Great one night stay. Very friendly staff. Wonderful free breakfast with many options- eggs, waffles, oatmeal, pastries and bagels, cereal, juices, fruit and yogurt. Coffee, teas and water available all day. Outside pool.

We stayed here with our son and he loved the amount of space in the suite. The rooms were clean and very updated. The breakfast was great with a good variety each day. No complaints, would definitely stay here again if I am in the area. The fridge and microwave came in very handy. we did not get to use the pool or gym but they also looked very nice and in excellent condition.

Nice and clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The only minuse was that pool was not heated and somewhat dirty. I understand we came in January but it would be nice to have heated pool. But all employees were amazing, they kept hotel clean and were super responsive. Great breakfast options. We stayed for the week and had different hot options, ladies in the kitchen did great job!

The staff was really friendly and helpfull. The carpet in the room was really dirty, it felt sticky and made your feet dirty. The carpet could use a deep cleaning. I have LO of 6months old unfortunately I couldn't let her crawl around in the room because het clothes would get black stains from the carpet.

The building is in great shape. Our room was very clean everywhere except for the floors. The flooring looked clean but it was not. I showered and then walked around on the tile with bare feet and my feet got brownish grey on the bottom. The carpet definitely needs to be cleaned as well. Our room was large and very open. I loved the room's layout. It was excellent for our family of 5.

The hotel is very basic which is fine but the room smelled like a dirty shoes box. There were greasy handprints on the door handles, dirty light switches, hair in the tub and HAIR ON BED SHEETS. We asked for a set of clean sheets and were given 2 flat sheets and pillowcases, upon requesting a fitted sheet we were told that the housekeeping staff was gone for the day and the front desk only had access to a closet where they didn’t have any fitted sheets at the moment. Front desk staff was always nice and tried to help. There’s nothing worst than arriving to a hotel, tired and ready to rest to have to start cleaning and disinfecting. If you don’t pay attention it looks ok but the hair was everywhere. And let me say this again: the room smelled like acid shoe sweat. The AC had to be turned to 68° in order for it to kick in. We had reserved for 2 nights and left after one. Management needs to get a grip.

Front Desk was very nice, the overall hotel was clean and smelled good (lobby and hallways). Unfortunately, there was a baby roach in my room, and when the AC turned on it smelled pretty gross. Maybe like vinegar? The tub water was slow to drain as well. Other than that, everything was fine.

Excellent hotel with one major exception. The pillows were the worse I have experienced in a hotel. Two dinky cheap pillows per occupant. Horrible nights rest. Nice hotel if you take your own pillows!

The housekeeping lady on 5th floor is great!! So very helpful! The room is just not comfortable. It’s very large, but no where to sit & relax & read or pray. No occasional chair, table & lamp at all. We called as soon as we got in the room & were told that none of the room have chairs. Seems like a small thing, but you literally have to sit on the bed if you were to bring food back to the room. We will stay at Comfort Suites right around the corner….and it’s less expensive!! Hampton Inn is where we have always stayed, but they aren’t what they used to be and are unnecessarily expensive.

I love everything about this hotel, except the pillows. They deflate to paper thin and you don’t realize it until you hit the pillow and your head sinks. Two pillows are not even enough to keep a spine aligned. Not the 1st Hampton in the same state to notice this, but seems like a simple fix to make it perfect.

This hotel is very nice!! I slept wonderfully! They allowed us an early check in so we could get ready for Taylor Swift. The lady who checked us in apologized that the only room they had clean was on the second floor by the elevator! It was super quiet though and perfect!!! The front desk worker when we got ready for our concert took pictures for us, and they are great! Then, on checkout, Mr. Carlos helped us with our luggage! He was an angel!! If I come back to Miami, I will be staying at this property again!!! No complaints!!

first of all, they took us to a dirty room, then had to walk us back downstairs, so the front desk could locate a clean room for us. Then, after that, we found out that they were not able to cut keys. They had a problem with their system that programs keys, so for two days we had to go to the front desk anytime we wanted to enter our room to get an escort to the room. This has never happened to us anywhere before. very inconvenient

The desk clerk that welcomed us was very friendly and shared great information about the surrounding area! The hotel was clean, quiet, and we felt very safe. We enjoyed our stay there. The property was well maintained and the rooms were spacious and modernly furnished. We chose a room with a mini fridge , microwave and sink which was very convenient while traveling with a toddler. The daily breakfast was very convenient and every staff member that I came in contact with were all courteous and friendly .

Breakfast is absolutely horrible. No choice of good crispy bread, cheese or some vegetables for example. Coffee has no taste. And all dishes are in plastic!! Trash where ever you look in the breakfast room. Not at all sustainable. This is not state of the art in 2025!! Hey, wake up!!!
