaker things but ya know, room for improvement. Staff is friendly enough and hotel itself is clean and well maintained. Solid place to stay!

I have stayed here many times. Close to restaurants. Clean, heat works well, good water pressure. Breakfast is very good, the usual, waffles, sausage, eggs, b&g, cereal, breads and fruit.

I was treated rudely. I needed WiFi for my studies, but they seem completely unconcerned about making sure it works. The staff treated me as if I were being unreasonable for expecting them to do something other than just stare at me blankly. Clearly, they knew the WiFi was down and have learned to dismiss customer needs, acting as if I’m the only one who has ever had an issue with it. When I mentioned my complaint, the staff member claimed no one had ever complained before. I told her I was complaining now, but all I received in response was that familiar blank stare. At this point, all I can do is leave a bad review, which I doubt will make any difference.

First room we were assigned had a non-working air conditioner. Staff immediately moved us to another room, which was very nice. Staff was extremely nice. Hotel was quiet. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been traveling for a couple of months and have stayed in several hotels during this period. The guy who checked me in at this hotel was hands down the most courteous and friendly of all the people I’ve encountered. Everyone should feel as welcomed as I did at every hotel.

I arrived here at 630 pm. I was assigned a room, went to the room, and found it was occupied. I returned to the front desk, and was told there were no rooms available. That was it, no attempt at providing an alternative. Expedia came through and provided a refund, but I’ll never make a reservation with AmeriInn again.

We arrived at the hotel around 9 pm. No one was at the front desk. There was a sign that said "I will be right back." Some people in the breakfast area said the hotel worker had been gone for about a half hour. We waited and waited. Finally, I tried to call the hotel hoping she had a phone with her. NOPE the phone at the front desk rang and rang. I went to several locked doors and knocked to see if she was in one of the rooms. I even knocked on the laundry room door. I was about ready to climb over the front desk and get the key. We were tired and had people already checked in waiting for us. Finally, after about 20 minutes she returned. She said she was in the laundry room - I had knocked on the laundry room door and no one answered. She said she was waiting for the towels to dry!! Why couldn't she wait at the front desk?? It started our stay off on a negative note. I had reserved 3 rooms. One of the rooms had a bad smell. The others were OK. Not a great hotel.

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. We didn’t know they didn’t have an elevator. They gave us a second floor room and I had recently injured my knee. So, the staff upgraded our room to a first floor suite! Otherwise, very clean and well kept hotel with a very nice pool. It’s a little hard to find because it’s behind a car dealership. We enjoyed our overnight stay.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had a clogged toilet, and by the time I returned to my room after having breakfast, it was fixed. The hotel was very crowded because of the National Senior Games being held here, but the staff kept the breakfast items well supplied. Location was good as well with several eating areas within walking distance.

My stay was during a heat wave. When I entered my room, the thermostat on the air conditioner was set at 61°, and the room was cool. But what I didn't initially notice was that it was damp. When I set the thermostat back on a more comfortable temperature, it became more apparent that it simply was not removing moisture from the air. On the day of my departure, after a two night stay, my clothing felt damp, as I put it on. Issue reported to front desk, but the desk staff said they don't know how they would fix it. Also, the attached car dealerships have cars being picked up in the middle of the night, which can be noisy for sleep. It also makes accessing the hotel a bit strange, I've never had to go through a parking lot of a car dealership, to get to a hotel.

The hotel was clean, but the door laminate was peeling and there’s lots of weeds outside, and it was tucked in behind a car dealership, making it hard to locate. But staff was very friendly, and the beds were very comfortable.

The stay was quite and comfortable. However the breakfast was not all it was cracked up to be. No juices, didn't have pray for waffles. Rather then going and getting stuff to make things work. They just put out of order!! Totally not right. Food was also cold and yucky!!

This hotel was barely okay. The a/c was not turned on so our room was very hot when we arrived. It took a while for it to get comfortable. Our room had many maintenance issues. The pocket door didn't work so it was impossible to get ready in the morning without waking someone else. The toilet/bath area was the smallest space I've seen in a room considered a "suite". The shower rod was bent down so the shower curtain only stayed in the middle of the tub getting everything wet outside the shower. Also the shower plumbing squealed very loud. Between the water damaged refrigerator cabinet and peeling paint on the wall, it doesn't appear the owners of this hotel are concerned with upkeep. Breakfast was a standard continental meal but the small dining area was too crowded for us to get anything without waiting in line, so we opted to eat elsewhere.

The property was conveniently located near I-80 and restaurants. However, the rooms clearly needed updating and accessorizing. For the two mornings we were there (weekend) containers for breakfast items were empty and nothing available to replenish the supply…..eggs, sausage, bread, coffee…..all gone! We will look at other places to on our next visit.

Good for price, however we chose AmericInn due to its listed “hot” breakfast, but the only hot items were the standard make-your-own-waffle and some hot gravy to put over biscuits. Not great.
