Het hotel ziet er mooi uit, maar voldeed achteraf totaal niet aan onze wensen. Omdat het een klein hotel is, was het ontbijt beperkt en werd niet aangevuld. Het laatste uur lagen de restjes van eerder tentoongesteld. Ook was er niets te beleven in het hotel. Geen bar of iets dergelijks. De kamer, viel het meeste tegen. Vrij klein en het beloofde terras, bleek niet meer dan een paar m2 tussen muren. Wij zijn zelfs 2 dagen eerder weggegaan naar een ander hotel, om toch de trip af te sluiten met een positief gevoel.

A lovely boutique hotel with a lap pool on the roof. The hotel is in a great location just outside of the main centre but fully accessible by foot or train. Walking distance to attractions and great food areas ie San Antoni. The staff were most welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is located practically in Plaza d'Espanya in a convenient position to access the metro L1, L3, L8. Clean, quiet hotel with the possibility or not to have breakfast. On the roof top there is a small solarium and a small swimming pool. I recommend this hotel for both business or pleasure trips

Nice and clean hotel. The hotel missed a coffee and tea corner downstairs which you find in various hotels. Good location as well, next to the Arenas mall and also quite some decent restaurants and bars in the area. Pool on the rooftop is very nice and in the sun in the afternoon but pool itself not heated. But overall, a pleasant stay at a nice hotel.

Great hotel a little further out but on the metro so it was easy to get around town. Room and facilities were very clean and modern. Used the small rooftop patio and pool after a hot day in the sun, very nice. Recommend for quality as well as value.

It is a nice hotel quite well located but I found some of the services a bit lacking for the price u paid There is no room service after 22hrs and the blind in our room did not close fully so we were awake by first light

Near by the metro and bus station, easy to access to everywhere. However, curtain is broken and I found blood stain on my pillow (not from myself). Also, most staffs are nice and helpful, except for an Indian looking guy. I stayed there for 3 nights and found the second floor is too close to the street ( which means is noisy at night). But he refused to switch my room to higher floor from the second night even there’s availability. Can say this guy almost ruined the good image of this boutique hotel.

Titto pessimo un freddo allucinante, personale pessimo, rispondevano anche male in quanto erano poco disponibili, colazione scarsa nessuna persona presente per la colazione e scarsa scelta. Tutto basic, porta mezza aperta, sporcizia dietro al letto ai mobili in bafno e al mobile in camera, tv piccolo, non vi era possibilità di accendere l aria calda. Un incubo.

Reaching the hotel from the airport was really easy (airport bus) and also getting around the city was convenient. The staff was friendly, the check in and check out quick. The room was clean and comfortable. Power outlets next to the bed and some more hooks for the towels are the only really small complaints. Certainly recommended for a city trip.

When i booked ,i requested with breakfast, when arrived said no breakfast. Hous keeping no good, one day coffee missing, one day no sugar Front desck ,not so great, There is a bottle of wine in lobby, never offered us, so we didn't thouch it as arefreshment. May it was for netters. Anyway we stayed in two other hotels during our recent visit.and this hotel didn't worth $350 /nt. I'm planning to report to my credit card, to and tell them how i was dupped.

The hotel is nicely decorated with a beautiful design. Despite the room being a little small for a family of 3, it was a comfortable stay. The first night was a bit too warm because the aircon was centrally controlled so you cannot adjust the temperature. However, this was not a problem as we've found out that the windows can be opened. It would be ideal if reception staff could let the customer know about this during check-in. The room was clean with adequate supply of amenities. Customer service was also great with friendly and fluent English speaking staff. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

We had to move from a Junior suite (604) to a terrace room due to a very noisy lift that kept us awake during the first night. The second room was a downgrade and smelt on damp (102). While the hotel did move us promptly, they did not reimburse us for the room change, nor did they offer any form of compensation for the lack of sleep the first night. Very disappointed. Apart from that hotel is clean and pretty. But definitely style over substance.

I’m not quite sure where this hotel gets the rating of 4.5 stars. Staff seemed uninterested and the room was abysmal. Air conditioning did not work whatsoever and despite being able to crack the terrace door open the room remained incredibly hot and difficult to sleep in. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and stiff. I am not picky when it comes to mattresses but this one was truly painful to sleep on. There is also a sewage stench outside of the hotel that often is the first thing you smell when you walk outside, occasionally you can smell it in the hotel. Overall, this is definitely not what I anticipated based off my research beforehand.

The hotel is lovely, with beautiful attention to detail. The room was spacious and quiet. However, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and we called down to the front desk. She said someone could come up to take a look. We stayed up hoping they’d show, but they didn’t. Alas, we went to sleep. It was hot and uncomfortable. I spent the night sweating.

I loved my stay at Ofelias Hotel. As a single traveler this hotel was safe and convenient to public transportation, restaurants, and historical places to visit. The staff was very helpful and finding things to do around Barcelona.

Our 2nd stay at Ofelias. We decided to book a room without the terrace this time due to the time of year we were visiting. Room was great and all the staff we saw were helpful and friendly. Too cold to use the pool this time. Great location for visiting the city.

I’m not quite sure where this hotel gets the rating of 4.5 stars. Staff seemed uninterested and the room was abysmal. Air conditioning did not work whatsoever and despite being able to crack the terrace door open the room remained incredibly hot and difficult to sleep in. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and stiff. I am not picky when it comes to mattresses but this one was truly painful to sleep on. There is also a sewage stench outside of the hotel that often is the first thing you smell when you walk outside, occasionally you can smell it in the hotel.
