unihabitable hotel you will only deal with their ai chatbot multiple guest straded at all times outside property like us rooms had to be moved because they were unihabitable we asked for refund they said they do not give rubds so we lost $1300 for the week we left hotel told them to cancel us and they still text us with their ai bot im from miami this is worst hotel operation ever on south beach four orher guests were stranded and furious this week no on site staff horrible rooms and no refu ds buyer beware this place should be shut down

Spent one night due to cancelled flight by airline, stay was only 8 hours but uneventful and pleasant. Airport shuttle helpful for evening ride to hotel but not available in early morning hours. Would stay again.
